- CHUA (3/5): Value for money but cleanliness needs to be improved. - The space allocated for a studio unit is more than enough, it has a spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom. The cleanliness if disappointing especially you can see living cockroaches around. Also the check-in counter has limited working hours (Somewhere between 9am to 10pm I guess), checking out early morning will require another trip later that day to collect back deposit.

- Arun (2/5): Horrible…. - Staff I recently stayed at Dua Sentral for one week and would like to share my experience. The staff members were polite and friendly, which I genuinely appreciated. However, aside from that, my overall experience was disappointing. The property felt more like a hostel-style accommodation rather than a full-service hotel. Basic services that are typically expected in hotels were either unavailable or chargeable. For example, housekeeping was not provided during my entire week-long stay unless I opted to pay RM 50 per cleaning. In most standard hotels, daily housekeeping is included in the room rate. The gym facility mentioned in the listing was not accessible during my stay. Additionally, the swimming pool and laundry services operated under restricted hours, which made them inconvenient to use. One of the most concerning issues was the cleanliness of the room. I encountered multiple cockroaches during my stay, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I have evidence of this. Considering the price paid, the room size and overall services did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the stay offered good value for money. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness standards and service transparency for future guests.

Hay cucarachas!!!! No ponen toallas. Y nadie nos informó que nos dejarían las llaves en una especie de caja cerca de los ascensores. Es barato, pero por ese precio hay alojamientos mucho mejores. Además está muy muy viejo! Nada que ver con las fotos

The service was easy to use, reliable, and definitely helped me save money compared to using Grab to get around KL. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and smooth experience in the city!

- Haines (6/5): An ok stay - Spacious apartment style room, close to Chinatown. Has a cheap cafe downstairs. Clean rooftop pool. Hotel was pretty outdated, probably was a great choice 5/10 years ago. Room could’ve been cleaner, our room also had a roach infestation (coming out through a hole in the wall). Asked to move rooms but 1 option also had roaches and the other option basically had no windows. If these issues are dealt with could be a great option

Once you open anything, they crawl out. If you bring back some biscuits/snacks, they crawl to eat it. Feedback given with no refund and shamelessly told us, not all of our rooms are like that, just some of them. Without shame!!

- Louis (6/5): Average - Great Location and helpful staff once we arrived. Tried to communicate via email before flying to KL, no responses to 15 emails. Tired to SMS 5 times no response. Had to buy overseas credit on my SIM card, to be told that they only communicate via What's app. This should have been listed on the booking and the Hotel website. First room had a lot of problems ( broken locks, leaking water around the base of the toilet, stained sheets ) then we were upgraded. Moved to another room and the power kept tripping off. Moved to the last room before we left and the TV was missing.
