Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Giulia (8/5): Solides Appartement mit kleinen Einschränkungen aber mit viel Platz und in sehr guter Lage - Die Größe der Whg; Aufteilung der Räume; Bad mit Fenster; Sitzgruppe und Sofa; ausreichend Lappen und Spülmittel, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, gutes WLAN Heizung war aus und wurde erst auf Nachfrage angeschaltet; Ausstattung der Küche wäre verbesserungswürdig (man musste oft spülen, nachhaltig wäre, wenn es etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck geben würde); Der Toaster funktioniert nicht mehr richtig (Empfehlung: erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko, sollte ersetzt werden); Matratzen waren sehr weich; Handtücher und Bettzeug waren fleckig;

stuart (9/5): Cozy, well equipped apartment near several ski lifts, apres ski bars and good restaurants. - The lockbox was right at the front door and opened easily with the code we received shortly before our arrival time.
Peter (9/5): - Super Unterkunft in top Lage. Lediglich die Aufforderung um 9:30 auszuchecken war uns zu früh; zudem der Checkin erst ab 16:00 möglich ist!

Jessi (9/5): - Modernes und geräumiges Appartement mit tollem Bad und Fussbodenheizung. Schön warm. Zentral gelegen (zum Ortskern, Liftanlagen und ApresSki). Reibungsloser Ablauf mit Zimmerschlüssel beim self check in Check in erst ab 16.00 Uhr möglich Check out bereits um 10.00 Uhr

Christoph Müller (9/5): Super Appartement - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement und der Ausstattung. Es war alles sehr sauber. Parkplätze am Haus. Ski-Keller mit extra Ausgang! Die Lage ist perfekt direkt im Ort und doch dicht an der Piste.

Petra (8/5): Pěkný apartmán blízko lanovky - Hezky zařízený, dobře uklizený, docela prostorný apartmán. Postel v ložnici pohodlná, v obývacím pokoji už tolik ne, ale chápu, že je to rozkládací gauč. Parkování přímo před domem. 2 min. pěšky od dolní stanice lanovky. Pro 4 osoby pouze 2 hluboké talíře, 2 mělké a 3 dezertní, pouze malé hrnečky, žádná větší konvička na čaj, příbory od každého 4 ks. K dispozici je velká myčka, ale vy to do ní nemůžete dát, protože to potřebujete, nebo jí zapínáte téměř prázdnou. To s tou rakouskou ekologií nejde moc dohromady. Takže myjete nádobí ručně, ale zase chybí utěrka, my jsme si poradili, ale je to škoda. Nakoupit pár talířů, je to otázka max . 50 EUR. Za to dávám jen velmi dobré, ale jinak to bylo fantastické. Nestěžuji si, spíše zpětná vazba.

Martina (9/5): - Die Ausstattung und die Lage waren perfekt!
Katharina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung als Rückzugsort ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Im Keller gab es sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Leider wurde bei uns das Joker Ticket nicht freigeschaltet, aufgrund unbekannter Probleme. Das führte zu viel Stress und wenigen Ausflügen. Die wenigen Gondelfahrten, die wir gemacht haben, wurden jedoch vom Betreiber erstattet.
Eelko (6/5): Nice new appartment, great location, but no reception / luggage storage / skiroom before checkin... - Great location, nice appartment, good value for money. I had quite a bit of trouble getting the code for the lockbox containing the keys. Called and mailed repeatedly the days before arrival before finally getting things fixed. Also there is no place to store luggage for the arrival/departure day, and you also cannot use the skiroom, which means you are left out in the cold with all your luggage. This is unacceptable. No reception, everything is outsourced, it felt like the owner just wants the money, without spending any time/effort.

Benoît (8/5): Very good as lang as you don't have to deal with the hosts. - Appartment and the location were great. Joker card was not sent upon arrival, we had to make phone calls for one hour to get it. I left a pillow behind which I contacted them about the same day. I'm one 100% sure where is was left behind but they kept telling me they could not find it, I doubt they actually checked.
Hekmat (10/5): Exceptional - Location, size of apartment, provide the joker card which is a plus . I which we could meet the leaser at the time of check in and check out just to clear any doubts of any incident of broken items.. as we were accused of breaking a lamb stand which we did not since we were a group of 4 adults and if we accidentally broke any item during our stay, of course we had to report it on spot.. which was not the case as we were told after more than six hours from our departure that there was a lamb stand broken and we should be paying for the repair!!
