• Risueño (6/5): - Buenas vistas y buenas instalaciones, aunque no se tiene acceso a todas ellas. Vimos 5 cucarachas nada más llegar a la habitación Solo dejan pagar en efectivo (cash) El ascensor es muy lento. Desde que llamas, tarda mucho en llegar. Son pocos ascensores para tantos pisos y gente.

But Gamdan was extremely rude and also told me he will charge me for Cleaning.He also tried cheating me with water bottles despite charging me for early check-in. He needs to really work on his communication. Please make sure that workers talk to guests with a kind tone.

• Arantxa92 (8/5): Estada en pareja - Buena ubicación además tiene un 7eleven justo debajo. Piscina con buenas vistas a las Petronas y a toda la ciudad. Facilidad de gestión vía whatsapp. Apartamento limpio. Buen precio. El chico que nos hizo la gestión fue muy amable y resolutivo. En el apartamento había bichos en la cocina. Sólo dan una toalla. Las normas de la piscina no tienen mucho sentido por ejemplo está permitido llevar bikini pero no cualquier bikini. El vigilante no aplicaba las normas a todo el mundo, por ejemplo no se podía entrar en la piscina con ropa pero había gente vestida dentro del agua... El agua caliente solo está en la ducha.

• Faheem (9/5): Nice, economical, good location - The location is good, near to bus stations, mono rail and easy to get a grab or taxi anytime. The swimming pool and view is amazing. Staff is nice, Muhammad Naeem was really nice and supportive, always available and ready to assist when needed. There are nice food and shopping options nearby on walking distances. Petronas towers visible from the room. Everything was fine. Only the room size looks big in pictures but was sufficient for us.

Hay 20 minutos caminando a las Torres Petronas, lo cual te da la opción. Hay bastantes opciones para comer cerca del alojamiento. Buena relación calidad-precio. Las normas tan estrictas de la piscina (vestuario, sobre todo para mujeres) y que haya un vigilante constantemente tocando el silbato... La cafetería que hay en la piscina abre tarde y teníamos que salir del edificio para poder desayunar, si estuviese abierta antes se podría aprovechar. Estaría bien que diesen 2 llaves para cada habitación, ya que eso limita al movimiento... es decir, si una persona se va a comprar algo y la otra quiere ir a la piscina, como se necesita la llave para el ascensor, no es compatible.

• Ainitze (2/5): Hay muchas mas opciones - La piscina, pero las mujeres no podemos ir con cualquier bikini solo el que acepte el guarda… Estoy hablando de un bikini normal no de ningún tanga l braga brasileña o parte de arriba inadecuada sabiendo la cultura que predomina en malasya. El apartamento olía muy mal, no sabemos si era cosa de nuestros desagües o general… pero no habia manera de quitar el olor. Booking nos marcaba un precio en el correo y ellos nos decían que era mas y como llegamos a la noche y no teníamos cancelación no nos quedo otra que pagar.

There is a second number that we found out by chance through another person. Please make sure to list all of the numbers to contact in all platforms, booking, expedia etc. and update them as there is no reception. People that have delayed flights might have to sleep somewhere else

• Dean (9/5): - The view from the room and rooftop pool was amazing. We didn't have any issues with the security at the pool. The pool was amazing to just chill in and see the view. Room was clean and had everything you need. You have a little balcony where 2 people can sit or you can lay in bed and watch the twin towers. The kitchen tap doesn't work properly but it wasn't a deal breaker. We managed.

Fin infinitypool och utsikt från takterrassen Hårda regler om vilka badkläder som var tillåtna, därför kunde vi inte nyttja poolen de första två dagarna. Ingen lobby/personal. Ingen städning om så inte efterfrågas. Smutsigt vid poolområdet och få platser att sitta på vid poolen, många fick lägga sina saker vid sidan medans de badade pga platsbrist. Cafe vid poolen med dåligt utbud (helfabrikat endast).
• Kar (10/5): Amazing stay with stunning views of both KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. - We had an amazing stay at The Colony Skyline Suites KLCC. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed on the 25th floor, which had a stunning view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower right from our room. Waking up to that skyline every morning was truly special. One of the highlights was definitely the infinity pool on the 35th floor. The view from up there was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the evening when the city was lit up — it felt like the perfect way to enjoy Kuala Lumpur. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Naim, who attended to us throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. From the smooth check-in process to assisting with anything we needed, his warm hospitality really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. The location of the property is excellent too — right in the KLCC area, making it very convenient to explore the towers, shopping malls, and nearby attractions. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great location, incredible views, modern facilities, and outstanding service. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. It was little bit difficult to find the location as the building has no name. Used 7-11 convenience store as the location to search for the building. Even the Grab drivers didn't know about the location.
• Cristina (3/5): Només pagues per les vistes - El llit era còmode, les vistes eren espectaculars i la piscina molt bonica. 1. L’apartament estava força brut: vam trobar plats per rentar (com unes tisores que adjunto a la foto) i el sofà tenia taques desagradables, fins al punt que no ens hi vam asseure en cap moment. La taula de planxar i la planxa també estaven brutes. 2. En entrar a l’apartament hi havia una forta olor d’humitat que va persistir durant tota l’estada. Considero que no és saludable dormir amb aquesta olor constant. 3. Les tovalloles estaven netes, però eren molt velles i gastades, tal com es veu a la fotografia. 4. El procés de check-in i check-out va ser complicat: la persona encarregada tenia dificultats amb l’anglès i es comunicava de manera estranya via WhatsApp. A mitja nit ens va enviar un missatge sense context preguntant “where are you?”. En el moment del check-out, ens va retornar la fiança i va recollir les claus gairebé sense dirigir-nos la paraula, cosa que va resultar poc professional. 5. A la piscina ens van fer fora simplement per portar bikini, fet que ens va semblar sorprenent i injustificat.
• Sara (8/5): - Relación calidad-precio bien, para una o dos noches. Cama cómoda tenías una mini cocina y nevera. El chico que nos atendió, súper majo y ayudándonos en todo. Cuidado!! En la piscina no puedes bañarte en bikini, estaba muy llena de gente y el seguridad que hay allí vigilando no era nada simpático. El baño no estaba limpísimo pero por antiguo, creo yo. Y olía mucho a humedad.

L’odore della stanza ammuffita era molto pungente, dalle foto e vedendo il prezzo pensavamo di prenotare un appartamento tenuto bene. L’odore era molto forte, l’appartamento era un po’ sporco (scarafaggio salito dallo scarico della cucina) e polvere mai fatta.

• Guest (7/5): Pas mal pour le prix, mais vous devez faire votre propre ménage. - L’établissement est proche du centre ville et des tours jumelles. La chambre était plutôt grande et bien équipée. Bien que la chambre est propre au départ, l’hôtel n’assure aucun service de nettoyage. Durant une semaine ma chambre n’a pas été nettoyée.
• Ghazi (10/5): - La rapidité de réponse de l'hôte. A votre arrivé attendre au pied de l'hôtel ces mieux car il y a 2 entré et contacter l'hôte qui est très réactif il arrivera très vite. La chambre est conforme a la description très bonne literie, clim, ventilateur wifi tout est au top. la vu est géniale mais qui dit belle vu dit aussi beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 00h00 stade de foot pas loin de l'hôtel. Proche de tout au pied de l'immeuble il y a des resto locaux et pas très loin a 5 minutes une rue pleine de resto de nuit marché local, mosquée, les 2 tours a 25 minutes a pied la gare (bukit nanas) a 15 minute a pied. la piscine et la salle de sport au Top, je recommande le manque de vaisselle et de marmite pour pouvoir cuisiner, cuisine hyper fonctionnel mais les placards sont vides, c'est vraiment trop limité en vaisselle. Il manque aussi un étendoir pour le linge et d'un balais et d'une pelle.

• Sofiane (1/5): - L’emplacement et piscine Manque cruellement d’hygiène Le lit surtout En me levant le matin j’ai eu des démangeaisons, j’ai enlevé le drap de lit on as découvert des taches de « pipi, tache de sang, punaise de lit et des taches indescriptibles… » la douche sentais le pipi, le fauteuil pareil Niveau hygiène ça va pas !! Pas de l’eau chaude, ils donne un câble pour mettre le chargeur mais ça failli cramé alors on as du en acheter une de qualité.. La personne qui a dû nettoyer avant nous, n’as jamais changer les drap de dessous, de ma vie je n’est jamais vue un manque d’hygiène aussi dégoûtant que la. Le seul point positif c’est la piscine et l’emplacement !
• Kseniia (7/5): - Great location , nice view from the balcony Booking showed total price for 3 night at 380 MYR, but on arrival we were asked to pay 480 MYR which was never showed /mentioned or explained on the booking. Plus 150 MYR deposit (this amount was mentioned on the booking details, and returned at check out ). Kettle didn’t work. We messaged property manager who was supposed to come and change the pot , but that never happened. Other than that apartment was nice , clean and centrally located.

Şehre yeni varmıştık, paramızı degistirebilecegimiz bir döviz bürosu yakınlarda yoktu, yakındaki AVM nin ATM lerinden para çekilmedi , ATM bozuk, bizden 1 gece kalmamiza rağmen otel kirasindan daha fazla depozito istendi. Ve epey bir süre check in için arkadaşın gelmesini bekledik.

• Anais (1/5): CAFARDS !!! HORRIBLE - J’ai rien aimé, hormis éventuellement le fait que j’avais une Clim CAFARDS !!!!! ATTENTION!!!! Je suis arrivée dans une première chambre avec un monsieur, sans rigoler 15 cafards étaient entrain de courir partout dans la chambre, avec une odeur d’égout j’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Il a commencé à les écraser comme si c’était normal. Je commence à paniquer à lui dire « annuler ma réservation » il a pas voulu. Il m’a reclassé dans une chambre plus grande, il n’y avait plus de cafards, mais c’était dégueulasse le sol collait, la douche j’en parle même pas, je suis restée car je voyageais seule et il était 1h du matin, et c’était pour deux nuits. Mais pour de vrai fuyez …. J’ai beaucoup voyager j’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Il y a même des cafards dans l’ascenseur !!!!!!!!!! C’est une folie

• CHRISTY WEE (5/5): A well-located hotel with a nice pool, but let down by poor room hygiene and maintenance. - The location was excellent. Conveniently situated near key attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around really easy. The pool was definitely a highlight; clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff Naim, was friendly and check-in was smooth. The room itself was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Upon entering, there was a strong sewage-like smell (almost like urine) which made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. The sofa was visibly stained, and the floor mat looked dirty and unsafe to use barefoot. It’s unfortunate because the property has potential, especially with its great location and decent facilities like the pool. I hope the management seriously addresses the housekeeping and maintenance issues. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless cleanliness standards are improved.

The apartment is big, suite my family well. The toiletries is ready, with the bath soap, shampoo and some toothbrush travel set. The view is so nice, located at the 40th floor. Can see all the buildings from the apartment and it was so nice especially at night. Nothing

• M'bark (1/5): Depuis que je voyage il viens de rentrer dans le top 3 des hébergements à éviter - Honnêtement que l’emplacement et le personnel Tout immeuble en travaux cafard dans salle de bain et dans la sorte de dressing,je voulais prendre en photo mais madame a la phobie donc j’ai écraser discrètement, je prend chambre avec une terrasse c’est juste un petit emplacement pour poser le moteur de la Clim peut pas être une terrasse et en plus pour couronner le tout il me facture taxe de séjour à 14ringit et ensuite il me demande de payer 120ringint, et ensuite 150 de caution qui m’a rendu en repartant je suis restée juste parceque je suis arrivé. Avec 17h de vol et j’étais épuisée Un point positif quand même la vue de la piscine
