Logement spacieux et très calme aucun bruit. Il faut savoir qu'il y a des marches d'escalier à gravir mais cela se fait bien et ça entretien la forme
• nathalie (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Quartier Sanità très populaire de Naples, très proche du métro, de la gare garibaldi à 20 mn a pied. Proche du centre ville. Chambre très propre, frigo, cafetière et bouilloire à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans une très bonne pâtisserie en bas de la rue. L hôte Maria est très gentille et à l écoute des besoins, merci beaucoup à elle. Pour ceux qui aiment les escaliers, vous serez servis 4 étages à monter, on repart de Naples plus musclé 😉

Gece inanilmaz kavga sesleri vardı, oldukca ürkütücuydü. Arabanız varsa güvenlikli hisetmiyorsunuz. Ama tesis temizdi, ev sahibi ilgiliydi.

• Azzollini (8/5): Weekend a Napoli - Napoli è una bellissima città con monumenti e un centro storico bellissimo. Le persone molto accoglienti e disponibili in tutto. Abbiamo camminato tantissimo ma il servizio dei mezzi pubblici ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Il cibo è meraviglioso. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e ci siamo molto divertiti. Grazie Napoli Il caos del traffico anche notturno.

• Milorad (10/5): Real Napoli - If you don't know about Via Sanita where is this apartmant situated you should know that it is a part of real napolitan vicus ( small urban area) where you should meet napoletan hospitality and mentality. Just open yoir soul and enjoy in Un sogno per sempre!

• Marianna (8/5): Cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità. - La gentilezza e la disponibilità della referente. Check in facile e autonomo. La pulizia. La colazione. Parcheggio non custodito facile da trovare nelle ore serali. Stanza troppo piccola per 4 letti, considerando che è senza balcone, si davvero poco spazio per muoversi. Nonostante la stanza fosse al 4° piano gli scooter che sfrecciano fino alle 4 del mattino si sentono tantissimo e danno un fastidio enorme, probabilmente gli altri giorni della settimana non è così, ma di sabato notte non di dorme. 😅 La colazione è presso un bar che offre cose deliziose, ma una cosa poco carina è che c è un limite sulla tipologia di paste, ok per cornetti e bomboloni, ma se di desidera una riccia o un babà bisogna dare 1€ di differenza. Non per l euro, ma considerando che chi alloggia è quasi sicuramente turista è facile che si desideri provare il dolce tipico del posto e forse nella gestione si dovrebbe considerare, piuttosto che mettere nelle condizioni i clienti di dare una differenza. Il parcheggio custodito vicino alla struttura, che avrebbe dovuto farci un prezzo di riguardo perché ospiti del b&B ci ha chiesto 25 € per 12 ore, dalle 23 di sera alle 11 del mattino. Follia..

• Antonino (9/5): - Molto gradita la colazione inclusa (tramite coupon) presso la pasticceria Poppella, così come la grande disponibilità di Maria durante tutto il soggiorno già a partire dalla mattina prima del check-in. Tra l'altro, la possibilità di gestire in autonomia il momento del check-in rende il tutto più flessibile e rilassante. Per chi viene in auto, anche sotto indicazione della proprietaria, consiglio il garage Vittoria che offre ottimi prezzi. Posizione ottima per potersi spostare a piedi, ma anche con i mezzi. L'unico elemento che potrebbe risultare problematico per alcuni sono i 4 piani a piedi da fare per raggiungere l'appartamento. Ma comunque fattibile, se non si hanno particolari problemi motori o d'età.

• Christos (9/5): Nice stay at the center of Naples - The location was OK. Around 25-30mins walking distance from the main points of touristic interest. The neighborhood was safe and had good places to dine in case you are tired of walking to the center. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had! Nothing important to note here. One downside is that there is no elevator to take you to the 4th floor :) (we knew it when we booked it). The breakfast included offers just sweet options from a tasty local pasticceria just a few minutes away from the apartment. Not exactly our taste, but the quality of the food was great. The hot water in the shower ran out one night after 15-20 minutes of usage.

The room had everything we needed, even delicious coffee to enjoy in the morning! One of the highlights was the view from our window: we could take in the untamed nature of Naples... In the morning, a small parrot flew into our room through the open window, such a magical moment😊 The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly and accommodating our request to leave our luggage after check-out. Thank you ao much! Thw breakfast voucher really was the cherry on top, we had the chance to enjoy a truly delicious local breakfast at a nearby café, which made our stay feel even more special. All in all, this was a truly wonderful experience; excellent value for money, great atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended!

To pass infront of the bed, there is a TV on the wall and that was an obstacle. The property is on 4th floor and there isn't an elevator to move up and down. There is a lot of noise from the surrounding area. There is not free parking available, as it's says! Since when the free parking somebody mentioned, are the spaces in the road, in a very busy road day or night!!

• Renata (10/5): We loved the hospitality! - The person in charge of the accommodation was very attentive and friendly. He made us feel at home. He was waiting for our arrival and explained how to access the room. The room had several amenities, such as a coffee machine and a refrigerator with water. In the bathroom, there were also toiletry items available. Additionally, he offered a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates as a courtesy and hospitality. We loved the hospitality!

We got coupons for breakfast at a nearby bakery which was also good. If back , I would certainly book again. The room is on the fourth floor which can be a bit tiring as there is no elevator but once you are up you will love it.

The property is on the 4th floor, there’s no elevator. If you have huge luggage it’s going to be a difficult task, as there’s no one to help you have to do it on your own.
• Maria (10/5): AMAZING VIEW GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD AWESOME ROOM! - The location was great, in a very culturally vibrant neighborhood "Rione Sanita", the view was awesome, the host was super friendly and nice, he received us with a small bottle of prosecco and some chocolates. The bed was extremely comfortable the shower was super modern, and it was well located, close to the metro and a couple of great pizzerias. We enjoyed our stay a lot and plan to return there for sure.
