• Reshma (7/5): Value for money and good location - Location was really good. Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, A nice bar and restaurant below the building with live music. The building had security 24x7 with access code. So felt very safe. Taxi drop off and pick up is very convenient and right in the front of the entrance. High rise apartment, had a good view from the window. Airconditioning in the apartment was good. Rooms size is small. Bathrooms really need refurbishment. Drain in the shower and sink were getting clogged. The toilet pot is stained , needs extensive cleaning. Kitchen had basic cutlery , however glasses were missing. Only mugs were available. More toilet rolls should be provided. Bedroom had some insects on the ceiling. Suggestion - To provide some glasses for drinking and also a SAFE in the apartment is required. Valuables / Passport / Cash needs to be secured somewhere.

The only small drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit loud when it starts, but overall it doesn't affect sleep.

• Yanis (9/5): The apartment is near the Imbi and Hang Tuah subway stations. - It takes only ten minutes to walk to the Jalan Alor Night Market, and there is a convenience store downstairs as well as several local eateries, including the recommended Lala Chong seafood, which is delicious. There are not enough parking spaces, especially during holidays when you need to wait.

There is also a complete kitchen, balcony, and washing machine. Highly recommended! 👍 The bathroom door is a bit tight and sometimes needs to be pushed hard to close.

• Anne (10/5): 3rd time repeat - Still remain the service standard. Free facilities, fresh sheets, and good location. The light at the kitchen spoiled but host fixed it the next day. So that was ok. Suggest to get more free parkings.
• Alma (10/5): Well known residence at bukit bintang - We booked for 2 nights here because of the residence branding. It met our expectation. The location was good because just right opposite alor street. We could walk from the link bridge. Lrt station nearby too. Kl view from the unit and nice to fit 4 of us with 2 bedroom. Good hygiene. Pool was normal did not get a very good view there. However we can still chill there during evening time.
• Yi (2/5): Bugs are scaring! - Location is fine. There are many bugs in the bath room and kitchen area. We used out a bottle of insecticidal spray and they still appear in the following days, which is scaring. I don't think the hygienic condition of the apartment is suitable for living.
• Lena (9/5): Near jalan alor and lrt station - Inside swiss garden hotel which I was happy with it... Room given was big and with kl tower view... Really nice for short vacation... Not bad but the security guard was a little mis communication...

There was nice food options nearby and finding good food wasn't a problem. The facilities of this property are plenty. Would certainly stay here again.
• Haris (8/5): Great prime location with a nice room! - I had a fantastic stay at Swiss Garden Residence in Bukit Bintang. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Jalan Alor for street food, Pavilion Mall for shopping, and a short ride to the Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms are of a decent size and clean. I even chilled at the pool for a bit and it was clean!
• Zuhab (10/5): Best place for a family weekend - We stayed in Kuala Lumpur for about a month and stayed at this property multiple times, the staff is very respectful and accommodating, my kids and family loved Swiss Garden residence, we will stay again and recommend this place to all of our friends. No issues at all.

• Farquleet (10/5): Upscale apartment close to Downtown - The best part about the Swiss Garden is that it is close to downtown and we had a great time exploring the area, it is located in a very safe and upscale neighbourhood which makes it perfect for couples and families. • Kelly (2/5): I’m completed disappointed and dissatisfied. - Location is central, apartment is clean. 1. The floor of the twin room was wet upon check in. The air-con was dripping water. Texted the PIC mr Rahad to fix it or to change to other unit, and he said will send someone. It was not resolved when we returned from our dinner. my kids had to sleep with open door so to let the cool air flow in from the living room. The contractor knocked on my door the 2nd day at 11am. 2. he messaged me the check-out time is 11am, but the one stated in my booking.com is 12pm. He emphasised that this had been always Airbnb rules. I don’t know how my booking with booking.com ended up with Airbnb and I had to follow Abnb rules! 3. I paid RM650 for this 2-room apartment where others are offering between 250-400. I was willing to pay extra for better facilities and services, judging from their customers reviews. But the above was what I get.
