• Guest (8/5): - Host super disponibili e gentilissimi. Grazie a loro si sono superate anche alcune difficoltà su tutto il meccanismo di check in automatico ecc. La stanza grande e luminosa, molto pulita. Ottimo!
• Sarah (7/5): Lovely modern rooms, but need to streamline virtual check in system. Would stay again though. - Rooms were very modern, clean with good air conditioning. Mini fridge was very helpful. Location is very central with ample cafe’s around. The check in process was a bit of a faff. We waited outside the main internal door for twenty minutes after phoning to alert them I was there. The lady messaged to say “hello, one moment” and we had a long wait after. Likewise, once we got into the room hallway, we had another long wait. This process could be much more streamlined as it has potential to be a good system, but it just felt like we had a lot of waiting. The waiting areas were hot and I wouldn’t have liked to have had to wait in these areas in the height of summer.

• Monica (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Neapel! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Allerdings keine Kaffeemaschine oder Ähnliches. Dafür aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Es lief alles reibungslos auch mit dem online Check in. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 💙

• Ulrich (9/5): Modernes Apartment am National Square - Gepflegtes Apartment im 6 Stock, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Modern und harmonisch eingerichtetes Apartment. Top Zustand. Kommunikation nur über Telefon, aber sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Straßenbahn vor der Tür, ebenso drei sehr gute Cafés und Supermarkt. Bahnhof zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Check in process was smooth (self check in and we requested baggage drop before checkin, very kind to have it). Miriam who led the process was very helpful and arranged transfer from port for us, good and clear communication. As well, Valerie helped after check in with advices. I really recommend this property. It was no balcony in our rooms but this is not a minus, we didn't miss it.

Other reviews mentioned noise from the street but I found it quiet enough, considering the traffic outside.
• mostapha (6/5): - National square is well located near the train centrale about 10 min walking distance however if you have luggages, good luck crossing streets, sidewalk are dirty with dog*** i didnt have access to the room before 3 even when the room was available, i arrived around 10h30 and it was difficult to reach the management, we got the instruction for check in only 2 hours before 3pm, i would had appreciate to know where to put the luggage, to enter the building, you need 10 cents to take the elevator if it wasnt for a guy in the building lobby i would had to climbed 6 floors with luggage
• SARICA Fiona (5/5): Mitigé ... - La propreté. Énormément de bruit dans le bâtiment, dans le couloir, à l'étage au-dessus jusqu'à 2/3 heure du matin toutes les nuits. Et énormément de bruit dehors qu'on entend dans la chambre. L'emplacement n'est pas top, loin du centre à pied et le quartier n'est pas très sûr... Le check-ing se fait par WhatsApp, pas de relation humaine. Nous avons dû attendre une bonne quinzaine de minutes dans le couloir pour avoir une réponse pour accéder à notre chambre.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Short break in Napoli - My wife and I had a very good experience staying at this apartment in the National Square. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location was good too and not far from the main central station. A lot of eating places all around to choose from. We will definitely return.

• AFRODITI (8/5): - The room (green one) was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out was done remotely, with responsive texting. It would have been nice if there was a coffe machine available. I would recommend that information be provided as to the elevator functioning on a working day with a 10 cent coin, otherwise access with luggage could be troublesome.

Valeria really helped us with food recommendations and excellent step by step instructions to get the train and the bus for the beach. Nothing was too much trouble; she was great. Worth knowing you need 10cents to operate the lift. Essential if you have suitcases as the property is on the 6th floor. We were surprised!

• Maria (8/5): Excelentes instalações porém distante do centro histórico para ir a pé. - Da limpeza, do conforto e da beleza das instalações. Quarto reformado e impecável! Exatamente como nas fotos. Infelizmente esta linda acomodação fica localizada num prédio onde nao ha nenhum funcionario que nos indique como proceder para fazer o check-in. Toda comunicação é feita por telemóvel. Para mim que nao tinha Internet disponível no momento de chegada foi bem difícil realizar o check-in. Dependi da boa vontade de um morador do prédio que ligou para o telefone disponível no Booking. A acomodação também fica um pouco distante do centro histórico de modo que ficamos dependentes de um transporte para chegar ao hotel.

Well 10 cents elevator is definitely not the best thing cause it’s hard to find where to exchange money and it’s fine if you’re not carry any heavy things with you. The room is just an 8-minute walk from the main train station and about 10 minutes from the histori - The accommodation is comparable to a four-star modern hotel room. It includes a small fridge, a safe, and a desk and rain shower. Everything looks new and very clean. You also get a great view of the piazza and the business skyline of Naples.

Many great places to eat in the neighborhood It’s on the 6th floor and the elevator isn’t big enough for bicycles, so we had a long difficult trek up the stairs w bikes (but there was a great balcony to store them.

• Mackenzie (4/5): - It’s very confusing how to get into the hotel. We specifically let the staff know we were coming at 7:30, and there was no one at the reception desk to even let us in. We had to sneak in the front door and figure out where our accommodation was. When we got inside (which was a miracle in itself) no one picked up the phone to let us know our key code. The lady was rude and unhelpful when she did pick up the phone. We had to call back multiple times to get the key code from the property manager/owner when she told us she would let us know the code ASAP. The room itself was nice when we finally got in, but we would not stay here again due to the poor service.

• Abi (7/5): Short and sweet - Clean room with nice decor. Easy to get to from tram or bus. Short walk to the Garibaldi train station for the Alibus to airport. Location was disappointing (my own fault for not reaching the National Square properly). Even though we were on 6th floor, can still hear the road noise. Curtain did not cover the whole window so you will wake up with the sunrise! Check in process was tedious and you must have data on your phone to contact them at check in!
• Francesca (8/5): Beautiful and modern room near the train station - We stayed in the Green Room, which was extremely well-designed and featured modern amenities that we loved. The terrace, air conditioning, and free drinks in the small fridge were great perks. The colorful lights in the shower added a fun touch, and we appreciated the option to choose between a queen-size bed and two single beds, opting for the latter. Communication with the staff was pretty good throughout our stay. This is an apartment with five bedrooms on the sixth floor of a condo. Although there is a reception area, I never saw anyone there. Everything is done via WhatsApp and remotely. The check-in instructions were incorrect, leading us to the wrong elevator, though the person in charge quickly responded to our calls and helped us out. We were only given one set of keys, which was inconvenient since my companion and I often split up during the day to visit different sites. During our four-night stay, the towels were never changed, and the room was not cleaned. I guess you have to request these services, but it wasn't specified anywhere. Also, the Wi-Fi password was posted outside the room, not inside as you would expect. Additionally, the elevator sometimes required 10-cent coins to operate, though we did find some coins provided on the desk, which was a nice gesture. The square below could be quite noisy at times.
• Lucy (5/5): Clean and good location for airport - The room was clean, spacious and good value for money. The AC was very weak and so the temperature in the room was uncomfortable. The location of the apartment is great for the airport but is in a slightly "boisterous" part of the city. With that being said, it is a relatively short walk to the more metropolitan parts of the city.

• Patel (8/5): National Square Napoli. Yellow Room. - The room was very clean and had all the basic facilities we required. There were enough towels in the room and extra duvets in the cupboards if we needed them. The shower was great and we even had a mood light. Our room was not cleaned for the duration that we were there which was 3 nights. There were no extras in the room, like a kettle, iron etc. but it was still value for money. We also didn't get to meet the hosts whilst we were staying there, although we did communicate through the messaging option on the app.

• Daniele (10/5): Excellent stay in a very modern accommodation - The property is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities are excellent, and the view from our room was really good too. It’s at the 6th floor which is great as you won’t hear much the noise from urban traffic. Nothing really. Probably the location is not as central as I thought as it requires public transports to get to city centre if you don’t want to walk 30+ minutes to see main attractions. But still the area is very nice and full of restaurants, cafes and shops.

The room itself was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very kind and friendly! We had to pay 10 cents to use the lift which was definitely a surprise. However the room did have a pile of 10 cent pieces for us to use which was very thoughtful. We wanted to stay close to the airport and so this was perfect for that however not the best location if you wanted to explore the Spanish quarter for example! Very happy though :)

• John (8/5): - Ten minute walk from Central train station, about a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old city. This is a newly renovated accommodation with about 6 colour themed rooms with balconies locatedat the National Square. Small elevator available for the 6th floor. Good size with space for luggage and a safe. Shower is nice. Our room (green) faced the main square street, and the cars do use their horns - a lot. There was some noise from the hallway, but nothing that interrupted sleep.
