Lukáš (9/5): Skvělé soukromí v chatce přímo u sjezdovek, ideální na krátký lyžařský pobyt ve dvou. - Velmi příjemné a klidné ubytování s maximem soukromí v dobře vybavené chatce. Velkým bonusem byla vlastní malá sauna a praktická vyhřívaná skříň na lyžařské boty. Chatka má také pěknou terasu, kterou lze při hezkém počasí dobře využít. Kuchyň je slušně vybavená pro základní vaření. Velkou výhodou je poloha – ubytování je přímo v srdci lyžařského střediska a na svah je to jen kousek, takže jsme byli ráno mezi prvními na sjezdovce. V těsné blízkosti je restaurace, kde je možné si dát jídlo nebo si ho objednat s donáškou přímo na chatku. Okolí je velmi klidné. Ideální místo pro kratší lyžařský pobyt nebo prodloužený víkend ve dvou. K samotnému ubytování nemáme žádné výhrady, vše bylo v pořádku. Restaurace pro nás byla menším zklamáním – stoly jsou poměrně blízko u sebe, takže je zde méně soukromí při večeři. Jídlo bylo slušné, ale ve srovnání s naší návštěvou před dvěma lety nás tentokrát poměr cena/výkon úplně nepřesvědčil.

Csilla (9/5): Szép, tiszta a szálloda, étterem jo, szemelyzet kedves. - Szép a szálloda, jo elhelyezkedése. Szobában nagyon kevés fény volt (világítás gyenge) egyedül a fürdőszobában volt normális fény!

Andrea (10/5): - Všechno bylo absolutně skvělé - zařízení apartmánů, celý hotel, vyhřívaný bazén, umístění hotel u sjezdovek výborné, jen je zvláštní koncept restaurace zcela mimo hotel /to bychom třeba s malými dětmi nedoporučili/ a jediná věc, kterou bychom vytkli je opravdu poměrně neosobní přístup, pocit, že nikoho nezajímáte, že jedno kdy přijedete, kdy odjedete, nidko vás nezná jménem, neloučí se s vámi...Andrea

Saunatücher zu klein, keine Mistkübeln bei den Spazierwegen, beim Restaurant war bei Schlechtwetter mittags nicht erkennbar, dass es in Betrieb war (keine Tafel, Licht, Sonnenschirm o.ä.)

Veronika (9/5): - Vynikajúci dizajn, v krasnom prostredí. Ako rodina s 3 deťmi sme mali skutočne množstvo priestoru a možností. Zjazdovky sú perfektne upravené, nikde nebolo príliš veľa ľudí. Reštaurácia je vynikajúca ako pre dospelých tak aj pre deti. Užili sme si aj bazén a krásny apartmán. V apartmáne by sme potrebovali dvakrát viac háčikov na uteráky a bundy. A sušiak na sušenie plaviek 🌞

Bartłomiej (9/5): - Pięknie położony boutiq hotel z bardzo dobrą, minimalistyczną architekturą. Utrzymany w ciemnych barwach, pozwala obcować z naturą za ogromnymi oknami. Bardzo przyjemna strefa SPA. Przyjemna restauracja, zarówno jeśli chodzi śniadania jak obiadokolacjew ramach HB ( starter, zupa, drugie danie plus deser). Przyjemny personel. Sugerujemy większą ilość wieszaków na ręczniki e łazienkach oraz miejsce do suszenia ubrań narciarskich. Szkoda, ze niemożna połączyć TV z telefonem.

Kurt (7/5): Very nice location and hotel. Super clean and very relaxing. - The hotel is finished to very high standards. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Hygiene and cleanliness were superb. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the hospitality of a certain few members of the people working at the hotel. I noticed on several occasions that a significant number of staff do not speak english and were not very helpful if spoken to in english. We also observed that some did not particularly like the fact that they were spoken to in english (even though they could speak the language). The general feeling was that most of the staff were working there just for the sake of working, in some sense they sort of did not want to be there; the general hospitality was poor with the exception of the blonde waiter at the hotel restaurant who was super friendly and nice to us.

Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a truly wonderful experience. From the warm welcome at reception with our sweet Linda, to the outstanding service at the restaurant, the level of hospitality was remarkable. A particularly lovely surprise was meeting two Greek waitresses at the restaurant (Angela and Sophia) who made us feel instantly at home with their warmth, friendliness, and genuine care. Their positive energy added such a personal and memorable touch to our dining experience. We would also like to extend a very special “thank you” to Tamara for her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful gesture that truly brightened our stay and lifted our spirits. Her attention to guest satisfaction is a perfect example of the excellence this resort represents. We leave with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and genuinely welcoming getaway. The only thing I would suggest is to offer room cleaning free of charge, without any additional fee.

The place has some big problems, like not enough staff and a not-so-friendly vibe. The staff weren't very professional, their English wasn't great, and they weren't much help. The staffing was a real mess; the receptionist was also the waiter, which is just not what you expect at a fancy hotel. Plus, most of the staff were rude and couldn't really speak English, so getting information was a nightmare. And there wasn't even a proper reception desk, just a laptop behind the bar, which totally ruined the luxury feel. The bar area was pretty uninviting and unappealing, with its dim lighting and unlit fireplace. You really can't get a luxurious and welcoming vibe in a dimly lit place with boring staff. Dinner was a letdown. The food was like something you'd get at a food court, but they charged high-end restaurant prices. The dinner staff also weren't very refined. Breakfast was just mediocre, at best . Daily room cleaning services were not provided. It is evident that management has implemented cost-cutting measures that have compromised the subtle details distinguishing a luxury property from a non-luxury one. They really need to rethink their marketing and management goals, focusing on getting the right people and training them well. They should spend less time on social media and influencers who spread misleading ads. This place has a lot of potential, but the staff's rudeness and lack of knowledge are pretty obvious. For example, the receptionist doesn't even know the ski lift hours, even though it's the only hotel around. And when you ask about important stuff, like road conditions on the steep access road after it snows, they just refuse to take responsibility. Plus, the cleaning staff don't even say hi back when you politely greet them in the hallway. You just can't serve 3 coffees per table in different mugs, and you can't serve coffee in a teacup. This is what separates luxury from non-luxury.

Als Österreicher in Österreich sich nicht in der Muttersprache mit dem Personal unterhalten zu können.
Edith (5/5): Ein Aufenthalt, der mir nicht so gefallen hat. - Von außen ist es ein ungewöhnlicher Bau.Nachdem wir das unfreundliche Zimmer gewechselt haben, war das 2. Zimmer recht schön. Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich ist gut. Der Masseur Andi macht gute Arbeit. Es war alles viel zu dunkel gehalten. Im 1. Zimmer, dem sogenannten Upgrade war es schlimm. Es war ein Extrazimmer ( 102) in dem ich mir wie in einer Höhle vorgekommen bin. Außerdem war der Weg zum Restaurant eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte ständig Angst zu stürzen.

Loulwa (10/5): Wonderful chalet. - I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The place is absolutely beautiful and the design is truly impressive. I booked a two-bedroom chalet with a living room and breakfast included, and it was perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options every morning. One of the best things about the resort is its location — it’s very close to the ski area, which made everything so convenient. Honestly, everything about the resort was lovely, and I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. While our overall stay was very nice, there were a few inconveniences worth mentioning. Access to the resort during winter can be quite challenging. Snow chains are required for the car, and there is a toll gate on the way up the mountain that charges 15 euros. The resort refunds this amount at checkout, which we appreciated, but it would be much better if guests were informed about these procedures in advance, or if the gate staff were notified about confirmed resort guests to avoid the extra step. We also arrived late at night in very cold weather. Since the chalet was far from the parking area, we expected assistance with our luggage, especially after seeing a vehicle designated for transporting bags. Unfortunately, we were told no help was available, which made arrival a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the chalet key card did not work upon arrival. We had to walk back and forth between the chalet and reception three times in the freezing cold to resolve the issue, which was quite inconvenient after a long journey. With better communication and improved arrival support, the guest experience would be much smoother and more comfortable.

Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Anforderungen eines perfekten Angebotes. Der Weg vom Hotel zum Restaurant und zur Skipiste ist komplett vereist! Mit Skischuhen fast unmöglich! Auch mit Winterschuhen und sehr gutem Profil gefährlich!

Adela (3/5): Kommen nicht wieder - Die Architektur des Hotels ist atemberaubend und luxuriös. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Skipiste auf 1400m sowie des Skiverleihs von Intersport. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist sehr besonders. Das Spielzimmer für Kinder ist ausreichend und hat einen angenehmen Ausgleich für die Kinder geboten. Das Angebot an Fitness / Yoga / Pilates / Spa hat für Abwechslung gesorgt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind gut beheizt. Es gab einen Hotelmitarbeiter der besonders freundlich und bemüht war im Restaurant - Xavier, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Küche am Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Balkon hat eine angenehme Relaxzone geboten. Durch die großen Fenster wurde es im Zimmer bei Sonneneinstrahlung im Winter dermaßen heiß und die Luft unaushaltbar. Das Hotel hat sein Potenzial nicht ausgeschöpft. Die restlichen Mitarbeiter waren unprofessionell, lange Wartezeiten bei der Rezeption = Bar. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch und Englisch nur gebrochen. Die Verständigung war schwierig. Das Restaurant (inkl Frühstück) befindet sich nicht im Hauptgebäude und der Weg dorthin war komplett vereist, nicht abgeräumt, gefährlich. Wir haben bereits bei unserer Buchung erwähnt dass wir eine vegane Kost benötigen, das wurde jedoch nicht vermerkt und war auch kaum umsetzbar. Jeden Abend wurden wir erneut gefragt und uns wurde Halloumi als „vegane“ Option angeboten. Die vegetarische Kost basierte fast nur auf geschmacklosen „billigen“ Nudelgerichten oder Risotto. Bei einem modernen Hotel ein nogo. Die Portionen der Halbpension waren deutlich kleiner als der aus der Speisekarte. Das Hotel deutet daraufhin dass man als Hotelgast für das Abendessen eine Reservierung braucht, ansonsten wäre Takeaway die alternative Option. Als wir nach Takeaway gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt sie könnten uns nicht die kompletten vier Gänge mitgeben, maximal 1-2 Gerichte. Die Reservierung ist nur um 18 Uhr und 20 Uhr möglich. Yoga ist zeitlich unpassend, um 8:30 Uhr oder 17:30 Uhr - nachmittags überschneidend mit dem Abendessen. Für die Auffahrt mit dem Auto besteht die Schneekettenpflicht. Das Hotel verweist auf ein Kettenservice aus dem Tal, welches wir in Anspruch genommen haben. Das Hotel hat uns gebeten ein Tag vorher zu reservieren und uns über die Kosten der Ketten 25€ pro Tag plus 10€ für das Anbringen informiert. Wir haben es nur für einmal hinunterfahren / ein Tag gebraucht aber durch die Reservierung am Tag zuvor wurden uns zwei Tage verrechnet. Der Poolbereich und das Fitnessstudio sind sehr klein. Die Lokale / Hütten rundherum haben geschlossen oder schließen schon um 17 Uhr.

Valeriia (10/5): Не смотря на мелкие замечания -отель 10 из 10,куда действительно стоит вернуться - У нас был люкс 3 спальни ,довольно много для 2 взрослых и 1 ребенка ,но других номеров не было.Красивый номер ,прекрасный вид,чистота ,удобные кровати,достаточное количество полотенец,косметика Milton Brown .В отеле отличный спа ,бассейн и сауны,хороший ресторан (на ужин понравился больше ,чем на завтрак) При заселении в номере валялись чьи-то грязные носки ,и салфетки ,кондиционер не помещал бы летом ,с открытыми окнами спать не получалось ,тк окна выходили на парковку и люди шумно выходили в 6 утра

Alic (8/5): War ein sehr erholsames langes Wochenende. - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal war zu jederzeit sehr Freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit! Die Restaurantkarte war eher „klein“ für unseren 3 Nächte aufenthalt in Ordnung, für längere zeit eventuell etwas zu klein. Der Pool ist zwar beheizt, aber angenehm warm war er nicht, vorallem der Aussenbereich war zu kalt.

MA (7/5): schöner Urlaub am Berg - Die Lage ist Super bzw. Fantastisch. Das Restaurant ist sehr sehr gut. Das Personal dort sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Traum Koulisse, Zimmer sind sehr schön, Mit Küche, Herdplatte, Geschirr ist drinnen, alles sehr gut. SPA Bereich udn Pool ist sehr gut, das wasser hat fast die richtige Temperatur (30 Grad) überfordertes "Personal" an der Rezeption, keine Kommunikation, keine Antwort bzw Unterstützung durchs Management. (Fragen, Anliegen Beschwerden bei der Rezeption deponieren und nach Tagen noch immer keine Antwort). sehr schade dass das Management oder headoffice sich nicht drum kümmert oder der Rezeption nicht zur Seite steht.

Zoli (2/5): Bad conception! - A reggeli megfelelő volt. A vacsorától hasmenésem lett. Lehűlés érkezett. Ezt nem vették figyelembe és a fűtést kikapcsolták éjszakára. Reggelre hideg volt a szobában. A fűtés központilag vezérelt, mi nem tudtuk szabályozni. 1 nappal korábban így távozni kényszerültünk, mert megfáztunk. Az 1 éjszakára jutó pénzünket nem adták vissza. A recepciós egyben a báros is volt. A bár gyengén ellátott és felszerelt. A teát capuccino-s csészében szolgálták fel. A kandallóra nem tudtak fát tenni. Az épület belső sötét, komor, lehangoló. Mindenre rányomja a bélyeget. Rossz koncepció. A tér kiosztása sem lett jól kitalálva. Egy drága árfekvésű hotelben minek tesznek konyhákat a szobákba. Aki kifizet ilyen magas összeget egy éjszakára az nem fog főzőcskézni. Egyébként hol vegye meg az élelmiszert? Otthonról hozza magával? Az árban nem tükröződik a szolgáltatás színvonala és minősége.

Olga (4/5): Уважаемое руководство отеля, цена в вашем отеле не соответствует качеству от слова совсем. Я не ожидала, что если заплач - Расположение (1 мин от подъемников), стильный ремонт, очень красивая территория, шале внешне очень понравились (внутри не была), вкусные ужины по системе меню, чистота в отеле и на территории, наличие комнаты для хранения оборудования Завтраки, которые мне уже снились под конец от их однообразности, за 8 дней не менялось ровным счетом ничего!! Платная уборка номеров за 25 евро…. Я такого даже в отелях 2 звезды не встречала. Отсутствие доставки платной еды в номер… заказывайте еду по телефону и идите пешком забирайте)) очень маленький спортзал и в целом не очень интересный хамам. Отсутствие нормального освещения в номере, вечно было ощущение, что мы живем в склепе. На территории отеля отсутствует маломальский магазин и хоть какая-нибудь аптека, заболело горло? Твои проблемы, все в жизни надо предугадывать. Захотел сходить в аптеку на следующий день? Если нет машины или не готов брать такси, этого тоже нет будет, в Хинтерсдоре ее нет. А новогодний вечер у нас какой был)) закачаетесь! Поели до 21:00 и спать😆 Господи прости, хоть бы музыку включили, бедные гости отеля устроили пьяные посиделки в баре, чтобы хоть как-то устроить себе веселье, хорошо, что я додумалась купить продуктов днем и мы нарезали салатов, и тоже сами себе устраивали веселье.
Elizabeth (9/5): Huge potential to be the number one Ski Resort in Austria - This building is stunning! So beautifully designed with incredible views with close proximity to slopes. Everything is brand new and classy. The staff are friendly but there is obviously no management organizing everyone. Just a few touches and it could be a very sleek operation. Also I would invest in changing the mattresses to softer ones.

Alex L. (6/5): - Prachtige locatie! Het hotel streeft een bepaald niveau van luxe na die het totaal niet kan waarmaken.. Personeel kan de druk totaal niet aan; chaos elke avond in het restaurant... Daarnaast best kostbaar hotel en dan wordt niet eens je hotelkamer schoongemaakt. Als je dan vraagt om schone handdoeken of extra wc-papier moet je lang wachten tot dit wordt gedaan/gebracht. Daarnaast was geruzie door personeel over de telefoon met andere mensen te zien/te horen; niet professioneel. Er is maar 1 restaurant voor het avond eten en dat is het restaurant van het hotel! Als je niet reserveert, kan het zijn dat je dus niet kan eten... Op tijd je tafel reserveren, anders heb je geen avond eten. Deze feedback is niet nieuw en kijkend naar recensies van 1 jaar geleden is er niet veel veranderd... Echt heel jammer want de locatie is prachtig!
Milan Plíva (7/5): - Chalet krásný, prostředí a okolní příroda také. Snídaně a večeře výborné. Kdo preferuje vlastní stravu najde v chaletu plně vybavenou kuchyň. Skvělá dostupnost sjezdových tratí. K ubytování vede dlouhá horská cesta z údolí, zvládli jsme bez řetězů, ale jistě doporučuji mít je s sebou. Nefunkční krb při příjezdu, po opakované urgenci opraven. Spuštění sauny a jeho popis zbytečně komplikované. K autorizaci nutný klíč, který jsme nemohli najít a ani personál na recepci nebyl schopen sdělit kde je. Pomohla až paní údržbářka. Bohužel vyřízení trvalo do druhého dne. Nejhorší z celého pobytu byl personál restaurace a jeho netečnost a chaotičnost. Mírně lepší až při poslední večeři. V podstatě nám tyto situace z restaurace velmi nepříjemně ovlivnili pocit z celého pobytu.
ghetivu (6/5): Horrible experience – we left after 2 nights - One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Before booking this place, you should know the following: heating is only available twice a day, from 8:00–10:00 and 20:00–22:00, with a maximum temperature of around 20°C. During winter, with freezing temperatures outside, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was extra blankets. The room was booked for 3 people, but it was prepared only for 2. No extra bed or blanket was provided for the child upon arrival. The hotel restaurant is located outside the main building, downhill. This means you have to walk outside in freezing temperatures to reach breakfast or dinner. This completely impractical setup. The restaurant is overcrowded and chaotic. Without a reservation, you are not seated even if you have half board included, and the only alternative offered is takeaway food. As the hotel is isolated on top of the mountain, there are no other dining options nearby. Staff communication in English is very poor. During breakfast, waiters often pretend not to see you when you need assistance. Service is extremely slow and disorganized. Housekeeping and towel changes are not standard and are only done upon request, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming 4-star standards. Due to the cold room and the very poor level of service, we were forced to check out early and left after only 2 nights, despite having booked 4 nights. We do not recommend this hotel at all, especially during winter. A deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.

Curățenia lasă mult de dorit: pe toată durata șederii nu s-a făcut curățenie în cameră, prosoapele nu au fost schimbate, iar zona de spa era murdară. Per total, locația nu este bine întreținută. În cele cinci zile petrecute aici, micul dejun a fost același în fiecare zi, cu foarte puțină varietate. Porțiile de mâncare sunt mici. Personalul restaurantului este foarte amabil, însă timpul de așteptare pentru servire este foarte mare

Tischreservierung wurde an beiden Abenden verlegt, so dass man eine halbe Stunde warten musste, bis sich das Personal um einen Neuen kümmerte. Speisen werden teils kalt serviert (kaltes Steak!!!), oder sogar komplett auf ganze Menügänge vergessen. Tägliches Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage.

It was also inconvenient that breakfast was served in a separate building outside the hotel. Especially when there’s snow, this can be quite uncomfortable. I was quite surprised by the dinner. The food was served in a rather dimly lit room — I even had to use the table lamp as a flashlight to read the menu. The quality of the dishes didn’t really match the price or the restaurant’s image. The trout fillets, in particular, were disappointing — they seemed overcooked, dry, and lacking in flavor. I suspect they may have been made from frozen fish. The main issue is the lack of adequate lighting. It feels as if the rooms and other hotel areas were designed for people sensitive to light. If you’ve never stayed here before, I recommend arriving while it’s still daylight — otherwise, like me, you might find yourself groping around a dimly lit room, using your phone’s light to search for black switches on a dark wall. Quite paradoxically, the brightest place in the whole hotel is the sauna area, where guests in the hot room feel a bit like they’re sitting in a brightly lit aquarium. In the sauna, although the wellness area is generously sized, there is no cooling pool. On the other hand, there is an artificial cave, which comes across as rather amusing than impressive.
