We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people!

Zimmer sind super sauber und ruhig. Personal vom Hotel war top. Man wird sehr gut beraten und die Mädls an der Rezeption haben Spass an ihrer Arbeit. Toll macht weiter so! Bin begeistert... Hatte schon lange nicht mehr so ein tolles Stadthotel erlebt!

• Vittorio (8/5): Un buon hotel a un ottimo prezzo - Hotel molto comodo nel centro di Villach, nella piazza della stazione. Vicino all’hotel ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e anche, a meno di cinque minuti a piedi, parcheggi gratuiti. Vicino a parecchi ristoranti sia locali sia etnici. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese. Non è un hotel lussuoso ma è pulito e moderno e gli ambienti comuni sono studiati in modo che ci si senta come a casa. La colazione è soddisfacente con un buon buffet dove si può trovare tutto ció che si desidera, sia salato sia dolce. Camera e bagno sono molto spaziosi ma manca una scrivania dove potere lavorare in caso di viaggio di lavoro, come nel mio.

• Marianne (8/5): Lovely modern hotel - We were impressed with this hotel, which was very modern. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. It is a short walk into town with lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend Le burger…. Nicest burger I’ve ever had! We think there was a problem with Hotels.com and the booking because they were unaware of our booking when we arrived despite having already paidbut the friendly staff quickly sorted this and luckily there were still spare rooms. It is also unclear about the Parking on Hotels.com. It cost €24 for 24 hours Parking, which is quite expensive. Luckily we were here over the weekend so could get free parking on the street. But just be aware it could work out quite expensive during the week. There was not a great deal to do in Villach so one night was enough. But if you have a car, they’re in a nice places to drive to in the area.

Suggerisco una colazione più varia e un sorriso in più da parte del personale, gli ospiti apprezzeranno moltissimo.

• ASUN (10/5): Para recomendar - Reserva de un estudio tres noches para 2 personas. Muy espacioso y perfectamente insonorizado. Todo nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto (estilo moderno funcional). Durante los 3 días en el estudio no ha habido servicio de limpieza ni cambio de toallas (el estudio contaba con lo necesario para limpiar y en la planta 3 del edificio podías reponer libremente toallas, papel higiénico e incluso usar lavadora y secadora). En el estudio no hay cafetera, pero la puedes solicitar en recepción por un coste total de 5 euros e incluye 4 cápsulas de leche y 4 de café nespresso (creo que esta fórmula no es acertada, estaría mejor que la habitación ya tuviera la cafetera y la cobraran junto al coste de la reserva). Muy buena ubicación, con la estacion de tren justo enfrente.

It's located conveniently near the main train station with good parking options and all kinds of public transport connections. But as the city center is 5min by foot, we didn't go anywhere else than on foot exploring the beautiful city center with its nice scenery, historic buildings, shops, and restaurants. We'll definitely come back!
