- Natascha (10/5): Perfect Place to Crash in KL - I’ve known this place from my earlier visits to Kuala Lumpur many years ago, and I still love it. The location is simply unbeatable, honestly, you can’t get better than this. The common areas are very clean, everything smells nice, and I really can’t complain. Yes, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the terrace is fantastic. For the price, this place is unbelievable. I don’t understand why some people complain, it costs very little. It feels like crashing on your auntie’s couch in Malaysia: relaxed and welcoming. If you want luxury, book a five-star hotel. But if you need a great place to stay for a night or two in a great location, this is perfect.

- MUHAMMAD SHARIFF (7/5): Helpful staff and strategic location made the stay pleasant, despite some shortcomings in the room. - I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Its location is excellent, with many of Kuala Lumpur’s attractions such as Central Market, Merdeka Square, Petaling Street, and Masjid Jamek all within close proximity. This made it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. I was also impressed with the staff’s helpfulness. Despite checking in late at 11 p.m., they assisted me warmly and efficiently, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly, which made my stay comfortable. Overall, I truly appreciated both the strategic location and the attentive service. The bed made noise with even the slightest movement, which was quite disturbing. The lighting in the room was very dim, and the space itself felt rather cramped for two adults. In addition, the water flow in both the toilet and shower was very slow. However, considering the price, it can still be regarded as a reasonable alternative if your preferred hotel booking falls through, as was the case for me.

- Fernando (8/5): Good place for just rest with a medium-low budget, with excelent location. - Location is great, a few steps away from Central Market, Pasar Seni train station and around the clrner from Petilang str. All in the heart of Chinatown. There's a bar at the rooftop, which besides can be noisy on the weekends is a nice place to have a drink in the evening. Clenaning failed. Besides this is most guest's fault, management & staff could give a little bit more of care on this subject, particularly in the restroom which was such a filthy place. Some guests smoke inside the building and everything smells like smoke, specially on the restrooms. Staff should look after this. My room didn't have windows, which is nothing that hasn't been advertised but can give the feeling of fouled air. Apart from all of this, the place matches what offers.

- Daniel (4/5): Not so good - There wasn't much. The common areas were ok. I was expecting a room with a window, which it didn't. The room was small with old crickety beds. The walls in the room were filthy. The property lost water for 2 days and was lied about when it would be restored. The staff didn't seem trustworthy for that reason. The surrounding area was also riddled with homeless people.

Right next to metro and bus station, Central Market with plenty of good food and Chinatown. Walking distance from Independence Square. They have drinkable water available, nice shared facilities and the showers are great. They don't change the bedsheets in between guests. They don't clean the toilets as often as needed and even though it's not permitted, guests are always smoking by the windows, spreading the smell all over the tight corridors and inside the rooms nearby.

I ask them about the picture from one of the rooms and they said they will speak with booking to replace it. This is a lie because the same picture is on agoda and trip.com. The funny think I asked once a different person and he try to look apparently for the key for that room and said no sorry not available. So I dont know what to believe. You will receive a very poor room with thin walls, you will hear all the sounds. My experience was literallly from bad to even more bad. First, a man speaking at the phone at 3 am to 7 am in 4 days in a row, i could not sleep in this time frame. Then after a little child that was so F energic smashing the door multiple times, crying, runing, crying again and again and smashing the door agaaaaiiiin. Big NO.

- Chiara (2/5): Terrible, wouldn’t recommend it - The only good thing is the location which is close to everything and to one of the stations. The wifi doesn’t work properly. The bedsheets were very dirty and they don’t give you any towel. On booking we paid for a room with a private bathroom, when we got there they gave us a room without bathroom so we asked for it and they said that they don’t have any room with ensuite bathroom (which was fine for us but if you pay for a private bathroom you have the right to expect a private bathroom!!). In the shared bathroom there had been no toilet paper for two days. On the rooftop of the hostel there is a club so the whole place is super loud on the weekends and during the week the place is inhabited by people that scream until late in the night and very early in the morning. Plus the rooms are not soundproof at all so you can hear everything (doors opening and closing, alarms from other rooms, people talking, even your neighbour burping in the room next to yours).

No room in this accommodation has a private bathroom. The bathroom is shared by all people on the floor. 2)City view - Most rooms don't even have a window. 3) You have to pay 5 Myr for a towel 4) There is no refrigerator in the room. Refrigerator is shared with all the people from the hotel. 5) The pillow had yellow stains, as if someone had slept on it in front of us. Badly washed bed linen. 6) According to booking Room size 37 m². In reality, the room was about 5 m².

The staff is very nice and helpful and gentle, I got a room that has a big bed and a small locker, a table would've been nice, but in general the place is clean compared to other hotels in the area with the same price, and the staff are cleaning daily. It has been a positive experience overall. When it's fully booked, the noise will be too much as the walls are very thin, and you can hear the slightest talk, also there seems to be no quite hours rule, people will be very loud late at night, I guess the Managment should tell the guests that it's a quiet time after 11 o'clock or so. People sometimes smoke inside, and it's going to effect the whole place.

Walls are fairly thin, might a nightmare for light sleeper if other guests aren't considerate about quiet time at night. Water pressure is good if there's there's not many people use the shower at the same time.

- Zion (6/5): The mo - Easy check - In There are individuals who are quite loud and disrespectful, constantly engaging in conversation with me without any hesitation. I not acquainted with these women, but one of them questioned me about my choice to wear slippers in the hostel. I wear them to protect my feet from dust after showering. This woman seems to act like she is in charge of the hostel, but I am aware that I should distance myself from her. She has children who constantly run around the hostel until the late hours of the night, and occasionally we can hear them whispering loudly outside our room. Furthermore, there are arguments between guests inside the hostel, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
