The induction stove was a bit tricky to use, but everything else felt brand new.

From the window, you can see the Kuala Lumpur city skyline and the Merdeka 118 building. The lights are especially beautiful at night. The space is clean and bright, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs, there are Lalaport mall and restaurants, making life very convenient. The entire stay makes you feel relaxed and at ease.
• ZhiYuan (9/5): Stylish yet serene living in Bukit Bintang - Brand new Stylish condo close to Pavilion and TRX. The pool area was gorgeous with city views, and there were plenty of eateries nearby. Construction noise during the daytime.

From the window, you can see a cityscape interwoven with greenery and tall buildings. There are many nearby restaurant options, and in the evening, you can walk downstairs to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine. After returning to the room, you can rest well in a quiet environment. The check-in went smoothly, but the TV connection to the internet is occasionally a bit slow.

There are shopping malls and convenience stores downstairs, so you can easily take care of food, drinks, and entertainment on foot. The number of sockets by the bedside is slightly insufficient.

La chambre est spacieuse, le design est moderne et simple, et les fenêtres du sol au plafond offrent une large vue. Elle est très adaptée aux voyageurs qui souhaitent profiter de la commodité du centre-ville. Les rails des tiroirs dans la cuisine sont un peu lâches.

The room design is modern, well-lit, the beds are comfortable, and the amenities are complete, making it very suitable for vacation or business trips.

• salah (10/5): Comfortable and well-located apartment - I stayed at Lucentia Residence Bukit Bintang and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decoration and complete facilities, making it as comfortable as home. It's within walking distance to the Bukit Bintang shopping area, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's very suitable for families or couples to stay. I will choose this place again when I come to Kuala Lumpur next time.

The high-rise city view from the room made our stay memorable. Parking is not convenient, and you need to communicate with the security several times.
• Ella (10/5): The infinity pool overlooking the scenery of Kuala Lumpur 👍👍 - It is very close to Bukit Bintang Main Street, and you can walk to Jalan Alor for supper in the evening. There is also a convenience store and a café downstairs, making it very convenient to stay.

• Syazwi (10/5): Everything fun is just a stone's throw away. - The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Pavilion and Alor food street. Plus, the balcony has a wide view where you can see the city skyline during sunset. Totally recommend it!
• Hafizi (10/5): The landlord is very thoughtful, scoring full marks on attention to detail. - The room is bright with plenty of sunlight, and outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is the cityscape of Kuala Lumpur. Every morning I wake up in a great mood, and the location here is fantastic, just a short walk to Pavilion.

• Adam (9/5): Good security in city centre. - We registered at the guard house when we first arrived. Many security from the gate to the lobby. We felt safe all the time. Host met us when arrive at lobby with keys. It was a special experience for us. No we have nothing to complaint but good to mention that the light in bathroom was quite deemed. Suggest to add more lights.
• Theresa (10/5): Good security during the stay 😇 - Location was right next to time square. I liked the security here because we have to register every entry. Many security guard in the building so we felt secured all the time. Parking was free and secured too. The room was new and modern design. Able to see kl view from the balcony. The pool was the greatest with kl view too. Unless you want a very good service if not it is self service during the stay. I was ok with that.
• Jayda (9/5): Location wise this is a good place... - Next to time square. Above lalaport mall. Connected bridge to the monorail station. Very good security in the residence. All good to be honest.

Easy self check in and out with good communication with the host in whatsapp. Tight security and no grab food to be delivered up to the room, had to collect myself at lobby.

• Catalin (6/5): Stressful because of this manager or whatever is his role at Lucentia Residence Bukit Bitang. - The facilities and the location were great! The manager/staff was very annoying! First, me and my friend, booked at the same location an apartment and one day before arriving this manager tells us that the room is under maintenance!! We check booking and we see other units available but the price now is at least 3 times higher!! Nonetheless I reserved a different one! Second: I reserved another 2 bedroom apartment! He’s contacting me telling me if I want to stay for 1 night in a one bedroom apartment! And we went like that back and forth for days, like this is how I supposed to spend my vacation!! Third: Finally after arguing for almost 2 full days he agrees to give us an 2 bedroom apartment but we need to move in a different one on our last night!! Imagine!! Nightmare!! I agreed as there was no more power of arguing with this guy!! Fourth: he’s telling me that I have to pay cash!! And that is happening on my way from the airport!! Imagine! Fifth and the last straw!! He’s providing with only one access card!! And you can’t access anything in that building without it!!
