- Verified traveler (2/5): Nicht nochmal. - Bin nicht mehr vor Ort gewesen. Leider konnte ich das Hotel nicht stornieren. Bin lieber weiter gefahren nach Udine. Da bekommt man wenigstens sehr gute Hotels für einen guten Preis die sauber sind! Beim letzten Besuch war es schon extrem dreckig und herunter gekommen. Bin nicht vor Ort gewesen und werde es auch nicht nochmal machen. Ich Reise viel und sowas hab ich in den letzten 10 Jahren noch nicht gesehen. Lage ist zwar ok für Leute die wandern oder Rad fahren wollen. Man könnte viel aus dem Hotel machen aber Sauberkeit ist schon das wichtigste.

- Norhaziland (6/5): - Cleaness but lack of information about the check in as it attached to restaurant. There is kettle but no mugs or coffee to serve. The reception closed very early.
- Morten (2/5): Pinligt ringe hotel - Svært at tjekke ind, da der ikke rigtig var noget personale. Værelset var egentlig okay, men manglede vedligehold, rengøring og mørklægningsgardiner. Aftensmaden på restauranten kunne næsten redde opholdet, men morgenmaden var så ringe, at oplevelsen af hotellet røg ned på en enkelt stjerne.
- Frederik (6/5): Vidste de vi kom? - Hotellet så lukket ud udefra. Da vi fik banket på døren og rengøringspersonalet åbnede fik han fat i én der kunne checke os ind. Værelset manglede den ekstra seng vi havde bestilt - det blev dog hurtigt fikset. Maden på hotellet var lækkert, men rengøringen generelt på hotellet og i restauranten var særdeles mangelfuld. Morgenmaden vi havde bestilt fik vi at vide var mellem 7-10 og da vi spurgte til det 7:40 skulle de lige bruge 10 min til at gøre det klar. Alt i alt et hotel med kæmpe potentiale men uprofessionel udførsel gør at der er lang vej til toppen.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Stanna bara i nödfall - Väldigt nergånget hotell. Var inte öppet när vi kom. Vi var där kl 15 när det var tid för incheckning. Ingen skylt eller förklaring. Smutsigt rum, handdukarna luktade svett. Lampan i duschen hängde löst i sin sladd. Flera lampor saknade glödlampor.

Ich hab für meine rückreise das besagt hotel gebucht ich werde nichz hinfahren. Da sind mir die 95 euro egal.!
- Andre (4/5): - Die Lage ist an für sich OK. Leider ist es ziemlich heruntergekommen. Es könnte ein schönes Hotel sein. Mal abgesehen von den ganzen rissen in den Wänden kann es zumindest sauber sein. Wir haben uns geekelt und wollten nur schnell die nach herum kriegen. Frühstück haben wir nicht gegessen, weil wenn die Sauberkeit nicht da ist wie soll es erst in der Küche sein.
- Cristian (6/5): It was not terrible for the price - Check-in was a bit bad as noone was at the reception and we had to try a bunch of phone numbers out in the rain for like 20min just to get in, the room was kind of clean, furniture was very old. Restaurant was ok when opened. Breakfast was non existent. Plenty of parking. Small old play ground at the back.

- Tessa (8/5): - Den Preis von 15 Euro für das Frühstück ist ungerechtfertigt. Ansonsten ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Im Bad funktionierte leider die Heizung nicht. Die Servicekraft liess zudem den Tag das Fenster geöffnet, so dass es am Abend als wir zurück ins Zimmer kamen, sehr kalt war. Super toll, dass keine Extragebühren für Hunde verlangte wird, was wirklich sehr familienfreundlich ist.

- Thomas (8/5): - The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so.
- Helmut (10/5): - Schönes großes Zimmer mit großzügigem Bad, sehr sauber und ruhig. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant kann man bei sehr gutem Service prima essen.
- Dawnette (4/5): - We did not get the room we booked, whatever that may have been. We were " upgraded" to 2 separate rooms and had to decide how to divide up our party. The heater in the kitchen room did not work, so they were cold. The location, I thought was on the highway, was about 12 km away deep into the mountains. The location seemed isolated. I supposedly was emailed the instructions of entry, which I did not receive, and had to call the host twice. Once to get into the building, and another because the second room they gave us was already occupied! All twin beds, not very comfortable. Not a great start to our vacation.

- kelly (10/5): Excelente - Hotel antigo mas em condições muito boas. Só estava muito frio o meu quarto porém rapidamente me deram outro aquecedor. Possui um restaurante no hotel onde jantamos uma macarronada muito bom. O café da manhã informaram que era simples e de fato foi um simples muito bom. Só tinham nós dois e montaram uma mesa só pra gente com tudo necessário, café, chá, leite, suco, dois tipos de pães, queijos, salames e presuntos variados, ovos cozidos, salada para montar sanduíche, requeijão, manteiga, nutela, geleias, enfim, gostei de tudo
- Bernd (6/5): - Een makkelijk te bereiken hotel op een rustige ligging en toch aan een doorgaande weg. Hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd maar wel schoon. Ontbijt was niet heel slecht maar kon ook zeker beter. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is prima.

- Deepak (2/5): - I was booked this property for a night stay along with my family and in my booking breakfast was included. But unfortunately when we checkout at 07:30 in the morning nobody was on the reception or there is no provision for breakfast, where they informed me that breakfast opening time is 07:00. Even there front main entrance gate was locked, So I used back gate for exit building and leave the door card at reception. Even I came back to hotel at 10:00 but the situation is same (Main Gate Locked). I don’t know how they serve to there constumer. I am strongly advice people for not booked this hotel.
- Milko (6/5): - Het hotel is een prima verblijf als doorreislocatie, gelegen aan de doorgaande weg met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Hotel en kamers gedateerd: heeft onderhoud nodig, maar wel voldoende netjes en ruim genoeg. Beddengoed op bijzetbed is oud en te klein, kussens stellen niet zoveel voor. Jammer, met kleine verbeteringen/aanpassingen is een grote slag te slaan! Lijkt er op dat hotel zich m.n. richt op winterseizoen: in de zomerperiode weinig tot geen gasten, geeft een ietwat verlaten indruk. Het ontbijt wordt met wat kunst- en vliegwerk bij elkaar gezet met oud brood.

- Edward (8/5): - The property and furnishing are not new, but still in acceptable condition and clean (except for the odd spider-web). The highlight of the stay was dinner at the restaurant, with very friendly and efficient service.
- Anaïs (2/5): - First, we called the hotel to let them know that we will check in late. They told us the key will be in the safe, but it was not... Hopefully, we called again and the receptionist was sweet. But the rooms were horribly dirty. In the first rooms, we found many silverfish in the beds. Given the pest, we asked to change room. There were less silverfish, but it was as dirty. The common places smell old cold to tobacco... We also did not receive any instructions. For breakfast, we had to walk through a dead restaurant to end up in a small hidden bar with a small buffet. The woman would not welcome us if we did not ask if we can eat or not... Horrible experience, I could almost not sleep as I was worried with the pest situation.

- Ninna (4/5): Beds need upgrade - We had a plesant stay. But the beds need and udgrade, we had booket 6 nights but endded up checking out a night before. Our backs were hurting every morning we woke up. There is absolutely nothing to do around the vital. The nearest city Abtenau, cosy. But almost imposible to get dinner on a monday. We got dinner on a thuesday and it was way to expensive. More expensive than in Salzburg. The restaurant on the hotel served good food, but are closed on mondays. The absolute best experience is the young 16 year old guy in the restaurant, so sweet, caring and always in a good mood. He made our day.

- Klaus-Dieter (6/5): Auf Durchreise in den Urlaub - Ich hatte für meine Familie zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht, und habe geglaubt, das sind solche, wie im Internet abgebildet. Letztendlich waren das kleine Zimmer. wo ein normales Bett stand, und daneben mit ca. 30 cm Abstand eine Campingliege, wo mir das Lattenrost auf die Knochen drückte. In unserem Bad war bei der Hin- und Rückreise 14 Tage später, der Seifenspender leer und der Schlauchanschluss am Duschkopf war gespalten, sodass mehr Wasser waagerecht rausspritzte und nur ein wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kam. Sauber war aber alles. Wir haben bei beiden Aufenthalten im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt, und war auch preiswert.

Hårtørrer virkede ikke, kun 1 ud af 3 spots virkede på badeværelset, og det virkede til der var en løs forbindelse, for sommetider virkede lysetq slet ikke. Morgenmaden var absolut ikke anbefalelsesværdig. Tørt brød, dårligt tilbredte røræg, og lille udvalg af pålæg. Den var så ringe, at vi dagen efter ikke spiste morgenmad. Receptionens åbningstider var tvivlsomme - der var åbent fra 7-11, men ingen af dagene kunne vi finde værten. Ved udtjekning måtte vi ringe til nødtelefonnummeret, da vi ingen mennesker kunne finde. Generelt var hotellet mennesketomt - både for personale og gæster. Heldigvis har Abtenau og omegn meget at byde på, så vi opholdt os ikke meget på hotellet.

Aber Schlafplätze für Kinder haben gefällt, da die Alter der Kinder von der Buchungsseite nicht an das Hotel übermittelt wurden (wurde uns gesagt), wir mussten Geld drauf zahlen für ein Klappbett, was reingebracht werden musste. Das Frühstück war ungenissbar.

- Steven (8/5): - Very nice hotel. We were there in the off season so staff were difficult to find at check out but the property is very nice!
- Petr (10/5): - Great hotel near the Highway. Great dinner and breakfast. You can go for a walk into the hills nearby. Just few options but for one night stay excellent 👌
- KARUNAKARAN (8/5): - A useful base for Salsburg and its surroundings if you have a car. Main reason for choosing it was its competitive price and though it is a bit out of the way, it still made sense. The restaurant is good pub meal type food and seems to be a favourite for the locals
- Sunilkumar (6/5): - Decent hotel for a short stay. Quite old building. We got fresh towels. Balcony were not clean and the table and chairs in the Balcony was also dirty. but still ok for the price and short stay.
- Polona (2/5): - I reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights, but in the end, we were charged for 6 rooms for two nights. There was no response to my email with proof, and even Expedia’s intervention didn’t help. How can I trust anyone?!? It’s a disaster, and it involves €560 from my account.

- ruthj196 (10/5): Great Austrian hospitality - Great hotel celebrating its Austrian culture in the Alps. Excellent welcome, very helpful staff. Flexible with food menu. Comfortable rooms with very clean bathrooms. About 37km from Salzburg, reachable by local transport using trains and buses.
- Inspire21515 (10/5): Good food, nice staff - We stopped here for diner only. The food was delicious; they serve us very quickly. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean.Here are lots of choices on the menu. I definitely recommend this place.
- MADTourers (10/5): Nice Restaurant - To our surprise, this place serves very good hand made PIZZA, with a variety of options. The infect chef made us a perfect veggie PIZZA too. we did not stay here while it was closure to our hideout during our visit to this region. will definately recommend this place.
