- Anneke (8/5): Fijn verblijf - De locatie, op loopafstand van de Petronas Torens. Het zwembad, perfect om (met de kinderen) bij te komen van een jetlag. Wel wat weinig ligbedden, met name in het weekend. Op maandag was het een stuk rustiger. Het ontbijt was prima. Eten bij het hotel is relatief duur in vergelijking met andere restaurants.

The 24-hour food service was great although a bit too pricey. The parking service could be better. A little bit of a hassle to validate parking every day and even after that we still had problem to exit and enter again.

- Cécile (8/5): Correct - Bel hôtel , bien situé La piscine partagée avec d’autre établissement. Beaucoup de monde et de bruit. Très peu de transat et d’espace autour de la piscine. Nous avons fait le tour de la Malaisie et Thaïlande et c’est bien la première fois que nous avons été aussi déçu de la piscine.

The location is not nice, there’s no restaurants within walking distance other than Suria KLCC mall or other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t included but we ended up paying the high cost for the buffet several times because there was nowhere else to go.

- Ian (8/5): Conviently located, well appointed, lots of families! - Free bottles of water in room, free Wi-Fi. Surprised that a hotel of this calibre doesn't provide bidets in its higher specced rooms. Would be a welcome inclusion to make the stay more memorable.
- Amirah (8/5): Lovely family friendly hotel - The room/bed was spacious enough for a family of 3. It was clean and I appreciate that they have a bidet. Staff was kind too. Not about the hotel in particular. Unfortunately we met a lot of impolite and entitled tourists at the hotel. Those with no lift etiquette, those that were loud after 9pm.

- Mariia (5/5): NO AIR IN CORRIDOR OR WINDOWS SUFFOCATING HEADACHE ROOMS TOO SMALL - that at least he housekeeper knock the door to make sure the room was made the bed too hard, pillows not comfy, there arent any windows or any form of ventilation in the corridor it feels suffocating like the air was stuffed we had headaches every day all day, the aircon didn't help much because this is now fresh air, our daughter got high fever most likely from the pool or playground infected areas, she also hurt her elbow in one of the curvy slides very bad one, so we didn't feel comfortable at all, only one weird kid cartoon channel can't even tell which country from some weird kids cartoons, very dissapointed it was my first time in sheraton hotels the breakfast also not impressive no fine meats blue cheese bacon or creamy spinach sautee mushrooms etc coffee sucks we also checked the Cabana room even smaller than the one we booked
- Marie (8/5): - L'emplacement et la vue sur les tours Petronas est top. La chambre est propre et la piscine est agréable. Parfois le personnel est un peu long et les explications pas tres claires. Nous avons du aller réclamer plusieurs fois du linge donné a la laverie et pour les massages à peine sortie on m a tendu directement la facrure a payer tout de suite et que par carte bancaires, d'ailleurs il faut tout payer avant le check out et ils n'acceptent que les cartes bancaires.

Bed is not extra large as expected. Did not get high floor as requested and no reply to the request. Elevator to parking is through a small space next to registritation counter and is not labeled well at all. Pool not good for adults.

- Joanna (9/5): Wonderful stay, great location and lovely staff. - From the perfume entrance and welcoming smiles to the amazing pool. Our room was breath taking and the view incredible. Amazing poolside pizza too! We had the most amazing room but the noise was quite bad from the road and every night there was some event close by maybe in ballroom that went on so late it was so difficult to sleep. Even with ear plush offered by staff. Also while the pool supervision staff were excellent, the staff at the pool bar didn’t come and clean up after guests and I had to request after several hours of dirty plates etc sitting there from previous guests.

- graymare81 (6/5): Did not live up to expectations - The location is excellent, very close to KLCC, with a lovely view of the Twin Towers. The breakfast spread was enjoyable with a good variety. The duty manager was also quick to step in and handle an unpleasant situation during check‑in, which was appreciated. The pool area and poolside food and beverage were pleasant, and the kids especially enjoyed spending time there. We had a rather uncomfortable check-in experience, as the staff member assisting us seemed unsure of the process and sent us up to a room that was still occupied by housekeeping. Despite that, the room was not properly cleaned, with stray hairs on the wall. The electricity in the room kept cutting off during our stay, and we had to repeatedly press the master switch to restore power. We were also disappointed by the hotel’s advertised dinner promotion, which was displayed in the lifts and lobby, but was not available on either nights, we were there, eventhough the posters indicated it should be available on those days. When we requested plates and cutlery, we were told there was a limit of four per room and that additional items would be chargeable. While that policy is understandable, what arrived were very flimsy disposable plastic plates and disposable cutlery. Charging guests for such low-quality items, especially while promoting environmental awareness, felt quite disappointing. Overall, for the price paid, the experience and service did not live up to expectations.

- Ilyana Nabilah Binti (2/5): Not worth the price. - The facilities for kids were good. Outdoor playground and water play area. The connecting family rooms were disappointing. The price that we paid was unjustified. The amenities in the room were lacking. It was very basic to be honest.
- Wong (6/5): Location is good. Over booked or crowded is unavoidable. But with the price given… - Location and facilities. But it is a little bit overcrowded as the lift waiting time was slow. During reservation was clearly mention to have a babycot. I do understand it is subject to availability during checkin. However, we were consider relatively early did check in and was promise that baby cot will be in shortly. However, after we went up and out for a swim… we realise there is still no baby cot. And yea, we called up again but was told that its not available, and no followup from the team id we didnt call up at 6pm!!!! No kids bath foam set available or prepared. I thought its a family friendly hotel?
- Zoë (5/5): Verblijf niet naar ons verwachting, erg jammer. - De slaapkamer en bed waren ruim. Goede matras en kussens. We hebben kamers gekregen met een mooi uitzicht naar de Petronas towers. Check out ging erg vlot. Midden in de nacht is er veel geluidsoverlast van racende auto's en motoren. Dit hield enekel urenlang aan. Daarnaast zijn er lange wachtrijen bij de zes liften. Het systeem lijkt niet logisch te werken, zeker niet tijdens de spitsuren. Het lijkt erop dat vooral de hogere verdiepingen voorrang krijgen op de liften. Ik heb gevraagd of er trappenhuis zou zijn, geen van de medewerkers weten of deze er is. De organisatie in de lobby en het restaurant liet te wensen over. Vragen werden niet beantwoord. Er werd beloofd zaken uit te zoeken, maar ik hoorde niets meer iets. Hierdoor moest ik zelf opnieuw actie ondernemen bij andere collega's. Daarnaast liet de bediening in het restaurant ons veel te lang wachten op het eten.

- Huiting (7/5): Only the water play area was fun for kids. - Location was good though roads are noisy at night. Difficult not to be caught in the jam when driving out from hotel or driving back. Check in - repeated many times I had bookings for 2 rooms but receptionist said only 1. And after some checking she realised it’s 2. Another staff told us we had breakfast included in the stay, but I don’t recall so. When I asked again and was told sorry he made a mistake. Not an experience expected from Marriot group. Kids club was quite messy eg colouring station doesn’t have crayons there and slides were rather old. Toys strewn everywhere. Ping pong ball was deflated hence not able to use for play at the play area.

- Kristy (3/5): Ordinary Hotel and service - Not much to boost about unfortunately. We extended our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre due to a medical emergency in our family and selected this property specifically because of the family facilities advertised. Unfortunately the stay was very disappointing. Three days after we had already checked in, the hotel contacted us via Booking.com asking what time we would be arriving for check-in. I replied explaining we were already staying at the hotel and received no response. This raised immediate concerns about the hotel’s internal communication and guest management. The children’s facilities were a major reason we booked this property, however the outdoor splash area for small children was closed for renovations and this was never disclosed prior to arrival. The outdoor playground is also clearly signed for ages 5–12, something not mentioned in the booking information. The indoor children’s play area was not supervised, with older children regularly using the space, making it unsafe for toddlers. The pool area itself was poorly managed, with loungers regularly “reserved” by guests who were not present. The surrounding tiles are extremely slippery, and the matting placed around the area was visibly covered in mould and algae. Cleanliness was also concerning. We found other guests’ hair in both the bathroom and the bed sheets, and the rooms show obvious signs of poor maintenance, including patchwork repairs and paint peeling from window ledges. Service across the hotel was inconsistent at best. Concierge were unable to provide basic local recommendations, and reception staff appeared poorly trained and unable to answer simple questions. For a property operating under the Marriott International brand, this was a surprisingly poor standard. The only positive is the location within walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers. Based on this experience, we would not return.
