• Clarence (2/5): Great location if you dont mind aircon not working and questionable cleanliness - The location is amazing. Thats it. Booked room with 2 queen beds, the adjoining room was not separated by a door, instead they used a very thin curtain. One of the aircon was not working at all, when we entered the room(s) I noticed both aircon was on, I suspect it is because the aircon is not well maintained and they tried to make the room cooler prior to our entry. When I asked for the staff's assistance, they said their maintainence will come up later, but after 1 hour of waiting they never came and I also had to leave the roomso I did not follow up. I also saw cockroaches in the bathroom.

• Cristian (5/5): I wouldn't say it's an hotel. - The only good thing about this Hotel, was the location. No hot water, smaller than in the photos, noisy, dirty, the cleansheets were ripped in some parts, lots of people very noisy late night in the hotel, but the staff didn't do anything about that, the room had a big part of a wall with water damage and it was hard to breathe, slept less than 3-4 hours every night.

Un lugar con personal incompetente, cero disposición a ayudar e imprevisible. Tuve que reservar en otro hotel y llamar a un taxi para que me llevara. Yo recomiendo que lo tachen de las búsquedas me escribieron desde el día anterior hasta la llegada al aeropuerto dandome la bienvenida, cuando llegué me dijeron que la reserva estaba cancelada, obviamente por ellos. • Que Am (4/5): Staff and Very Dirty - What i like just 1... Your staff when i check in are very good, interpersonal good, he does his job and entertain customer all good. Your staff when i check out time are VERY RUDE, your cleanliness hotel room are bad, lot of cockroaches, mosquitoes. Hotel but didnt take a good care all of this.

• Juliana (1/5): Dreadful - Nothing. I left Felt like I was squatting, in what should be an abandoned building. Filthy. Infested. Noisy staff. Water sputters in and out so I can barely wash myself and after tolerating all that… They were acting like I was being an entitled American because I wanted to breath. My air conditioner was set to freezing cold. I simply tried to turn it down and the device that controls it broke in my hand from pressing a button. I was desperate to take a nap and asked the staff if they could help me attend to it but they said later later. After agreeing to provide me another room while they look into fixing it, the rooms they kept showing me as alternatives got worse and worse. Extreme perfume scent masking very bad odor. Then showed me a worse room with heavy dank unbreathable mildew mold smell. After thinking about that morning when I stayed one night, when my friend and I went to leave we're literally locked in by a metal gate and pad lock and the man that almost refused to get up to unlock it to let us out, I thought what if there was a fire? We'd die here. I just didn't feel safe or like I was being treated with basic respect so I checked out and didn't even ask for a refund. Do not stay here. It's not safe!!! Building needs to be torn down.

We got a windowless room in the middle of the building where we could hear everything until 2 am. There should have been hot water, but it was broken. Some of the other rooms seemed better.

If I don’t want to smell cigarettes, I definitely don’t want to smell cigarette heavy perfume It’s the only really disappointing aspect so far.

Twice changed room because the water heater problem and the water in bathroom are very slow,but same problem no hot water & water run very slow a so little.Non sound proof..You can hear all the hotel guest speak to each other on their room,first night even worse the guest next door with his children tether hang out outside if their room instead of inside room,the children running all over the floor aftering each other and the parent not even bother like the hotel is belong to them or act like in their own home..room with WiFi but the wifi not connecting for the entire of my stay..not convenient to walked to popular traveller attractive place, dark and feel unsafe walking during night.room pic on booking.com with nice and wide window,but 1st room windowless..2nd room with window but not as same as in pic.the staff says it is just an illustration pic.

• Magnus (2/5): Advised to choose another alternative as this is a nasty, worn down accommodation. - There was, sadly, nothing about this stay that was satisfactory, except that the staff was polite. I waited for 20 minutes for the staff to check me in. I had to pay a 50% deposit, which was not mentioned in the booking information. This was not refunded to my credit card but as a physical cash back. The hotel room was not clean and is in great need of an upgrade. Initially, I expected to pay way less, but the total price ended up being equivalent to a 4-star hotel. I would suggest that anyone choose another alternative because this is not worth the price. I didn't want to use the shower facilities and bed sheets, so I checked out the same day I checked in. Also, expect to pay 3% for credit card payments.

• Maxxi38 (5/5): Passable - The location of this hotel is surely a plus. Nearby to the mall, supermarket, laundry and restaurants. It's a very old building but made into a hotel, the room is basic and a good place for short stays if your hunting for the main attraction surrounding the Bukit bintang area There is one concern about this hotel. The water pressure to the upper floor is extremely low. In fact you cannot have a good amount of water for the basic shower. They need to fix this serious issue in order to cater proper hotel basic service to the guests. During my stay, it's been 3 days without proper water running. It's a main concern in this hotel. It's a good hotel with a really good location, unfortunately they struggle with water issues in the hotel.

The staff did not speak English and asked me to pay upfront. The room was nothing like in the pictures. Worst hotel on Booking so far for me.

At 4:00 it started again, bed vibrating, no more sleep, left at 5:30, music still playing. 2nd night; no music, but several times at night the airco of one of the nearby hotels kicked in. Bed vibrating again. Booked a hotel elsewhere in KL. This was the worst of the 12 hotels I booked in Malaysia. Can't understand why it has such a high review score.

• Jobrul (2/5): Very poor - Nothing except location. Had a horrible experience after checking in at Hotel Arba. The room I booked was not provided to me. Instead of a queen room they gave me a dirty and small room. This room had no TV, clothes rack, bathroom amenities. The behavior of the manager was very rude and impolite. An additional 3% charge is deducted for credit card payments. After all I was disappointed and not recommended. Everyone should avoid this hotel.
