• Ian (9/5): Roomy apartment in great central location - This apartment is very roomy and well appointed. Great having a washing machine. It is conveniently located to the major train lines and trams and nearby there are several small supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. It feels very safe to walk around any time of day and late at night. It’s an interesting area and only 20 mins walk to the old town area. Although we had no face-to-face interaction with any staff all the processes they had put in place for codes and key collection worked perfectly.. The key dispensing system is very novel. I have never seen something like this before. It absolutely makes sense, but be careful about it biting your finger! All good

• Cyril (10/5): Gute Lage und saubere Wohnung - Sehr große und saubere, dennoch etwas kahle Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage! Die beiden Ubahnstationen sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche ist für einen einfachen Kochabend gut ausgestattet - und ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit vielen Kameras ausgestattet - für eine Lage im jüdischen Viertel vielleicht gut und normal. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen Der Check-in und Check-out-Prozess sind (leider) vollkommen digitalisiert. Beim Check-in ist es nicht möglich, auch nur 5 Minuten davor einzuchecken. Dasselbe auch beim Check-out. Einziges Manko.

• Aiyarhyn (8/5): A beautiful, modern, and clean apartment, though the stay was unfortunately impacted by noise - The apartment was exceptionally clean and had a modern, fresh feel that we really appreciated upon arrival. The check-in process was also seamless, and collecting the keys was very easy. While the property is lovely, we encountered a few issues that affected our comfort. The centralized air conditioning could not be adjusted, which made the room uncomfortably cold for us during the night. Additionally, our sleep was significantly disrupted by heavy noise from the floor above. From 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM, there was constant jumping and movement that sounded like children playing, which was quite loud in our room below.

• Anezina (7/5): Very average stay, too expensive for what it offers - Kitchen fully equiped, this is an appropriate apartment for families with kids that stay over a long time. It was difficult to reach the host but when they responded to me they tried to fix what was wrong. The apartment lacks charm, communication with the hosts is difficult, and it has one of the strangest features I have ever encountered in an accommodation. The curtains cover only half of the windows, which means that at 5:30 in the morning sunlight floods the room and wakes you up, with no way to block it out. The host did offer to move me to another room with less sun exposure, which I appreciated, but I cannot help wondering what I would have done if no other room had been available for the rest of the week.

• Tanin (9/5): Spacious, new, and clean place to stay in Vienna - The room was spacious, clean, new, and quiet which located within minutes walk to metro and supermarkets. Also, with the huge size of the room, we had plenty of spaces to pack our luggage easily. The bed was neat and clean with two air-conditioners and two TVs installed inside the apartment. The kitchen was also very large with necessary utencils and dish washing machine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Vienna and worth for money. Not sure if the clothes washing machine also run dryer.

• Hwee Choo (9/5): Very good stay - Nice, spacious and clean apartment . Amenities are new, bed is comfortable and location is good with eateries and supermarket nearby and Nestroyplatz metro 3-minute walk away which makes it very convenient to go sightseeing. Also it is good to have washing machine in the apartment and be able to prepare breakfast in the kitchenette. When you shower in the shower cubicle, water can flow out of the cubicle to wet the bathroom floor.

• Eliraz (10/5): דירה מקסימה יפה נקייה מתאימה לדתיים ממקומת באזור היהודי - הדירה ממקומת 5 דק הליכה לבית חבד, בלב האזור היהודי, מלא מסעדות כשרות סביב, מספר רב של בתי כנסת. בקרבה לתחנת מטרו כך שניתן להגיע לכל מקום בעיר בקלות. הדירה ממש חדשה נקיה יש מפתח גם לדלת הכניסה לבניין וגם לדירה כך שלדתיים זה מעולה בקיצור נהנו מאוד מהמיקום והפסיליטי בדירה (יש נטפליקס, יש מקרר גדול, גז אינדוקציה תנור, מדיח, מכונת כביסה, בקיצור כל מה שצריך לשהייה בתחושה של בית.

• Uros (10/5): - We stated there for 7 nights, and it was very pleasant. Close to the center (around 20mins of walk), metro in couple minutes, market (billa) in minute. The bed was comfortable, but the duvet/comforter was split into two separate pieces instead of one. Which is weird for couples.

Korter on ilus ja puhas, olemas parktiliselt kõik vajalik lühemaks või pikemaks peatumiseks. Läheduses piisavalt poode ja söögikohti. Head ühistranspordiühendused. Wifi-t ei õnnestunud kasutada (ei ühendunud), puudust tundsin rösterist ja tolmuimejast ning padjad saaksid kindlasti olla paremad.
• alexandre (9/5): Appartement très agréable - La situation, proche d’ une station de métro et de l’arrêt du Prater où il y a des bus et des tramways. Le confort, la propreté et les nombreux équipements ( lave-lînge, lave-vaisselle, fer et table à repasser, sèche-cheveux...). L'appartement est lumineux et donne sur une cour intérieure, donc au calme. Le réfrigérateur est assez bruyant et se déclenche réguliêrement, ce qui peut perturber le sommeil. Le voisin de l’étage au-dessus arpente son plancher continuellement d' un pas très lourd, ce qui est désagréable.

• Vinod (7/5): Not very convenient for an old couple - It is a nice apartment but the items supplied were insufficient and of poor quality. Even a basic item of toaster was not supplied even after requested. The kitchen exhaust hood was not of good quality and caused me harassment by starting smoke alarm twice. The crockery and dishes were very less and of not so good quality. Please read above.

• Jing (4/5): 不推荐 - 离U1U2较近，出行方便。房间面积很大。装修新，用品新。 问题太多了……厕所暖气片不工作，联系了房主2次，第三天才有工作人员上门查看，说要再找其他人查看，后面就没有回音了。结果洗澡后感冒发烧，后面都不能出门玩，隔天还要发烧赶飞机，非常焦虑！中央空调无论设定什么温度，始终都恒定在23度，且无法关闭，房间闷热，只能开窗或再开挂机空调降温。小卧室窗户只能开最上面一条缝，一开还有油烟味飘进来，白天窗外也是黑的。洗衣机只出冷水。冰箱冷藏室结冰，蔬菜即使塞在抽屉里也冻坏了，放在上面的火腿片冻成了一整块冰。没有吐司机，面包只能通过煎锅加热。

• Alice (9/5): It was perfect thank you - It was clean and large and in a great location for shops and transport. The supply of Toilet rolls, towels, washing up liquid, sponge, and tea towel. Very minor things include lack of spare pillows/blanket. Also no second baking tray, tongs or large tea cups or mugs, and oven gloves. Was definitely adequate though and all in good working order.

Une fois sur place , l hôte n a plus répondu à mes messages, heureusement rien de grave.Peu de souplesse sur l heure d arrivée car c est une boite sécurisée qui délivre la clé. Aucune possibilité de laisser les bagages dans l immeuble, prévoir de réserver une consigne.
• UB (9/5): Grosses, zweckdienliches Appartment für 4 Personen. Sauberkeit ist ein Plus! - Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Innenstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Beleuchtung könnte „romantischer“ sein, also eher gelbliches als weißes Licht.
• Jodi (9/5): Top location, new fit out, great value. - Location was excellent for metro U1 lines on Praterstraße, with trams at the other end of the street . You can be at the Hauptbahnhof in 10 minutes or standing in the airport in 30mins from Nestrotplatz U1 stop. New facilities, very clean, air conditioned. Safe area with excellent restaurants and cafes so close by. Billa supermarket across the road - literally on every street either Billa or Spar. Good communication via chat with owners. If you are doing a long stay, communicate via chat if you want to pay extra for a clean to be done. Easy. Washing machine is great ! Nothing.

• Bojana (10/5): - We were staying in Top 17 suit. It was very comfortable, warm, we had all the things we needed and more. The city center is 2 metro stations away, or 20min walk. Also Prater park was less than 10min walk. And the station from where we took the train to airport was 7min walk. We really enjoyed. Everything was in perfect order.
