Bed comfortable and room clean. Bathroom water temperature and aircon temperature erratic. Shower water flow very small. Bathroom walls made of frosted glass.

• wim (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Prettig hotel met goede kamers en sanitair. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en attent. Het hotel ligt bij een grote mall en de metro op loopafstand. Dus alle bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken Het ontbijt is vooral Aziatisch georiënteerd. De keuze is ruim, ziet er zeer goed uit, maar verwacht geen Europees ontbijt.

• Hisanori (9/5): 大型商業施設に隣接し、すべて揃った滞在。どこに行くにもアクセスがいい！ - 朝食ビュッフェは毎日工夫をこらしていて、とても美味しい。 24時間のジム。プール。隣接したショッピングモール、レストラン街、スーパーマーケット、コンビニなど、便利な環境。スタッフも親切。部屋も清潔で、清掃も行き届いています。 グラブを呼んでもすぐに来るアクセスの良さ。鉄道駅にもアクセスよし。 トイレのハンドウォシュレットの調整が不十分。 ものすごい水圧で、痛い。弱くすると洗えない。ノズルの調整できていなくて握りにくかった。 アメニティの歯ブラシが、ちょっと粗末すぎて、1回の使用中に毛が抜けてきた。

• Sajid (8/5): Great Stay with some concerns on internet - The hotel features excellent, very spacious rooms with a modern and clean design—plenty of space to work and relax. The location is its biggest strength; being directly connected to the MRT makes getting into the city center effortless, and having EkoCheras Mall right next door is perfect for dining and groceries There were a few issues. There is no consistency with the hot water—it fluctuates between scalding hot and cold. Also, note that there is no masjid within walking distance. My biggest concern was the internet; we couldn't access Outlook or Botim. Even after the technical team visited the room, they couldn't provide a fix. Breakfast was average and lacked variety—I was disappointed to see no choice of croissants. It’s a good stay for the room quality, but the service and utilities need improvement

• Hon Kuan (3/5): Serious problem of handling guest safety and security - We were shocked that the connecting door to the next room was opened from the other side at 2am while we were at sleep. We thought they were killers or burglars broke in to kidnap or kill or rob us. We shouted so loud and they somehow backed off. We called the front desk and asked for help. Front desk sent a security guard but to our surprise, the security guard did not come to our room. I called three times and I almost wanted to call the police. Finally the security guard came and locked the connecting door on our room. We could not sleep well the remaining night and the second night as we kept waking up to check if anybody broke into the room. What we were unhappy with how the hotel deal with the incident. The hotel had never offered any explanation as to why the connecting door in our room was opened from the other side. My basic understanding is that the connecting doors can only be opened when both sides open theirs. This is a serious security incident as it happened at 2am and we felt personal safety violated. No apology from the hotel too. To the hotel management, please do something to up the training of your staff on how to handle such security incident.

• Stephan (8/5): Very nice Hotel, close to TBS. - Just a ten minute car ride from TBS, one of the main Bus hubs. Our room was very clean, modern, the bed was very comfy. Breakfast buffett was good. They even have a Barrista which makes wonderful cappuchino, even with Latte Art!! The pool area was lovely and the gym was alright. Reception staff was not too friendly.
• Hon Kuan (6/5): - Location is good. It's above a shopping mall and the mall is next to a MRT station, which offer a lot of convenience. The room does come with comfortable bed and pillows. There is also a Nespresso machine. The staff are nice and attentive. I was first checked in to a room with intermittent hot water during shower. A technician was sent to fix the problem but couldn't fix it. I made a request at reception and the staff moved me to another room that has constant hot water for shower. My extended stay in the hotel proves that there is indeed problem of intermittent hot water supply. The windows is not sound proof. I can still hear traffic noise in the middle of the night.

• IHK (6/5): No point staying here. You can get same size and quality room in city center for the same price. - The room was ok. Small but clean and stylish. Water temp fluctuated a lot, but no major problems. Some Chinese tour group hotel, hundreds arriving by bus load. They probably get a good rate, but for others there is no point in staying here: for the same price you can get same size and quality room right in the city center, while this hotel is 10-15 minute taxi from city center. It's literally in a shopping mall next to highway with nothing around.

• Alberto (8/5): Another experience - The room was nice and modern, the beds were comfy the bathroom is too small, the breakfast does not offer any "western" style food - difficult to eat spicy food in the early morning hours
• Chan (4/5): - The Cleanliness and staff is very accommodating Shower: The water pressure is too low in Room 1617, The heater can't be adjusted to mid temperature, either, it is too HOT or too COLD, no in between, I tried to adjust it many times. Also the design of the shower room is not good being too dim and the door opening is very disturbing. Internet: The internet is very bad, being many restriction, for example, even gaming session, the internet is blocking hence I rarely use the internet in the hotel. Parking: Parking space is at P7, very high. suggestion to make it to P3 & P5 as there are lift level to reach these levels. May be management issue. Not sure. Overall: Not bad but expected more at the price point as I been to several hotel.

• Viktoriia (3/5): Картонные стены + 2 часа до аэропорта - Работники на завтраках были доброжелптельны На завтрак спагетти в супер остром соусе или скудный выбор азиатской еды. Через час после завтрака я шла кушать. Очень далеко от аэропорта - дорога с пробками заняла почти 2 часа, это была тотальная ошибка. Весь день интернет вылетал и выдавал ошибку (ок кстати есть только в номере, даже в лобби нет) но никто не решил проблему хотя я обратилась дважды! Но самое главное тончайшие стены. Орущие китайцы и дети, все это круглосуточно проникает в ваши уши так что даже не рассчитываете отдохнуть! Мы были с ребенком 2 дня, и это была короткая остановка между апреле а и что бы отдохнуть, но мы уехали еще более взвинченными чем до! Я считаю это место достойно стоимости 30$ ночь с натяжкой, но никак не 100$ , разочарование!
• Ivan (5/5): Average / Passable / Confusing Parking - Friendly hotel staff and clean room. Reasonably average breakfast without any pastries... Car parking - There are so many car park entrance leading into that building (hotel /mall). It would have been appreciated if the hotel management informed their hotel guests to use the specific car park entrance instead of leaving the guests to figure out themselves which entrance is the correct one leading to Level 7.

• Daniel (8/5): - Very strategic location with access to train stations and shopping. Complete amenities with adequate toiletries provided. Cleanliness can be improved. Noted breadcrumbs on chair. Poor seal of shower door, leading to water spilling over to toilet area.
