• Sergei (5/5): Есть вопросы к персоналу - Удобное бесконтактное заселение, чистая комната. Был один неловкий момент… ночью кто-то попытался проникнуть в наш номер: кто-то приоткрыл дверь, заглянул и быстро ушёл (возможно, это был персонал). Моя супруга очень перепугалась и мы долго не могли уснуть. Персонал отеля на наше обращение так и не провели расследование и не дали нам обратной связи… печально
• Anastasia (4/5): Nicht sauber und frecher Preis - Dass ich nur eine Nacht drin geschlafen habe. Vorab: Ich schreibe selten schlechte Bewertungen und bin auch kein pingeliger Mensch. Insgesamt bin ich wegen der Sauberkeit enttäuscht, für 100€ die Nacht war das eine Frechheit. Ich sehe jetzt im Nachhinein die Preise für die kommenden Monate von 150€-300€ (wtf) und bin fassungslos, das ist definitiv kein Apartment was diesen Preis rechtfertigt. Es ist auf dem Level dass alles was man im Bad bekommt eine große Flasche Flüssigseife und eine Flasche 3 in 1 Bodywash zum Duschen ist, lol. Es war nur wischi waschi sauber, der Boden war nicht sauber meine Socken haben nach 5 Minuten (!) in der Wohnung angefangen zu picken/kleben und grau zu werden, es gab Krümel auf dem Boden und durchsichtige Flecken im Küchenbereich die man in bestimmten Licht gesehen hat. Verkaltes Sieb beim Wasserhahn in der Küche ist pfui, da dann das Leitungswasser auf dem Kühlschrank anzupreisen ist fast schon lustig. Duschabfluss stinkt, Wasserdruck ist seeehr schwach, ich könnte meine dicken Haare damit nicht waschen. Es ist alles nur oberflächlich sauber, Staub auf dem Messerblock ist pfui, Sieb in der Küche zum Lebensmittel abseihen hatte noch Reste drin. In der Kaffeemaschine sieht man im Wasserbehälter am Boden klassische Ablagerungen (ich meine nicht Kalk) die entstehen, wenn man nicht richtig reinigt sondern nur ausspült. Hatte das Gefühl weil ich nur eine Nacht drin geschlafen hab wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht, nur das was man sieht (Amaturen im Waschbecken und Toilette). Generell ist alles ziemlich abgenutzt (Couch fällt man in ein Loch wenn man sich setzt, Kopfbezüge sind gelblich und Decke riecht nicht frisch, will nicht wissen was drunter ist) und es gibt sehr viele Flecken/Spuren überall, zB an den Wänden. Wenn es 40/50€ die Nacht gekostet hätte wär es mir egaler, aber 100€ ist eine Frechheit.

Molto rumoroso al mattino del lunedì per passaggio camion rifiuti o fornitori (nel kit di benvenuto sono compresi tappi per le orecchie). Un solo strofinaccio sottile per asciugare tazze e bicchieri è poco. Servirebbero almeno tovagliette all'americana per non fare colazione direttamente sul tavolo. Servirebbe uno scolapiatti, un sotto pentola e un tavolino o mensola x conservare le cose che ora ingombrano il piccolo piano dell'angolo cottura.Ci sono due fasi grandi con piante finte che, visto li spazio già scarso, sono solo un ingombro.

Purtroppo sotto l'appartamento ci sono diversi locali aperti fino a tardi: abbiamo pernottato di sabato sera e gli schiamazzi sono stati molti e fino a tarda notte. Apprezzabile che la struttura avesse messo a disposizione tappi per le orecchie, ma non facili da usare se non si è abituati.

Es lag noch alles vom Vorgast herum. Es war nicht geputzt, keine frischen Betten.Das Zimmer war erst 3 Stunden später zu beziehen. Leider hört man jeden der auf der Straße vorbeigeht. Alles schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Zusatzbett (Ausziehcouch) war sehr durchgelegen. Aus dem Bad hat es nach Kanal gerochen, auch wenn sauber.

Außerdem waren 3 Betten reseviert und es war kein Bett für die Person (unsere 12jährige Tochter) vorbereitet, d.H. es gab auch kein Spannleintuch, Bettwäsche ect..

Parking smo našli ispred apartmana, bio je vikend pa je bio besplatan. Koristili smo kuhinju, imala je sve potrebno, perilice suđa i odjeće, aparat za kavu, suđe i posuđe... Došli bi ponovno. Neudoban kauč za spavanje u boravku, ali za dijete je ok.

The first time, there was no coffee machine in the room even though there were coffee pods. This time there was coffee machine but no kettle. The sheets on the sofa bed were not changed the first time, and it was the same this time too, even though I messaged the property before hand telling them to prepare the bed and put new sheets together with some extra sheets for the extra bedding available. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a foul smell in the bathroom. Just a very sloppy work. We go to Klagenfurt often, and I hope that we won’t have to go back to this place.

Eine Mitarbeiterin hat sich sofort via Whats App gemeldet, als wir ein Problem mit dem Herd hatten, dass wir aber auch gleich lösen konnten. Es ist schon bald wie ein Wunder, dass man in der heutigen Zeit, einen echten Menschen, der sich verantwortlich fühlt, in einemm Unternehmen antrifft. Toll. Danke dafür.

• Michaela (2/5): Nie wieder - Appartement war zentral gelegen. Sauberkeit hielt sich in Grenzen, auch das Geschirr in der Küche war teilweise schmutzig. Es gab nur 1 Weinglas und zwei Wassergläser. Im Bad gab es fast keine Ablage-Möglichkeit, die Aufhängung für den Dusch-Kopf war kaputt also musste man den Duschkopf die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten und der Wasserdrucksehr schwach. Es gab nur eine Rolle Toilette-Papier für 3 Nächte / 2 Personen, wir haben um zusätzliches Toilette-Papier gebeten, aber das wurde abgelehnt. Die Fernseh-Couch war so extrem durchgesessen, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. Die Fenster waren alt und haben keinerlei Lärm von draußen abgehalten. Das Einchecken war mühsam, da man vorab nicht nur den Reisepass sondern zusätzlich auch ein Live-Foto hochladen musste. Der Zugangscode kam erst ein paar Minuten vor 15 Uhr, man wusste also bis kurz zuvor nicht, ob man überhaupt Zugang zum Appartement bekommt.
