- Khai (1/5): - Convenient stores nearby House was not cleaned properly. Carpets, pillows, curtains were damaged by likely cigarette burns. There were two packs of left over drinks that were not removed before my stay. Room smells. Feedback to the management but never provide any feebback

- Yanny (2/5): Last min cancellation by owner - I received last min cancellation request from the property saying they have ceiling issue. No alternative replacement and solution given, and I have yet receive any refund from them.
- Michelle (7/5): We love the place but in morning we want drink our coffee dont have cups to used - Ilove the place is bery peaceful and safe What i only doesnt like is regarding the security deposit bond,that we singapore people cannot transfer and pay online coz we dont have malaysian bank,that i need to go to EG hotel to pass the cash to the staff and collect again our money after we check out its very inconvenient for us,i suggest that you should have the paynow online apps for us to be accesible to pay the security deposits and collects them easier
- Ryan (4/5): Will only recommend if you want a getaway, but can’t really afford better residence. - The location is definitely great, as well as the team of really friendly building security. There is also a mart for all of your necessities, a coffee shop around the corner as well as a few patrol stations along the area. Accessible for Grab deliveries, not too faraway from Mid Valley South Key Mall. 1. POC was responsive till checked in. No follow up even though contacted them mid-stay on issues in the apartment 📉 2. You get your guests to do a fund transfer for an overseas bank for apartment deposit, but can’t do the same and made your guest wait for your team member for 30 mins+ 📉 3. There isn’t a proper rubbish deposing area which makes it slightly inconvenient 📉 4. There is so much unsightly wear and tears in the apartment. Honestly the provided necessities need an upgrade as well 📉 5. The toilet looks disgusting. It smelt even worse, due to the sewage system. Avoided using the toilet as much as I can since Day 2, as the agent couldn’t be bothered to respond anymore 📉📉📉

- Nurulbadriah (1/5): Disgusting apartment and agency! - Nothing at all! They should never been listed under booking.com. The apartment was dirty and unhygienic. Bedsheet seems like it wasn't changed. The apartment was smelly and disgustingly dirty. Check-in and check out was a hassle. YML Home staffs are all very rude and not helping. They demand online transfer when it is stated otherwise. They made us wait for nearly 2 hrs at the lobby for the deposit. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND service apartments that were handled by YML Home!
