- Keerthana (1/5): - I had upgraded my capsule to a private room due to noise from the generator by paying extra. When they upgraded my room, they had an issue with the numbering the keys correctly and at 4.30am in the morning, my room was opened to check in another guest because of internal miscommunication, which had me screaming and panicking. The staff apologized in the morning and offered a drink. But as a female traveller, I had always believed in bookings.com but this time around It was disappointing.

She really cared about me and she also gave me tips to explore the city, she was really nice. Also the other staff were really nice with me and I really appreciate that The room, omg 😦 t was depressing and also really hot, the AC didn’t work correctly so I was suffering inside those capsules and also THEY NEVER TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS IN THE ROOM.

- Abdaulrhamn (4/5): المرة الثانية لم تكن مثل الاولى المكان في تدهور وانصح بالتجديد تحدد او تتبدد - المبنى تاريخي وجميل والموقع لا باس به ليس بعيد عن السنتر كثير المكان جميل ينقصه الاهتمام وكذلك تدريب الموظفين على الاحترام وكذلك احترم الخصوصية النور في مكان الكبسولات لا ينطفي 24 ساعه وابواب الكبسولات ليست محكمة يعني انك لن تستطيع النوم إذا كنت من النوع الذي ينزعج من الضوء الاحذاية وسط غرفة الكبسولة بأعداد كبيره تسبب ريحة وامراض كذلك المسبح بحاجة هو والجاكوزي إلى نظافة كثير من الأشياء تحتاج صيانة للأسف يهتمون بأخذ المال ولا يهتمون بتجديد والمشكلة الأكبر اغلب المكان عمال ساكنين لا اعرف موظفين تبع المكان او في اماكن اخرى يعني ستشعر انك في سكن عمل وليس هوستيل مسافرين

- Stephan (5/5): Disappointing - The manager (owner?) was very friendly and helpful and assisted with bookings. The location is great. Nice shared jacuzzi. Ac works well. Unfortunately the place was very unclean. I arrived to a room with a big relatively fresh chewing gum stuck on the floor. The chair had large stains on it. The sink in the bathroom had lots of nasty hair in it. I went back to reception and told the receptionist. He led me to another room for the option to switch to that. This room had even bigger stains on the chair. I decided to keep the first room and asked if someone could come to clean those issues. He said yes but only tomorrow. Nobody ever came. I asked again, and again nobody came. I kept stepping on that nasty gum with bare feet throughout my stay. Disgusting. The place looks beautiful in pictures and went viral on social media but unfortunately in person the rooms are very disappointing.

- Maria Andrea (1/5): Espantosa habitación de mujeres - La ubicación no está mal La habitación compartida de mujeres es horrible. El suelo es de reja y está muy sucio, sin ventanas, huele muy mal, los techos son bajos, y como queda en un tercer piso, hace mucho calor (a pesar del aire acondicionado). Apenas la vi super que no podía dormir allí. En las fotos no aparece esta habitación. Hable con el chico de recepción y no tenía la experiencia ni las habialidades para cambiarme de habitación. El manager no atendía el telefono, solo contestaba mensaje de texto por whatsapp. Le tuve que enviar audios yo misma explicandole la situación y el nunca dio la cara. Finalmente despues de una hora y media (llegué muy tarde y cansada, sobre las 23:30) me cambiaron a una hbiatación y al otro día me fui. Es la primera vez en años viajando que me tengo que cambiar porque no podía dormia allí.

- Claire (7/5): - C’était propre et la piscine sur le toit un vrai plus. Pour le prix, et juste pour dormir c’est très bien. La chambre minuscule et le “balcon”accessible par une porte dans les toilettes/douche donc pas de fenêtre et le balcon donne sur l’intérieur et minuscule donc aucun intérêt. Pas d’évier.

- JUN (3/5): もう二度と行くことはない - 루프탑 수영장이랑 공용공간은 나름 괜춘 하지만 공용공간 어디도 에어컨은 없다. 値段はそこそこ安め、 ドミトリールームはマジで空気の循環が全く出来なく、更にファンを通して自分の小さなベットにその悪い空気を入れてしまう、ファンを付けないと暑いから仕方なく付けちゃうの繰り返し、1週間止まって咳が止まらない もう二度と行くことはない、最悪

- Thomas (2/5): The worst room I have ever seen. I can’t believe someone would even build a hotel with a room like this - Pool was okay and location was close to everything The room was as small as a closet. Had to climb an uncomfortable ladder to get in the bed .

La habitacion, la cama con puertas me pareció horrible. Es muy pequeño el espacio. Definitivamente no volvería. No tienen lockers, la mochila queda fuera de lo que se sería el sarcofago donde se encuentra la cama.
