- Yuki Lyle (10/5): Great stay in Kuala Lumpur - Perfect location, easy to go around for food or shopping. Fully equipped building (gym, sauna and large swimming pool) and good quality finishing on the unit. Staff and security all very helpful. And host are very good at responding, no issues with communication. We need to go back and forward to the hospital opposite the accommodation and it's a little bit difficult to cross the street, if the local council provide the proper crossing that would be so much better and safer.

- Erin (5/5): This isn't a hotel, it's a residence that is renting out some rooms with a shared entrance. - The pool and gym facilities are excellent. The studio was well equipped apart from missing a coffee maker. Upon arriving at the apartment, I noticed that the family next door shared the entrance with me. The lady living next door, who shares the residential apartment, asked me rudely about the duration of my stay upon arriving. On my first night, people kept coming and going until 2:00 am, which was disturbing. I complained to the front desk and asked them to move me but they did not. The studio apartment that I rented had a common entrance with the adjacent room occupied by a lady and family members who kept their doors open all the time. This made me feel uncomfortable as I could not avoid seeing them in their living space. Furthermore, their conversations and activities were audible throughout my stay. I believe this apartment should not be rented out to short-term renters, as it seemed like the family next door lived there permanently and I felt as though I was invading their space with the shared entrance and rude welcome. The front desk had limited hours of operation, which made it challenging to collect the cash deposit they requested. Additionally, my key card often malfunctioned, making it difficult to access my apartment.

- Chantelle (9/5): a great suite location close to hospital and ISKL school. - Beautiful rooms with connecting doors and mattresses that were nice and soft! Good views. Water filter and fridge and some dishes. Volume on main tv didnt work.
- Daniel (9/5): Very good hotel - Very nice staff. We could enter our room before official check in time without extra charges. The pool and gym opening hours are until midnight. Well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets and food courts in walking distance. Free shuttle to the city center. There is no more laundry service available. The room could have been a little cleaner (water stains on the fitting).
