Philipp (7/5): Gut, aber es gab einzelne Probleme. - Sehr großes Zimmer. Getrennte Betten. Die teilweise nicht funktionierende Sauna, kaputter Fahrstuhl, kaputter Fernseher wenn auch repariert. Ich habe die Unterkunft wegen der Sauna gebucht und erwarte, dass diese auch funktioniert.
Irem (2/5): - Nichts. Aufzüge kaputt. Unfreundliches Personal. Wlan hat auch nicht funktioniert. Ersatzaufzug kam 10 Minuten im 3. Stock nicht an. Treppen nicht ausgeschildert. So ist man schnell auch einfach mal hinterm Gebaeude rausgekommen. Auf Anrufe in der Rezeption wurde nicht reagiert, obwohl dann unten nichts los war.

Martin (7/5): Passt für mich, wenn ich mal in Wien schlafe - sehr ruhige Lage am Rand der Wienerbergcity - dem Park/Golfplatz zugewandt. Preis Leistung passt. Frühstück bietet sehr viel Auswahl und ist für die Hotelkategorie wirklich top. Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - Teppichboden im Zimmer. Gerade beide Aufzüge ausgefallen - Ersatzfahrstuhl über die Küche und kein wirkliches Treppenhaus als Alternative vorhanden.

Miogra (6/5): No volveria! - Nada. No funcionaba el ascensor ni la nevera(lleve medicacion con cadena de frio). Tuve que dejarla en recepcion sin mi control.No hubo empatia por parte del empleado de recepcion,bastante malhumorado y poco agradable con los clientes.

Kein zentraler Stiegenaufgang Parkgarage zwar vorhanden, allerdings keine Vergünstigung für Hotelgäste (sehr teuer) Keine Rauchermöglichkeiten in den oberen Stockwerken
Ingo (9/5): Ich war zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde dort wieder buchen. - Sehr große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Frühstück kann täglich auch vor Ort im gebucht werden. Der Service ist schnell beim Abräumen der Tische, so dass der Raum immer gepflegt aussieht. Zum Zeitpunkt des Besuchs waren die Aufzüge kaputt. Ersatzweise konnte der Personalaufzug benutzt werden.

Markus (9/5): Gutes Hotel im Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg - Das Hotel ist an der Einfahrt nach Wien gelegen und damit ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn, was für mich als Businessgast wichtig ist. Im myHive Businesscenter gegenüber findet man neben einem Supermarkt auch Restaurants, Banken und Geschäfte. Die Hotelbar ist ein nettes Detail und stimmungsvoller Treffpunkt in der Lobby. Zimmer war geräumig, mit Sofa, Schreibtisch und Minibar/Kühlschrank. Alles gut. Das Hotel liegt am Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg, ideal für Jogging um den wunderschönen See oder einen einfachen Spaziergang in der Natur. Leider war der Lift defekt, wodurch man die Nottreppe benutzen musste um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Es wäre eine große Küche vorhanden, leider werden aber keine Speisen angeboten.

Manuel (8/5): - Großes Zimmer, Badewanne war echt super weil es mir lieber ist als eine Dusche, Frühstück war sehr viel Auswahl, Personal war sehr freundlich Lift war über 4 Tage kaputt was ich nicht verstehen kann wieso der nicht repariert wurde. Man konnte zwar den Mitarbeiteraufzug nehmen oder man ging über die Stiegen und diese waren nicht über den Haupteingang bei der Rezeption begehbar. Fand ich persönlich nicht optimal. Die Türe zum Stiegenhaus war die ganze Nacht offen sodass jeder in die Stockwerke zu den Zimmern konnte. Hatte ehrlich gesagt in der Nacht Angst, dass Fremde hereinkommen. Gerade im 10. Bezirk ists nicht so sicher. Die Lüftung war in der Nacht im Bad sehr laut und man konnte sie nicht abdrehen. Im Zimmer war es das gleiche. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war verkalkt und das Wasser kam ungleich heraus.

Le check in interminable, les services proposés par rapport aux descriptions de l’hotel ( pas de spa juste un tout petit sauna ), une seule place de parking handicapé, hotel assez vieux, ascenseur en panne obligé de prendre l’ascenseur de service dans les cuisines et certains membre du personnel ne semble pas aimer les touristes.
Sam (9/5): Excellent hotel with all facilities - I liked the facilities provided, cleanliness, behavior of staff, and location of the hotel. Both the heater and air conditioner were available. The room and bathroom was very spacious. The laundry room was not operational during the entire duration of my stay.
Michael (8/5): Goed verblijf. Alleen ver van het centrum af. - De heerlijk liggende bedden. Dat de liften kapot waren. Maar dat hebben ze wel netjes opgelost.

Indrek (9/5): - Hommikusööki ei söönud aga muidu oli kõik OK. Üks lift oli katki sel päeval ja garaažist / parklast otse hotelli ei pääsenud, pidi minema õuest ringiga.

giuseppina (5/5): Mi spiace ma non ci tornerei , non è un brutto hotel ma ubicato male e collegato peggio - La struttura è grande , ha la palestra ed è in una bella zona ma totalmente fuori da tutto e non ben collegata con il centro e sopratutto con stazioni e aeroporti L’ubicazione lontana da tutto e non ben collegata , siamo arrivati giovedì e l’ascensore era rotto , siamo ripartiti lunedì ed era ancora rotto . La pulizia davvero approssimativa

Max.ka (10/5): Se dovessi tornare a Vienna sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura. - Consigliatissimo. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della reception, Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi pubblici, bella struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo non parlano italiano, ma grazie alla loro gentilezza e pazienza abbiamo potuto fare un ottimo soggiorno.
Agnes (7/5): - A hotelszoba mérete, felszereltsége, az ágymatrac kényelme és a távozás napján a recepciós fiatalember. Az előre kifizetett szoba check-injenél nagyon arrogánsan kikényszerítette a recepción lévő fiatalember és hölgy, hogy átadjam a bankkártyámat, amiről - elvileg biztonságos adattárolással(??) - lemásolta az adatokat. Ezt elmondásuk szerint egy biztosítékul megteszik minden vendéggel. Semmi hivatalos papírt, igazolást nem kaptam az adattárolásról, így abszolút jogszerűtlen a banki adatok kikényszerítése ( nem engedett volna becsekkolni, ha nem adom át a kártyaadataimat). Természetesen azonnal letiltottam a kártyát, de ez nonszens eljárás! Sok más hotelben jártam, de sehol ikyet, ezt a nem európai, agresszív kommunikációt sem tapasztaltam

Serafeim (8/5): - Big room and very friendly stuff. There was an issue with both elevators which kept them unavailable for 4 days. This is probably too long for a 4 star hotel.
Bahamon (7/5): - Everything was clean 3 days without lift, I am injured and I had to manage using the stairs to go inside my room.
Hanna (6/5): - Fint værelse.med god plads. Morgenmaden var lækker og af god kvalitet, men desværre var der ikke nok mad. Vi kom ned til buffeten forholdvis tidligt, og alligvel manglede der både brød, æg, bacon osv. Hotellet i helhed er fint, men lever ikke op til fire stjerner.

Isabel (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, príjemné bolo privítanie na izbe, čakala nás minerálka Romerqule a keksíky Manner. Lokalita je veľmi tichá. Vyzdvihujem čistotu. Drahé parkovanie, metro vzdialenejšie, je potrebné využiť autobus.
