- Muhammad Saiful Ahnaf (1/5): - 1.Unfair charge at checkout - The hotel tried to charge me RM30 for a tiny makeup foundation on the face towel. It’s makeup. It washes off and easily washable. It is not permanent stain and permanent damage to the face towel. That’s literally what face towels are for,to clean anything dirty on your face. This is just a cheap way to squeeze money from guests?? 2. Room not properly cleaned - Found a used water bottle from the previous guest still in the mini fridge when I checked in. 3. Hygiene concern- The bath towel provided had a visible blood stain on arrival. This is unacceptable. To be fair, I didn’t make a fuss during check-in about the blood-stained towel or the previous guest’s water bottle left in the fridge. I let it slide because I didn’t want trouble. But at checkout, the hotel suddenly became very fussy and tried to charge me for a tiny foundation mark on the face towel. We as guest should have been the ones raising complaints about this hotel hygiene standards, not getting penalized for normal towel use. Very Bad experince!

We have stayed here for many times, but unfortunately for the first time we met a very rude receptionist. Mostly all the receptionist was nice accept this one girl who thinks she is entitled or something. My husband was asking her if we can extend one more night, she replied “We? We dont want extra night!” And then laughed at my husband. Is this how you treat a customer? If the customer has a speech problem would you like to make fun of them? Honestly that’s very rude and no manner at all. Replying all words in sarcastic thinking she was so funny. Please Manager in charge of Lloyd’s inn to look up this matter and improve your hospitality treatment.
- Knight Phoenix (10/5): - A few times stay here, very convenient place at the centre of city. Easy to go to TRX, walk around less than 5 mins. If easy access to TRX means public transport also easy to access. Nothing. Just hope if can have some place to exercise.

Despite limited breakfast buffet, the big breakfast offered from their menu tasted good My room was at level 10. Despite that, i can still hear people kareoke outside at night. You can also sometimes hear some noise from upper level room.

- Elynn (10/5): Comfort and relaxed staycation. - The property is a short walk from TRX and it has a few eateries right downstairs. Very convenient location. The room is also very comfortable with all necessary amenities that function well. The design and arrangement of the room gives it a good vibe. My room had a swing at the balcony that looked into KL and it is very serene to just be looking at the view. Shower is also open and I did enjoy time in the shower feeling all relaxed and happy. Breakfast was delicious with option of either egg muffin or nasi kerabu, with free flow breakfast table of oats, yoghurt, bread, fruits and drinks. The price is on the higher end for the basic rooms but it is a good stay indeed.

- SM (5/5): Geen goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding - Schone kamer met goed werkende airco. En omringt door diverse restaurants en op loopafstand van 2 winkelcentra. Het ontbijt bestaat uit 2 menu keuzes, en deelt te tafel met andere gasten. Wij ontbijten liever rustig. Voor ons is het belangrijk een rustige kamer te hebben, waar we goed kunnen verduisteren en weinig geluid, 1 raam had geen gordijn en doordat je “buiten” doucht komen ook de geluiden de kamer in. Het zwembad oogt prachtig maar nodigt niet uit om even te verkoelen. Je zwemt namelijk voor de receptie.

The room is small and cramped, which was hard to even sit at the table area, or reach for the hanging rack or wall mirror comfortably. Bedding feels unpleasant, and the toilet was quite awful—from the weak water pressure rain shower, dying outdoor plant and a very distasteful shower curtain, to the very old toilet bowl and noisy glass door. It was an unfortunate experience that everything appeared to be clean and aesthetic looking on the outside but wasn’t the actual experience inside.

- Deelia (3/5): Uncomfortable and restless stay - Location was great! Easy access to the mall and right infront of the hotel there is a 24h restaurant with various food options. 1. Sound isolation is TERRIBLE. Sounds from inside and outside the hotel kept us awake through the nights. 2. No notice prior the booking that their main facility-pool is under maintenance our whole trip (5nights). Which was the reason we booked the place. 3. Ants and centipedes in the room 4. Nasty smell in the toilet 5. Breakfast is very poor. If you are a vegetarian who doesn’t like fish you have nothing to eat. They give you 2 options for breakfast, which none is vegan or vegetarian. No fresh fruits or juice (package juice that tasted like chemicals). 6. Rooms are quite used and stained. We had the chance to see two different category rooms and both had stains on the wall and wall paint peeling off.

TRX station is around the corner too. Gotta love the location especially for a short visit. I like the breakfast options and never skipped them for all of my stays. Overall good. None (so far)

- Kannika (7/5): - Location near to Bukit Bintang main shopping area. I got a free upgrade from standard room to a loft room. Love the open concept shower room. Their staff is very helpful. -Noise from traffic around hotel. Around 2-3am every night can hear motorbike screaming. Wearing earplugs didn’t help. -pool was under maintenance -the night before I check out, whole building was black out. From 2am till morning 9am there is no aircond tho electricity was working around 8am. -the room was extremely hot, make it uncomfortable to sleep. As my bed room is a loft concept, there is no air during the blackout. Receiving 5% off from hotel because of the black out but don’t think I will go back there again with the uncomfortable sleepless night experience.
