• Marcela (10/5): - A minha estadia foi muito agradável. O apartamento é completo, com tudo o que você precisa. Recebi um upgrade do quarto e os funcionários foram muito agradáveis. É possível deixar suas malas antes do checkin ou depois do checkout se precisar. Na recepção existe uma máquina onde é possível fazer cafés e chás, gratuito e com um copo descartável que permite levar para fora da instalação. Existe também uma academia no prédio, não tem muitos equipamentos, mas é o essencial. Além disso, a localização é muito boa, bem em frente ao metro e de fácil acesso ao centro. Apenas um alerta para pessoas que não estão acostumadas: existe um mercado bem embaixo do hotel e outros ao redor, mas aos sábados fecham 18h e não abrem aos domingos.

• Jasmin (8/5): Modernes Aparthotel mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum - Etwas ausserhalb der City, aber mit der U1, die praktisch direkt vor der Tür ist, ist man ziemlich schnell am Stephansplatz. Bequeme Betten, insgesamt modern eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal, gratis Kaffee und Tee an der Rezeption. Alles im Zimmer was man braucht (Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Safe, Pflegeprodukte). Waren im Studio, da hätte man auch die Möglichkeit gehabt zu kochen, aber bei den leckeren Wiener Spezialitäten haben wir dies nicht in Anspruch genommen. Schöne Rooftopterasse im 12. Stock. Es gibt per default keinen Zimmerservice, wenn man etwas braucht (e.g. neue Handtücher, Toilettenpapier) muss man sich an die Rezeption wenden. Das Aufzugsystem ist etwas seltsam und es gibt für 12 Stockwerke nur 2 Aufzüge, manchmal dauerte es ziemlich lang bis was kam, bzw. bis man dann unten war weil der Aufzug in jedem Stockwerk anhielt.

• LEEHEE (9/5): Highly recommend!! - The receptionists were very friendly and informative. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing - very hot and excellent water pressure. The breakfast was good, not a huge selection of food but filling and certainly satisfactory. The hotel is located just across from a metro station, so commuting in the city was very simple. The supermarket on the ground floor was convenient and enabled us to stock up on some basic food products to have in the room and/or bring back with us. That there are only 2 elevators (which require the room key). They arrive rather quickly but still sometimes had to wait.

• Natalie (8/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt. Können wir wirklich sehr empfehlen. - Das Studio mit Verbindungstür war sehr groß, schön und sehr sauber. In der Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um bei Regen auch mal einen gemütlichen Tag im Hotel verbringen zu können. Die Betten sind sehr groß und gemütlich. Man kann mit Kind auch locker zu dritt dort bequem schlafen. Das Hotel im allgemeinen ist auch sehr schön und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen frisch und lecker. Wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert, auch das war kein Problem. Direkt unter dem Hotel befindet ein Spar in dem man alles bekommt was man braucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch direkt an der Bahn und in 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Donauplex mit vielen Restaurants. Leider kein Schwimmbad vorhanden.

• Anna (8/5): Гарний готель зі зручним розташування - Дуже чисто, все ідеально працює, якісна сантехника в ідеальному стані, матраци неймовірно комфортні. Дуже зручне розташування - прямо біля станції метро, виходите і одразу вхід у метро, до центру міста хвилин 10-15. Сніданок один і той самий щодня (стандартний шведський стіл), але смачний. Дуже гарна тераса, в теплі місяці раджу снідати там, гарний вигляд на Відень :) Обслуговування - прибирання номерів не включене у вартість проживання. Ви можете оплатити його додатково і це коштує 35 євро. Вам можуть безкоштовно надати нові рушники, туалетний папір тощо, але саме за прибирання треба доплачувати.

• MuellerCN (9/5): Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Aparthotel - Ich werde wieder kommen! - insgesamt war (fast) alles Positiv. An der Stelle hervorheben möchte ich: - Das freundliche Personal - Die Größe und allgemeine Sauberkeit des Zimmers - Die Lage des Hotels, direkt unter dem Hotel ist ein SPAR Supermarkt in dem man sich unter der Woche und Samstags wunderbar versorgen kann (WICHTIG: Öffnungzeiten beachten!) auch das nicht weit entfernte Donau Einkaufszentrum sind gut um alles notwendige einzukaufen. - Die Ruhe im Zimmer, gelegntlich waren Geräüsche vor allem vom Room Service in den Umliegenden Zimmern zu hören, diese störten mich aber nicht wirlich. Von der Strasse bzw. dem recht Lauten umfeld war nichts zu hören- Ein paar kleine Problemchen sind mir aufgefallen: - Eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht. (Vielicht war ich auch nur zu blöd...) - Der Fernseher hat teilweise etwas gezickt und funktionierte beim Durchzappen plötzlich nicht mehr richtig. - Die Wartezeit auf die Aufzüge. Das Hotel ist recht groß und die gesamte Anlage hat nur Zwei aufzüge die besonders wenn man "antizyklisch" unterwegs ist, beispielsweise weil man zur Frühstückszeit das Hotel verlassen wir zu recht Langen wartezeiten führen. Zwar wird einem durch die Modernen Aufzüge eine "Ankunfstzeit" angezeigt, das problem reduziert das aber nicht, ich habe teilweise 5 Minuten auf einen Lift gewartet. - Das WLAN war ehr am untereren Rand, recht Langsam und teilweise mit geringer Verbindungsqualität. Naheliegendster Grund ist hier de Entfernung zum nächsten Access Point, der wohl da das Zimmer am ende des Ganges war etwas weiter enfternt war.

Posizione comoda, camere ampie e confortevoli, ricca colazione, possibilità di utilizzare una palestra attrezzata. Terrazzo panoramico all'ultimo piano.

• Milinda (10/5): Tasteful room with easy access to metro system. - Very cosy rooms with excellent facilities. The room was very tastefully put and was aesthethetic. The reception was very welcoming. For the amount of price, they could have included breakfast. And the escalators leading to the hotel reception were not working at night. And there was no label or board to direct us to an elevator to the hotel. We had luggage with us.

• Ferenc Gartner (10/5): The place is really great! - I can only write good things about the hotel. We spent one night here, but I will book accommodation here again next time I am in Vienna. I have a basis for comparison, because we often visit the city and have tried about 7 different (cheap) *** hotels. This is the best value for money. The kitchen in the studio room is very useful, and the room has everything you might need for a shorter stay, but it would be too long to list here. Everything was very clean. There is a large LED TV in the room, and excellent internet (wifi) connection. There is a supermarket two steps away, the U1 metro station Kagran three steps away :), and a huge shopping center four steps away. The place is really great! There is none.

Comodissimi i servizi presenti nella hall e nell'hotel in generale. Posizione ottima, di fronte alla metro. Odore sgradevole in camera, probabilmente proveniente dal bagno. Purtroppo non sono intervenuti se non con uno spray che ovviamente non ha risolto il problema.

• Jaroslava (9/5): Good apart hotel near the metro and old Donau shoulder. - Great location near the metro with direct connection to the center and close to shopping opportunities. Free coffee or tea can be made at the reception. Moreover each room has a well-equipped kitchenette. From the floor above us, an unpleasant, disturbing noise could be heard often and well into the night or early in the morning - rattling and vibrating. It could have been a washing machine or some equipment from the gym. It would be good to localize and isolate.

• Vojtěch (9/5): Noční přespání - Krásné moderní ubytování. Na to na jaké je to lokalitě, tak velmi příjemná cena :) Zařízení dostatečné, vše co potřebujete. Snídaně taky byla výborná. Ráno v 7:45 se nám nechtěl přivolat výtah a ani na jednu kartu nám to nereagovalo… je fajn jít hned po ránu ze 4 patra do 12 patra na snídani po schodech… Chtělo by to dodat více informací o parkování, vjezd je ze strany od mezinárodní školy a ve druhém patře se nachází označené parkovací místa s poplatkem za 30e/noc což třeba oproti Praze je dost masakr.. Dále rada pokud mate zaplacenou v ceně snídani, tak se nezapisujte do papíru nahoře, mohl by tam stát člověk, který má na papíře, který pokoj má zaplacenou snídani a který ne. Pak po nás chtěli poplatek za snídani :)

• Andrea (9/5): The property was in a good location for transport. The property was clean and comfortable. - The location was very close to the train station and trams. The room had a washing machine that was very useful as we had spent a few days elsewhere in Austria. The property was clean and everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that was not so good was breakfast. It was so busy and not easy to get a table. If you wanted a quiet tranquil breakfast experience unfortunately this is not the place. There was a good selection of food.

• Maria (9/5): - Struttura eccellente con servizio di portierato h24, pulizia impeccabile. Si trova proprio di fronte la fermata della metropolitana che in 10 minuti ti porta al centro di Vienna. Nel fine settimana è stato possibile parcheggiare l’auto gratuitamente in strada ma l’hotel offre un servizio parcheggio al costo di euro 30.00 al giorno. La cucina era completa di tutto il necessario.
• Dana (10/5): En mycket lyckad vistelse. - Rummen är rymliga, köket är fullt utrustat, mycket rena och personalen är jättevänlig. Läget är mycket bra, nära transporter och köpcentrum. Rummen är mycket välutrustade och samtidigt moderna. Allt var som förväntat, vi har inget att klaga på.

• iurii (5/5): - Местоположение Отсутствие комфорта во всём. Что в номере, что на завтраке всегда чего-то не хватает. А последний день на завтраке приходилось ждать всё: кружки, тарелки, краусаны, сосиськи и т.д.
• OlavoAG (7/5): - The location is unbeatable, right in front of the subway and a shopping mall. The room had a very cozy style, and I loved the fancy bathroom which included a convenient line for hanging clothes. Unfortunately, I paid extra specifically for a room with a fridge, but it was not working. I had already bought some food and drinks which I ended up having to throw away. The financial loss is frustrating, but the disappointment is far worse.

• Dace (10/5): Perfekti! - Ļoti patīkama viesnīca! Moderns interjers, tīrs numuriņš. Virtuve pilnībā nokomplektēta, jutos kā mājās - viss pa rokai, līdz pat traukumašīnas "tabletei". Kafijas automāts pirmajā stāvā - kafija neierobežotā daudzumā un veidos. Blakus kafijas automātam ir ūdens-iesakam uzpildīt pudeles pirms došanās uz pilsētu, jo ūdens ir izcils! Arī brokastis varējām pagatavot pēc savas gaumes, jo blakus viesnīcas ieejai ir Spar veikals ar svaigi ceptu maizīti un visu pārējo. Kopumā viesnīcā jutāmies ļoti labi!

• Jakub (6/5): - The room was nice and the proximity to the metro station was great. Another guests came into our room 30min after us because the reception gave them the same room. After that, our cards to access the room stopped working and we had to go to reception again so they can reload them. (I understand that errors can happen, but something like this should be prevented on multiple levels and is unacceptable - nothing bad happened in this case, but it could have.)

• Ivanka (9/5): Nett - Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Citadines Danube Vienna. Das Hotel ist extrem sauber, modern ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück sind die Waffeln eine echte Empfehlung. Gute Auswahl Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station und dem Donauzentrum gelegen, mit Spar Markt im Haus und schneller Anbindung zum Stephansdom in nur 10 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ausgestattet mit Küche, Kochnische, Klimaanlage, Smart-TV. Extrem sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Nette Dachterrasse, Fitnesscenter, kostenloser Kaffeeautomat mit leckerem Kaffee und Lounges; Gut zum arbeiten und urlaub machen. Kostenloses und schnelles WLAN überall verfügbar. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist top! Küche ohne Pfanne (nur Topf), kein Öl zum Anbraten, keine großen Tassen, nur Vorhänge statt Rolläden.
