• William (6/5): An alright hotel for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur - I liked the beds, super comfortable which is very important to me when I travel. The wifi was also working just fine, no issues there at all. There is also a smart tv with youtube etc in the room. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. Nearby you can find a small minimart nearby that is open 24/7 which is a big plus. It is a bit of a walk to the skytrain, around 10 minutes. The room is pretty tiny, and unfortunately it had some sort of smell that just made the whole stay more difficult than it had to be. I think it is from the carpet, since the whole floor is carpeted. We also found a spot of old blood on one of the towels, but got it exchanged.

• Rozaidah90 (10/5): A comfortable stay within the city - Loving the location as it's just in front of HKL entrance. My main purpose of staying was to attend a sick relative at the hospital. It's just a walking distance as u can cross the road by using the flyover. There's a cafe at the lobby that serves pastries and coffee too. Btw, there's a Putrajaya line MRT within HKL vicinity. btw which I think it'll be really helpful if you need to travel anywhere around the Putrajaya line or to the airport. We had a room on the second floor and had to use the stairs. The hotel is not elevator assessible. It was fine but for people coming with elders, you need to consider your options. The room is a but small and cramped.

• Benny (3/5): - Clean on arrival /security seemed good and Manager was helpful No chair or table in the room that is v v small. No coffee or tea making facilities. This lack of basic amenities is not highlighted in the web site. Not suitable for business travellers. Poor housekeeping. My room was not cleaned on the 2nd day. Dirty towels were not replaced and the bathroom and room were not cleaned.

• S DAVID (8/5): - It was a quiet and pleasant stay. It is also very close to HKL and restaurants nearby. The staffs were very friendly .

• Nur (7/5): Good - Walkable distance to HKL and not too far from central attractions. And room is clean. I was staying at 1st room. It was very close to the entrance door. I can hear every single steps and voices of the customers in and out, and everytime when the door close/open, even in the middle of the night, it was quite disturbing. Noise from the roads is still acceptable to me.

• Choon (4/5): Will not be back - The staff were friendly Cockroaches found and no toilet paper in the room. Room was near to the road and we could hear vehicles zooming past the whole night. Booked for 2 nights but in the end, we check-out the next day to another hotel.

• Anna (10/5): Great place! - Great place near the center. The room was new, clean nad looked modern. There are transport stops nearby, lots of shops and restaurants, money exchange, pharmacy and even a hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can be noisy. It was quiet overall, but sometimes you can hear other guests leaving their room, or someone driving a noisy car/motorcycle from the road.

• Liang (7/5): A very convenient location for me attending conference at MITEC. Comfortable place with good lightings and a smallish ba - New place. Tastefully done up and decorated. Bright n cheery cafe at the front. There is some smell in the room, which I think came from the carpeted floor. My T shirt still had smell when I returned home. Room’s sound proof can be better as I can see slits of lights between the door n frame after I turn off the lights.

• Joash (4/5): It really depends what you are after - Location was very good (opposite hkl). Bed was super comfortable. Room smelt musky but was otherwise clean. Quiet. The toiletries were insufficient. Had to ask the staff to give me toilet paper. The doors were locked at 12 midnight. Also, the staff checking us in took a 200 ringgit deposit from us but when we told them we were checking out early, they told us that they had no staff around and will charge rm10 to bank in the deposit refund. Kindly look into this please as it is not acceptable.
• Ara (10/5): Highly recommended for its prime location , exceptional cleanliness, and overall excellence. - I admire the sleek contemporary aesthetic, which exudes cleanliness. Despite arriving late at around 1AM, the staff graciously facilitated our check-in process. They even arranged a parking spot, which was greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, just a five-minute drive from the hospital we needed to visit. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we missed experiencing their breakfast at the café. Hopefully, during our next visit, we can leisurely enjoy some coffee and dessert there. I have no complaints.

• Olivia (8/5): Nice hotel near to the LRT station/HKL - The facilities are fairly new since the hotel was opened quite recently. The staff there is friendly and helpful. There is a convenient store nearby and a few eateries. The hotel is near to the LRT station. Although there's a cafe downstairs, I wish that the hotel could also add complimentary coffee/tea in each hotel room.

• Vanya (8/5): Very good - It was very clean and nice. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I asked about getting around and was given very detailed instructions and a map! It would be great to have hand soap in the room.

• Tan (10/5): Clean and peaceful - The room presented in modern and minimalist style with simple furniture and black and white color matching. The room is small but sufficient enough for 2 people. Surprisingly the room is quiet and peaceful although it is close to the main road. We can sleep well in the night. The only shortcoming is the car parking. If you are good luck enough then you should able to get a parking not too far away. Last but not lease, the guesthouse location is convenient as it is close to train and monitrail station. The room is clean and the reception is helpful as he walk with us until our room.

• Oksana (7/5): Good - Free Netflix, quiet comfortanle bad (cannot say that pillows are the best). Bright room. Cute toiletries, they have curtain on the bath, and bide. Rooms are definitely not 40 m^2, it was quiet small box (15~, maybe). Each room doesn't have personal fan, iron, so you need to ask and give it back, all the time. Window very small, and if you want to open curtain - everyone will see you, from the outside. They also have "nessasary" deposit for 200 MYR, which you cannot avpid, even if you're not a smoker and stay for few days. We also discuseed with receptionist that it might be returned to your credit card, as it paid originally, but in the last day they say "oh no, we don't want to pay commissions, here's the cash". Be careful if it's your last day, because after you need to take care of cash.

So difficult for early check out and late check in. And when facing problem after 9pm there is no one to call. No hot water dispenser.

• Ellen (7/5): Good - Located nearby the trainstation which is perfect, very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The staff was very kind and they have a cosy coffeeshop downstairs. The rooms are very small, which can feel a bit claustrophobic. It was also pretty noisy at night, we think it’s from the AC.
