• Daisy (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment has everything you need. A comfy bed, space for your luggage and a easily accessible bathroom. For the money we paid and it being a last booking I couldn't believe the standard we were given. The automatic locks and using the link on your phone blew my mind with how to get into the room but felt super secure because nobody else has them. The building is a beautiful older one which has a lot of character and gives you a feel for local living. It's opposite the train and Metro station so we couldn't get lost on our way back from an evening stroll. Honestly I booked this place based on the reviews and I'm so glad I did. I was a bit skeptical about the review with there being no bathroom door 😅 but after some fiddling about we figured it out and found it to not be an issue at all. The rooms are elegantly decorated with a great AC system for those hot Rome days. 10/10 would recommend this to friends and family and would use it again for another city get away. Nothing was not to our liking, the bathroom door was pushed in and a bit fiddly to get out but once we got it out it was easy to use.

• Léonie (7/5): Gut für kurzen Aufenthalt - Wir haben lediglich eine kurze Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung, vor allem weil es sauber ist. Für eine längere Rom-Reise zu klein für 4 Personen. Man wird nach der Buchung von der Unterkunft aufgefordert, erneut Kurtaxen zu bezahlen. Ohne Überweisung erhält man keinen Zutrittscode, was sehr enttäuschend ist. Schade!

Par contre le lite était brisé et très inconfortable - Emplacement est formidable près du terminus de train et de métro afin de faciliter les déplacements. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Le lit était brisé. Il manquait une latte qui faisait que le matelas renfonçait à cette endroit et rendait le sommeil inconfortable. La fenêtre donnant sur le terminus était brisé, la poigne ne permettait pas de fermer la fenêtre hermétiquement donc nous entendions le bruit de la rue toute la nuit/jour.

• Stephanie (9/5): Its alright! - Air conditioning There was a massive hole in the mattress, it didnt impact sleeping but was pretty gross to see as there wasn't a fitted sheet. Really not a big deal though, slept fine and room was nice.

Ottima soluzione sia per chi si muove in treno, ma anche per chi si muove in macchina. Infatti, basta attraversare la strada ed è presente un parcheggio multipiano. Camera pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante il traffico della stazione sottostante. Apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè. Procedure per il check-in automatiche ideali per non avere vincoli di orario ed entrare quando si vuole e relativamente semplici da seguire tramite il telefono. Nulla
• Parabita (1/5): peccato - Camera pulita e dignitosa Gravissimo il fatto che non hanno saputo risolvere il guasto del tastierino per l'ingresso principale che ci ha costretti a stazionare fuori per molto tempo a sera inoltrata con la speranza che qualcuno uscisse. Se qualcuno avesse avuto bisogno di farmaci salvavita non avrebbe avuto scampo. Mancanza del bidet (che va bene per coloro che hanno problemi di igiene) e il microlavabo.

• Petra (5/5): - Es ist nahe dem Bahnhof und U-Bahn. Man ist schnell im Zentrum Im Doppelbett fehlten sehr viele Latten im Lattenrost, ein Hinsetzen am Bett war nicht möglich, ohne die bereits gebrochenen Latten hinauszudrücken. Man konnte sich nur ganz langsam ins Bett rollen. Außerdem fehlten fast überall Schrauben. Bei jedem Besuch des Badezimmers / WC hatte man den Türgriff in der Hand.
• Domingo (5/5): Inconvenient stay - Close to Rome Termini Bed slats were broken, toilet door handles were broken. Staff did not answer to messages quick enough, which made my stay very inconvenient. I booked an extension of 1 night, the management said it will consolidate the stay, but did not, and made no effort to to communicate that they could not consolidate the stay.

• Sum (1/5): Good location to the termini, but everything is bad - Nothing Broken bed, bunkbed and doorknob. the bunk bed is so dangerous as the stair fell down when we go up, the double bed also broke, and the doorknob of the toilet is broken. We stayed for four nights but they only provided exactly four towels which is not enough.

• Anežka (7/5): Fine for overnight stay - It was on a good place - right on front of the train station, 25 minutes walk from Coloseo. On the opposite side of the building was a grocery store. The accommodation itself was hard to find. It was inside the big building and I had no instructions about the floor or door number. The neighborhood around train station is not the best - I didn’t feel really comfortable and safe walking around in the evening.

The check-in process was a nightmare. All done through links. Did not meet any staffer. All done via WhatsApp. Although the person was super responsive. Everything was a hustle. The A/C in the room did not work and the room was super hot. Left at 4am. Thank god.

Compared to another room in the complex — where the crib was broken and there weren’t even enough blankets and bed linen provided. If the proximity to the station weren’t important, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
• Rebecca (4/5): Not so fun. - There is no reception like they say in the description, no curtains, a small piece of the floor was missing, no wardrobe or place to put clothes. The feeling was that the room was not ready to be sold. Also hair in the bed. The alarm went off on the main entrance during the evening and in the morning was still going on. If you are only staying one night to sleep before taking the train then its an ok place. They dont answer complaints either, very disappointed.

• Emre (1/5): Bad - Our room was incredibly cold. The heating system in the room was not working. We reported the issue via message, but nothing was done. You can't reach an actual person in this hotel because everything is digital, even the reception. We had to sleep at night wearing sweaters and scarves. In fact, we didn’t have sweaters with us, so we had to buy some. Additionally, the sound insulation of the rooms is very poor. A group had a party at night, and we woke up at 5 a.m. because of the noise. Since there is no reception at the hotel, you can't find anyone to talk to.
• Aviv (10/5): one of the best value stays out there - Location was great, it was infornt of the termini station which is 1 of the main train/Metro stations if not the main station of rome, the stay was close to many historical places in within walk, The room was better than expected, we had a private bathroom with shower and the design is great. One thing that happen is that the radiator/heater didnt seem to work which didnt really matter to us but we just wanted to ahve the possibilty to have it to dry some swimsuits cuz we were at a spa, and when the manager trie to help us with the radiator and saw it didnt seem to work and even called me to see what is going on, he gave us another Bigger room than the 1 we stayed at which was a lil more luxrious all because of the radiator at the last room, (and we kept mentioning to him we didnt need another room and we can deal with the radiator, but he insisted on us having both rooms. So yeah everything was amazing including the communication and help they gave us. Top tier service

• Marina (7/5): Overall impression - The location as we needed to have it at Termini. Also it seemed to be clean. Maybe there was nobody in the neighbourhood, dnk, but we didn't hear the noise neither from the neighbours. Nor from the street, as the place is on the 3rd floor. The electronic key was a great idea, as one could be very flexible at the check in and check out. The staff who in first contact was trying to double charge us for city tax. It seemed they try to profit from the situation, once you contact them and claim you already paid, they "check" and do not try to rip you off additionally. So, for all the future guests- be attentive. Even if they write it was newly renovated, the door knob on the bathroom was not fixed and would fall down when we tried to close the bathroom. Also in the bathroom there was no shelf in the shower, so the soap was staring on the floor. Maybe it was initially but was broken before us. The room is extremely small, for 4 persons. Only very small table and 1 chair. It's the room only to sleep the night over. The tv is smart so one could broadcast smth from their devices. Otherwise, the Netflix account the host claimed they had - was not really available. The place is not ok for elderly persons or persons with special needs as there is a row of stairs, before you get to the lift. Very hard to cover for an elderly person, I wish it could be stated somewhere in the announcement. The host was not very responsive, we asked for the electronic kettle at the moment we did the payment. Unfortunately they didn't even responded to this. At least with the response - it's not possible. Overall those are very small things that could be fixed pretty easy, so hopefully the host will react on this.

Nice big TV and bed was comfortable. The property was in excellent conditions but we were two, had to work one day and there was only one desk and one chair.

Room looks cute & was cleaned properly at arrival Location is close to the train station but in a terrible neighborhood. Allot of noise at night too. Appartment building not easy to recognise/find. The building itself was sketchy and not clean. The room was cute (very very small) and proper but there was no cleaning during our stay. We only recieved 1 toiletpaper roll and 1 set of towels for our 5 day stay. Had to call for extra towels and recieved 1 (we were with 2 so atleast expected 2?) the aminities were limited and pump of soap / shampoo were broken.

• Deborah (9/5): Superb - Location, location, location. Yes, there are homeless around, but they are not threatening in any way. I was comfortable walking at night. The train station across the street makes this a perfect place to either start or end your time in Rome. The bus to the airport runs all night for easy access. I wouldn't use this place for more than a night or 2 due to small size and noise.

• Martyna (3/5): Not good experience - The only plus is that the place is close to the station. Plus we got answers from the owner to questions before checking in. Close to the station, but on the other hand an uninteresting area, especially at night. We did not feel safe. Windows with no curtains or blinds and a lot of homeless people sleeping near the station, some waved to us when we looked out of the window. No light in the bathroom by the mirror, only in the other part. No kettle. Coffee machine is there, but to plug in had to stand on the ground as the plug doesn't reach the contact. TV without plugging in, did not work. We took this room for one night because of the annexe and unfortunately there were no dishes to use it, no pans, no pots which are essential to use the annexe. No plates or other dishes, only there were glasses as shown in the pictures. No response from the owner to questions after checking in, we asked about the kettle and the fridge. No fridge in the room, the annexe is pointless. We had problems getting in despite the detailed instructions you receive upon check in, luckily it was only one night and we managed to enter room without contacting the owner again. I would not recommend the place because it is not adapted and completed for use.
• Anuj (1/5): Worse stay ..... ignore if you can - Only that it was closer to Rome central train station We didn't have a great experience in this apartment The day we arrived the door codes didn't work and no one was there to help After a few messages we managed to get in only to notice that the toilet light doesn't work, there were no toilet rolls and there were not enough towels for our family..... which are very basic things. On top of that there was a TV which also did not work. We complained about all these things to the manager ... Which we could do only through messages as no one pickup phones there. He promised to get it all fixed by the next morning but surprisingly they only came at 6:00 pm in the evening. We only stayed two days but it was a total waste of money ...... ignore this place if you can .

The property didn’t give us a solution or discount, even if the air conditioner was in the listing. The location is terribly dangerous, we were followed 3 times by different people. Be really careful and spend more to actually enjoy your vacations.

The location was right across from the train station so perfect for one night with an early train the next morning. The neighbourhood isn’t the best. This place is perfect for one night but probably wouldn’t stay longer simply because of that. But the place itself is great.

• Hannah (7/5): Great rooms - The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and very clean, and when my air con wasn't working the staff couldn't have been more helpful, moving me to another room quickly. The travel links nearby are also really good. As a solo female traveller, the area made me a little nervous, but I think if I'd been with others I'd have been fine.

We also liked the ease of independent check-in, and the attention that the staff paid to little issues that arose. Honestly, the area around the station is very shady, but once you reach the actual building that the apartment is located in, it’s much. Wetter. Our bathroom door was missing a door handle, and it was challenging to open without. But we did, with the staff’s prompt and attentive help.

The toom was close to a supermarket, trainstation and an excellent food hall. Most tourist sites were within walking distance. For the vatican, please use bus 429.
• Jonathan (5/5): Annoying uncomfy - Hair in the shower, towel left from other guest still in our room, bunk bed crooked.
• Jack (5/5): Hot - Clean, modern Aircon didn’t work, really hot.
• Kanan (7/5): For one night - Location,wi-fi For one night it’s ok,but for more it’s uncomfortable because,there is no refrigerator in the room,old elevators and Termini is not safe for family staying with kids,especially in the night time.
• Koko (8/5): Very good -
• Xenis (9/5): had a great little trip - location, cleanliness and comfortability, helpful staff nothing, except might be nice to add a small fridge to keep water cool
