• Jennifer (9/5): You will really like this apartment thats well equipped and clise to everything! - Location, peaceful, kitchen, balcony, comfortable bed. We didn’t realize removing the card key turned off the power in the apartment including the washing machine when we left the apartment. This led to the wash cycle stopping mid cycle and colors running onto my whites. Also if you are charging a power bank or ipad it would stop charging. I was able to bleach out my socks enough to finish my trip and the host did respond to my concerns. A note would’ve been helpful explaining this before I used the washing machine.

• Krisztina (10/5): Tökéletes apartman két külön szobával - Minden tökéletes volt, az Akropolisz múzeumtól néhány percre, szép új tiszta apartman két külön szobával, kényelmes nagy erkéllyel. A kihúzható kanapén is jót aludtunk. A kulcsátvétel is egyszerű és gyors. Köszönünk mindent!

• MartinAntalya (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Ausgezeichnete Lage, nicht weit vom Akropolis-Museum. Obwohl die Wohnung in einem ziemlich alten Wohnhaus liegt, ist sie super-modern und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Trotz der zentralen Lage an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße ist die Wohnung aufgrund moderner und gut isolierender Türen und Fenster absolut ruhig. Sehr sauber, bequemes großes Bett, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine, 2 Smart-TVs, großer möblierter Balkon, sehr gute Internet-Verbindung. Mein Aufenthalt war im Januar - mit kalten Außentemperaturen. Deshalb habe ich mich über die gut funktionierende Heizung und A/C sehr gefreut. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein wenig dunkel, aber sehr ruhig.

• Sara (9/5): Apart from the check in situation and shortage of cooking utensils the stay was perfect. The flat was perfect - Extremely clean and modern. Near all the sights. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Lack of sharp knives and wooden spoons for cooking. Our check in was supposed to be at 12 noon according to our confirmation. But we were told to leave our luggage in a luggage hold and that we strictly could not move in until 3 pm. We had to wonder the streets in the heat with medication that needed to be kept cool plus pay for the luggage stay lockers that cost 4 euros each!
• Oksana (10/5): Awesome location and accommodations - This was a cozy little apartment that had everything we needed in downtown Athens, about 10 min walk to the Acropolis museum, in historical building with marble stairs and old fashioned elevator for an extra charm. Appartment had a lot of cool automated features, like light switches that connected to multiple rooms, well equipped kitchen, two air conditioners- one in the living room and one in the bedroom, big ceiling fan in the bedroom that started both from the switch and the remote, retractable awnings on good size balcony, automated shutters, etc. Two full bathrooms was a plus. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, however, one call to the owner took care of that. In addition to the keys, there was an electronic card that opened the door and controlled the lights and outlets in the apartment. This location is walking distance to all attractions and 3-5 min walk to a lot of very nice restaurants. I would highly recommend. Nothing comes to mind

Deux salles de bain très pratique pour 4 personnes. Tout le nécessaire eau dans le frigo lessive, sopalin papier toilette gel douche mieux qu’à l’hôtel ! Consigne à bagage payante nous pensions que c’était inclus.

• Michelle (10/5): Clean, convenient and lovely apt near acropolis - The location was excellent -- a few blocks from the acropolis in a great neighborhood -- and the apartment was set up well, with bathrooms and bedrooms/living room at different ends of the apartment (great when traveling with two little kids). We loved having breakfast on the balcony!

• Praveen (9/5): A very good base to explore Athens - Clear and easy instructions for checkin. Quick responses for any queries. We needed some extra items in the kitchen which were promptly provided. Walkable to all tourist spots. Close to metro stations and super markets too. It would have been very useful if a dryer was there. We had to use a dryer in the nearby laundromat to dry out our clothes. Providing only a washing machine however seems to be the standard across Europe, so this is not a negative specific to this unit. Also some sort of a door/curtain for the bathroom shower would have helped in preventing water spill all over the place.
• Vipin (10/5): Very nice owner. We were absolutely happy with the promptness of owner for any query. - Absolutely very nice property. Location is superb. Lots of restaurants nearby. You can reach out to the main attractions via walk. There is self managed locker for the luggage at nominal fee if you need.

• Graeme (9/5): Great appartment - Great location close to Acropolis. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. Entry and exit was done using a lock box, so no waiting around. Communication through booking.com was excellent arranged a taxi back to airport for us.

Bed is comfortable with nice sheets. Balcony is bigger than we expected and great spot for first morning coffee. Location of apartment is stunning. In street you have a lot of good restorant with traditional Greek food. We love that. Communication with owner it was perfect- quick, easy and nice. We will come back again. We love everything about this place.

The shower was amazing and there were 2 bathrooms, we only used one. The bed very comfortable and the whole apartment very spacious with large TV in the bedroom and sitting room. Quiet neighbourhood with shutters that block out any noise. Lovely big balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Philoxenia apartment will definitely be our place of residence every time we visit Athens. Everything was just perfect and thank you to our lovely host Roubnb. Nothing

Wide space, large balcony and any necessary utensils were just some of the things that allowed us to feel almost just like in our house. The location is very central, just 5 min walk from the Acropolis and from the metro station. The area is very secure and very quiet. We would have never left the place!
