- Bing Bing (6/5): will not stay there if necessary. - immediately, the host managed to change the room for me as my first room B-40-05 B, the aircon is out of gases, not cold at all. will turn off itself after a while. finally changed to B-17-03 A to prevent me being fainted in the room. no foodies around it. not convenient at all. the front counter staffs were not friendly, sour faces. the tower A lobby was poor ventilation, hot, not a friendly environment. I got heat stroke after waited for 2 hours there for check in. same goes to tower B and corridor of level 40,17, very bad ventilation. my first room B-40-05 B, the small hotel fridge was not cleaned, got thick frozen ice in there.

- Zainab Mohamed Abokor (2/5): Shit - Good location. I booked with premium suites I had to pay a 200RM deposit even though I paid the full amount for the night I wasn’t told when booking either. The room smelt like someone had chained smoked in there it set my allergies off. There was no sofa in the living area as advertised. The bedding smelt like it hadn’t been changed 🤢.

- Muhammad (5/5): This property is not family friendly however if single or couple, this is an okay place. - Property was close to Institut Jantung Malaysia. The room is great, comfortable and the amenities in the room is complete for general needs. The check in experience is not good. I have a baby with a severe heart problem and I have requested for an early check in as I have doctor's appointment at IJN. However my request was denied and we have to wait at the hot lobby until 3pm. I've arrived from Sarawak at 2pm and we have to wait in the hot for 1 hour. The room is located in another tower (Tower B) from the receptionist (Tower A). We have to walk at the uneven road with a stroller carrying 3 luggages with a toodler to the tower behind the receptionist. For facilities, you have to pay for everything. This includes the gym, swimming pool and even carpark. I have to pay additional RM25 for overnight parking. The toilet is apparently smelly, musty, onion smell. Really ruined the experience.

They request the deposit of RM300. Check out time is at 11am that is too bad. To use the swiming pool need to pay RM30.00 per person n only can enter at one time.the bath room is slepery n it not good for elder people coz the toilet lever is not even... I has never experiance like this kind of hotel.. it very2 bad service. This is for the fist n last to stay here. I will make a commen to MOTAC
