- Samira (9/5): Superbe séjour - Très bon petit déjeuner, large choix sucré/salé qui conviendra aux Européens et aux locaux. Présence de boissons dans le mini-bar de la chambre, très appréciable à l'arrivée. Les bagagistes se chargent de récupérer les bagages dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel et les montent dans la chambre. Un vrai confort ! Personnel à l'écoute dans l'ensemble. Vue magnifique sur la ville ! piscine un peu décevante, froide et petite. Je m'attendais à mieux mais ok quand même. Parfois une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre due à certains clients qui fument dans leur chambre alors que cela est interdit. L'odeur se propage via la climatisation.

- BİRCAN (1/5): I had to stay in a dirty place - Show a high price and absolutely do not believe the discount, this place is terrible, it is dirty, please check it when you enter the room. The only thing to like about this facility is its location and the friendly staff at the reception, apart from that, garbage, please read it to the end and examine the photos I have attached. Hotel cleaning is not terrible, it's a disgrace, I had to sleep in a dirty room one night. Don't be fooled by the message written on TV when you first enter because they return a day later, the manager and the cleaning team should be replaced urgently, otherwise this hotel will be closed after two years.

- SHAW (6/5): - Very nice big hotel, located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang area of the city. Perfect location for street food area, bars and restaurants and large shopping Malls. The hotel is very clean from lobby to rooms. Every single member of staff I met were very polite and helpful and anything you required was never too much trouble. I would definitely stop again but there are a few things I would arrange before I booked, please note comments below. I would like to point out a couple of things for anybody booking the Royal Signature, the hotel s in the centre of Kuala Lumpa so I totally understand there will be a certain amount of noise but Our room was on the 20th floor at the front and we were kept awake by street music until early hours also we were given an adjoining room of which you can here everything from next door. This hotel has 428 rooms I believe but only 7!!!!! Sunbeds at the pool which are the most uncomfortable sunbeds I have ever sat on. The breakfast selection is very good size but quite limited if you are European like myself, plenty of curries, rice dishes noodles and cakes if thats what you like. I would definitely visit again but would try and book Non adjoining room Top floor at rear And get breakfast outside.

More Like a Huge Disappointment ⭐️ Booked this hotel 1 month in advance and even requested early check-in, but no replies to emails or inbox messages at all. From booking.com mentioned FREE parking, yet still charged us. Housekeeping never came to clean the room during the stay. Service was totally inconsistent — one receptionist insisted we wait until 3PM, while another receptionist managed to let us check in earlier without any issue. So what exactly is the standard here? The Indian receptionist with pink eye shadow was also very rude and unfriendly. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you would expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. Breakfast was disappointing too — very limited choices, no local favorites like Nasi Lemak, and overall below expectations. Honestly, I’ve stayed in better 3-star hotels with much better service and hospitality. Overall: Poor service, poor communication, bad experience. Definitely not worth the money and not recommended. :

The most importa - The facilities were fantastic, clean, comfortable and located with the best possible environment to access all of our locations of choice and interest. All the staff members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did not miss home because we were treated very well, felt safe and comfortable. We also got some presents when we were leaving💕.

They ask for an extra fee for early check-in. They call ahead when checking out, which is annoying. The sink in the room doesn't drain well. Breakfast doesn't offer much variety.

- Alina (8/5): Hotel Ok, dar se putea mai bine la 5* - Locatia buna. Curatenia din camera, baietii de la housekeeping erau foarte muncitori. Una dintre doamnele de la receptie nu a fost de ajutor si nici nu parea ca ar vrea sa ajute. Abia raspundea la intrebari cu privirea in ecranul PC.

Sessiz oda talep etmeme ve arayıp resepsiyona şikayet etmeme rağmen gece saat 04.00 e kadar devam eden ve hotel önünü piste çeviren ve özellikle de motorlarını daha da yüksek devirde kullanan motorculara bir çare bulamadılar.

- Dr Lorraine Marshalsey (8/5): - As a Coeliac, Malaysia is difficult to eat. I did think the hotel might accommodate my request for gluten free food, but there was only bread and fruit. So dietary requirements are limited in the hotel - my only concern! Everything else was perfect.

- eva (10/5): - C'est juste le cerise sur le gâteau 🍰. La chambre spacieuse, juste sur la route de bukit bintang tout droit depuis le pavillon de Kuala Lumpur, le quartier célèbre. Juste en face de jalan alors, où il y marché de nuit qui est très animée. Malgré son emplacement, l'hôtel est plutôt calme Aucun insonorisation sur la porte, on entend même le bruit de respiration les gens qui passent devant notre chambre tellement la porte d'entrée n'est pas conforme 5 étoiles.

- Octavio (6/5): HOTEL EVITABLE - El hotel en general está bien La atención que tienen cuando llegas, que tienes que descargarte tu mismo las maletas del coche por falta de personal. La atención despreciativa en el buffet hacia una mujer que me acompañaba. El hecho que te cobran 20 euros por limpiar una mancha accidental en la cama. El mal servicio general en la zona de recepción -una única persona cuando llegué-.

- Dominique (8/5): Hôtel agréable dans le centre de kll - L’hôtel jouit d’une position centrale à 15 min à pied des tours Petronas et à 15 min de Chinatown, du central market et d’autres attractions. Il est situé dans le quartier de Bukit Bintang et de Jolan jalor et sa food street. Il dispose d’une piscine agréable qui permet un peu de détente entre les visites. La chambre n’est pas suffisamment insonorisée et l’on entend les bruits de la rue et des voitures qui pétaradent. La salle de bain est assez petite, difficile de s’y tenir à deux.
