Also the bed sheets could be cleaner and my wife was not satisfied. You should also expect loud noise from other rooms during your sleep at night.

- Can (7/5): Good location, fair quality. - Location of the hotel is just in the center. You can reach many populer locations on foot. Our main motivation selecting this place was the location. In terms of facility it is a fair place, if you do not have high expectations it will serve your needs. What I did not like, walls are very thin and noise of other rooms may disturb sometimes. Hotel management leaves one contact person at the reception desk from 10.00 to 18.00. Their server room on 2nd floor made a noise like whistle all night. We realized that following morning as followed the noise in the corridor. They recognized that with our chat. I had to remind for the 2nd time for new towels. They do not change without request. Cleaning can be improved.

Stock, nur ein Fenster in einen Lüftungsschacht. Man merkt nicht, ob Tag oder Nacht ist. Für mich leider deshalb kein zweites Mal. Die Qualität des Hotels ansonsten wirklich sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Handtücher wurden ausgewechselt. Sehr toll, dass es einen Ganzkörperspiegel hat. Ebenso durften wir das Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch in der Struktur lassen. Das Zimmer hatte einen Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit. Kühlschrank ist sehr laut. Keine Aussicht oder Balkon.

- Maryam (6/5): Small, cozy, and great location! ❤️ - The location is great. Shops and restaurants are few steps from the hotel. I booked two nights because my flight was canceled due to war in the Middle East so I was worried and couldn’t enjoy the experience in the amazing location. Luckily I got the opportunity to travel on next day flight so I ended up staying one night only. But definitely I will go again to Athen and stay in Ciel Suites. The noise at night from the street and nearby restaurants. The room is not soundproofed.
