• THITIYA (8/5): - The location is very good. It's on the street food lane, market. Also, it's easy to go to the MRT. The staff are good and take good care of my parcels. Underneath the bed hasn't been cleaned. No shower gel but we have our own so we didn't tell the staff.

• Bethany (1/5): A dirty, stinky dive! You’ve been warned! - It was well located. It was very dirty, particularly the floors and the walls. It had a convoluted layout that made it seem like a firetrap. They had 2 elevators in 2 different locations you had to take. I found myself lost in a some very very smelly hallways. Run! I moved to the very nice Hotel Yu even though I only stayed 1 of 3 nights there!

• Low (6/5): Pleasant - Near to Petaling Street, a lot of food to eat. At first the staff gave me a room without window at 2nd floor, I went to the reception to change. The staff was kind enough upgraded my room to 7th floor with a window which had nice view to Merdeka 118. There are two lifts, you need to take a lift to 2nd floor, walk some distance to take another lift to higher level. The lift has some sounds while closing n opening, a little bit slow motion.

• Nur (9/5): i had a good sleep - i like everything about this hotel, even it is a bit far from central market that u need to walk for about 10-15 mins depends on your own speed. the room is comfortable, the aircond functioning well, the hotel reply fast when i need to check in late i just hate the lift haahah it is just nonsense. other than that all is good.

• Lilliane (2/5): Very poor - It’s very centrally located in Chinatown and near public transportation. This is quite possible one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy, the elevator was terrifying (you have to take two elevators and the second one would randomly open on the 4th floor every single time even though we were staying on the 7th floor…), the layout was confusing, and the staff was unfortunately less than helpful when you needed extra towels or blankets. The lobby, hallways, elevators, and room looked like they had never been cleaned. We were honestly too afraid to slip under the covers so slept with our towels on top of the comforters the whole time. Even if the price is right, I would say that it’s not worth the savings. And don’t be fooled by the Google reviews. They have a sign in the lobby that says you’ll be entitled to a free gift for giving a 5-star review.

The smell in the room is so bad, same smell is when you come into hotel..smell of mould. I checked out a day before and booked another place cause of it. Going to your room is very far too, need to change 2 lifts. Think twice before booking.

• Walter (5/5): I have to admit quite fun - this is a very strange hotel - This property very much down-at-heel. Rambling and inconvenient to carry your luggage through. The rooms are big, and in the location excellent value, but the whole atmosphere was somewhat seedy. Probably not a good place for families, unless you were really budget-conscious. The safe wasn't working. The staff, though pleasant, couldn't really help with any queries - they seemed too-young and untrained.

• Arpeelazaro (9/5): A memorable stay at the nice small hotel in the middle of Chinatown KL. - There was no breakfast but the hotel was on the same street as some of the best street food and restaurants KL has to offer. GRAB! I was never told that there was no cash grab payments if you need to travel in the early morning.

• Maria (3/5): Dirty hotel - If you would like to be located in Chinatown, this hotel is for you. For the rest, I don't have anything else I liked. The room and the pictures in Booking were not even similar. The room was dirty and with poor maintenance Towels were dirty same as the linen. In addition, the safe on the room did not work. The room was really dark and the staff were not friendly. Overall, the pictures have nothing to with the reality. My friends also booked another room, and it was the same. Therefore it is not only my experience.

• Tze (3/5): Put some effort to improve the quality of the room. - I like the location. Is at centre of Kuala Lumpur. This hotel must do some renovation. The facilities like tv, remote control broken, doesn't have any channel for watching. Like bathroom, the water was a bit small. Cabinet broken, room look a bit dirty, bedsheet too... That's y need some renovation.

• Daniel (7/5): Perfect location, perfect hotel for a small stay cheap, clean. window to a brick wall - The location was right in Chinatown you look left and right and see culture everywhere, about a minute or two walk to petaling street market. The room was advertised as a window room and the window had a view of a brick wall, which was okay for 2 nights but there was no natural light in the room
