- Danny (9/5): - Der Infinitypool hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Skyline. Die Lage in KL ist Spitze. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich mit dem Rest vom Hotel nicht besonders. Sehr unpersönlich.
- Andrew (8/5): - Stayed at Ceylonz many a time , modern studio type rooms with kitchen and good city views. Also great convenient location. The cleaning was very poor, hairs near the sink, toothpaste splashes not cleaned up. Floor dirty in the corners and greasy hand marks on kitchen cupboards. You can see the cleaners are in and out very quickly where the rooms will need a deep clean occasionally.

Ci stava un odore strano che veniva dal bagno . E non dormi tranquilla molti rumori.Non consiglio questo Hotel per niente . Ce ne stanno di migliori . E le prese ne funzionava solo una .

- Lisa (2/5): Der blev ikke fortaget rengøring og vi måtte selv hente toiletpapir flere gange. Morgenmaden var ikke klar til tiden. Ka - Vi ankommer til hotellet, 2 timer før indtjekning. Skal betale for at have vores kufferter stående i et aflåst rum. Da vi skal hente kufferterne igen, skal vi selv lede i 3 rum, efter vores kufferter, da han ikke kan huske hvor han har sat dem. Vi får et værelse med dårlig udsigt - vi er blevet lovet et værelse med udsigt over byen og seværdigheder. Vi klager over det og bliver flyttet til et andet rum, med meget bedre udsigt. Værelset er i meget dårlig stand. - Gulvet ved Badeværelse/køkken er ødelagt af vand. - Vandet i bruseren er koldt og har og skrevet til personalet, men de svare ikke - Bruser til bede mangler - Ingenting at hænger håndklæder på - Mangler drikkeglas på badeværelset - Vinduet kan ikke lukkes - håndtag knækket - Brand hul i sofa - Ledninger hænger løst ud af loftet. - Der blev ikke fortaget rengøring og vi måtte selv hente toiletpapir flere gange. Morgenmaden var ikke klar til tiden. Kaffen måtte vi vente 20 min på, før den var færdig. Der blev ikke taget af bordene, personalet sad og spiste i det åbne køkken. På Toiletterne ved siden af morgenmads restauranten, var det ikke noget papir på toiletterne og når vi bad om papir, så havde de kun 1 rulle og den blev sat ude ved vasken, og der blev ikke fyldt op på toiletterne.

- thierry (7/5): Hôtel rapport prix/qualité correct, une belle piscine sur les toits, mais un double vitrage côté rue inexistant et n - L’emplacement à proximité de tous les points intéressants à visiter sur poêle à LOng pour la piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner est correct Le double vitrage de l’hôtel qui est de très mauvaise qualité ce qui fait que l’on entend énormément la rue les motos, voitures, chiens qui aboient et le non, remplacement des serviettes et le fait que la chambre ne soit pas faite chaque jour ce qui logiquement se pratique dans les Hotel
- Sara (1/5): Booked 3 nights and stayed for 1 hour :( - The pool looked nice We booked 3 nights in advance but only stayed for 1 hour. The bed was so hard that it was impossible to sleep on. We asked for a top mattress which they didn’t have. They gave us a blanket to put on the bed but it was still to hard. The room was not very pleasant - you can’t turn on the lights from the bed, there is nowhere to hang towels, bathing suits and other stuff. Everything just seemed like a place that wanted to look good but nothing was actually functioning.

- Marie (9/5): - Elsker udsigten fra værelset ud over byen - bedre om et med godt view, og det fik jeg bestemt. Vildt når man vågner og går i seng til det syn af byen, samt flere af de flotte seværdigheds bygninger. Ligger lidt fra tingene. Jeg gik primært rundt stadig, da afstanden var overkommelig. Ellers også nemt at gå til en metro, som er absurd billig, eller tage et el løbehjul.

Walking distance to interesting eateries like Poblanco, Bottega, Pampas etc Pillow is too thick for me. Limited lifts causes long wait at check out time.

- borja (1/5): Fatal - Lo unico que me gusto fue el apartamento y las instalaciones Pues el personal le doy un 0 por no darle menos porque no se puede , se me fue la Luz en la habitacion y hablé con recepcion y me dijeron que venian a cambiarla y esperando mas de 3 horas en la habitacion no vino nadie tuve que bajar a reclamar a reception y los de recepcion no me solucionaban nada decian que hablase yo por whataap con el encargado, bueno los de recepcion no hacen nada solo cobran el dinero y te dan llaves y recogen las llaves en el check out no te facilitan nada , no volveria a este hotel ni gratis
- Гусейнов (1/5): - The only positive thing is its location — everything you might need is just nearby. This was the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the next room. On top of that, the staff were rude and completely uninterested in helping with any of the problems I faced. It was an awful experience — I would never stay here again.

- Helios (5/5): - Las instalaciones y la ubicación El personal muy borde, y al llegar a todos le hacen la misma estafa te dicen que tu habitación no está lista para hacer el check-in que si la quieres ya tienes un suplemento aparte según la persona te cobran una cosa o otra... Luego de 3 días que estuvimos ni un día limpian la habitación ni hacen cambio de toallas ni llevan papel higiénico...

- Itahisasr (9/5): Acorde a lo esperado - Las vistas son brutales al skyline de Kuala Lumpur. La habitación tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. Permiten el acceso en bikini a la piscina para las mujeres. Cada habitación tenía su propio wifi pero en nuestro caso no había y lo dijimos en recepción. Dijeron que lo revisarían pero cuando volvimos seguía sin haber.

Úklid - v nabídce je uveden úklid, až na pokoji najdete, že bude uklízeno každý 3. den pobytu, ale to neni pravda, bylo uklizeno až po upozorněni na recepci, ale to až na podruhé, jeden recepční chtěl, abychom si to vyřídili sami. 2. Informace - určitě to záleží na tom, na koho narazíte, ale ten, kdo ubytoval nás, nám pouze podal informaci, že musíme zaplatit 100 RM kauci a info o výtahu, ale informace o tom, kde a kdy je snídaně a že potřebujeme vouchery (zaplatili jsem předem) jsme od něj nedostali, to jsme zjistili až na snídani druhý den. Wifi - informace od recepce nulové, pouze na přímý dotaz nám do mobilu bylo zadáni Očekavala bych, že veškeré informace budou na pokoji stejně jako je to obvyklé jinde, čímž by se předešlo neustáleme obracení se na recepci, že nam něco neřekli. 3. Toaletni potřeby - mezi zakladní toaletni potreby urcitě patři mýdlo a to jsme nedostali. Nedostačujíci bylo i mnozství ručníků - pouze 1 osuška - a to hlavně vzhledem k výše uvedené frekvenci úklidu. S frekvencí úklidz souvisi i mnozstvi toaletního papíru. 4. V nabídce je uvedeno, že lze si uložit na recepci zavazadla, ale nikde už není, že je nutné za to zaplatit - sice 5 RM, ale ta každé zavazadlo. Pokud je služba recepce zpoplatněna, mělo by toto uvedeno již v nabídce. 5. Ostatní nedostatky - vlhkost v pokoji, smrdící klimatizace Rozhodně bych tento hotel nikomu nedoporučila a to ani přesto, že na hotelzu jen přespáváte

- Martí (2/5): NO HI ANEU! - A priori es un bon hotel pero… llegiu els contres Hotel massa gros. Compartit amb hostes i propietaris de pisos de l’edifici. Alguns serveis com el billard son nomes per a propietaris (tot i que booking ho mostra). La piscina i les instalacions en general estan brutes. Les tovalloles no les hem ni vist… arribes a la piscina i oh! Sempre s’han acabat. La seguretat i el personal son antipatics, bruscos i agresius. Habitacio nova, tot i que es paper de fumar i s’escolta tot. Molta calor. Bany sense mampara (un mullader) NO HI ANEU!

- David (9/5): Super Hotel mit hervorragender Aussicht - Super Lage, Top Aussicht vom Zimmer und Pool, Hotel war sehr sauber, Personal war freundlich, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Hotel und einen ATM, Fitnessstudio hat ausreichend Platz und Geräte (vor allem Cardio: Laufband, Stepper, etc.) Es sollte eine Duschwand installiert werden, sodass das Wasser beim Duschen nicht überall am Boden ist, dadurch ist auch der Boden vor dem Badezimmer leicht aufgeworfen

- Frédérique (6/5): Passage 1 nuit - La vue , l'emplacement, la proximité de la ville La chambre au 12 A n'avait pas d'ouverture pour la fenêtre , donc elle sentait le renfermé, c'était insupportable cette odeur ! Le fauteuil était cassé sur un côté. Je pense que pour 1 nuit ils nous ont donné une relique!! Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours auparavant et le logement était superbe , cette fois-ci il y avait un loupé !!
- Emilia (9/5): i think it's a perfect hotel for a weekend in Kuala Lumpur - nice localization, breakfast and a pool - - the view from the infinity pool was stunning - the stuff was very helfpful - breakfasts were good - most distances are walkable - there could be more sunbeds (there were only 5 or 6) - there are only 4 lifts for almost 40 floors so it gets crowded

- Marco (7/5): Bene ma non é un hotel di lusso come presentato su booking - Hotel molto centrale, si raggiungono a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Stanze ampie. Non é l hotel di lusso come appare dalle immagini su booking: piscina molto scenica ma piccola ed affollata (con quasi nessun lettino), lunghe attese per l ascensore (davvero lunghe!!), le camere non sono pulite giornalmente, il deposito bagagli é a pagamento.

- Lara (6/5): - Goede locatie en prima ontbijt. Hele gehorige kamers, kamer was niet super schoon, eetlucht van andere gasten in de kamer en vrij harde bedden. Afwerking in de kamer was niet in orde: loshangende draden in de keuken, badkamer en boven het bed.
- Sandra (6/5): Vermoeiend. - Op zich prima kamer met prima bed. Mooi uitzicht over de stad met de torens. Kamer had een klein keukentje. Badkamer was oké, alles werd wel erg nat van t douchen. De muren zijn zo dun, dat t net is of je buren in jouw kamer staan. Onze buren waren zo luidruchtig dat we weinig hebben geslapen. We hebben gevraagd naar een andere kamer, maar niemand nam contact met ons op. De volgende dag hadden we nieuwe buren, die de hele nacht ging bellen.

- Varcha (6/5): I wasn’t happy with my stay. - I liked my room with a very beautiful view The staff and the service I didn't like it. The swimming pool was closed, even though many tourists had booked the hotel specifically for the pool. The staff was very arrogant. You should know that the rooms didn’t have universal sockets to charge mobile phones – this needs improvement, especially since the hotel receives international guests. We had to buy a charger just to be able to charge our phones. The rooms also didn’t provide any drinking water, so we had to buy that ourselves as well. After check-out, if you want to go for a walk, you have to pay extra just to store your luggage. The hotel seems more focused on making money than on offering good service.

There was constant back flow of the drainage. Drainage seems clogged. 3. The room has no dark curtains. It was very bright in the morning.

The man at reception was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. They provided a very good breakfast with omelettes made to order. We were within walking distance to many markets. Everything was very modern. A superb hotel at an exceptional price.

If you want fresh towels you need the asked. We asked to trow away the trash/bin. They didn't, when asked again they say we needed to do our selves. Also when check-out and you want to leave your luggage at the hotel you need to pay 5RM per bag, which I found scandalous.

- Dennis (8/5): Good Hotel in great location! - Location of the Hotel was great. All the main spots were in close vicinity. Equipment and amenities were available and with good variety, although they were not in best shape anymore. The room smelled.
