• Zuzana (8/5): Cosy little flat, accommodates 4 people. - Comfy bed. I slept like a baby :) also the host, Yasmine, was very helpful and replied very promptly. The shower leaked through the door - improperly sealed. Also the tap was broken. I’ve notified the owner/agency.
• Ayse (8/5): Güvenli, güzel ve konum olarak iyi - Konum olarak tüm turistik noktalara 15-20 dk yürüyorsunuz ama konum düz ve güvenli olduğu için çok rahat. Ev konforlu rahat, Apartmanda sürekli domuz kızartma kokusu oluyor maalesef tüm evi kaplıyor. Bir de salonda perde olsa iyi olurdu. Salondan cam açılınca apartmanları görüyor
• Dominika (7/5): - Skrytka jest fajnym pomysłem. Niestety kluczy nie było w krytce ze względu na opóźnienia transportowe w tym dniu. Odbywał się wyścig kolarski. Przekazanie pokoju odbyło się później niż poinformowano mnie o tym przy rezerwacji. Wynajmujący nie skontaktował się ze mną w tej sprawie. Sama musiałam zapytać o powód braku kluczy w skrytce. Mieszkanie jest duże i wystarczające dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszytko co potrzeba na 5 dniowy pobyt. Dostęp do mediów np. internet, Netlix. 2 małe balkony - jeden wychodzący na ulicę, drugi na podwórki. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja. Łazienka dosyć mała ale wystarczająca. Ogólna czystość była w porządku, ale gdyby wejść w szczegóły to można doczepić się zakurzonych lamp, niedoszorowanych silikonów. Przez nieszczelność drzwi kabiny prysznicowej, woda wylewa się na podłogę łazienki. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Blisko do pasażu z barami, restauracjami, blisko na Akropol. W pobliżu komunikacja miejska. Brak wcześniejszej informacji, że pojawią się opóźnienia w przekazaniu kluczy.
• Andre (10/5): Memorable stay - Clear instructions how to get to the appartement and get access, close to all the sites ei: Acropolis, museum, city center and more. The appartement was very clean and had all the facilities of home. Modern Apartment made our stay enjoyable and safe. This is amazing place to stay. Thank you There is nothing we didn't like. This is an outstanding appartement.

• Anna (8/5): I recommend it - The apartment was super comfortable, with clean and comfortable bedding and a huge wardrobe. The bed in the bedroom has a firm mattress, but I like it that way. The sofa bed in the living room is soft, which the kids didn't like. The bathroom was quite comfortable and had good shower pressure; the shower cabin was a bit leaky. The coffee maker, kettle, and toaster in the kitchen were very useful. A big plus was the two balconies. Overall, the apartment was clean, but there was a lot of damp, especially on the ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom, and in the kitchen's plate cabinet. We found a cockroach on the floor twice in the morning. Overall, we had a good stay; we only spent nights there. The location was great.

• Laura (3/5): Disappointing, dirty and not worth it - Location - about 10-15 min walking from the Acropolis Cleanliness, small flies all over the bathroom and a very bad smell, 2 toilet paper rolls for a whole week, loud neighbors and neighbourhood, with the bus stop right in front of the bedroom window.

• Hektor Villarroel (9/5): - The apartment was as modern and fantastic as in the photos, the neighbourhood is very lively with various opportunities to eat and shop. The communication is very friendly and professional. It is truly worth it to stay here. -
• Ahanu (9/5): Pleasant stay in Koukaki - Great location, nicely decorated apartment Bedroom didn't have enough electrical outlets, had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone. Lots of smoke in the courtyard behind the apartment.

Locatia foarte aproape de stradutele cu taverne si restaurante(5 min de mers pe jos), market, patiserii, cafenele si pana la obiectivele principale 10 min de mers. Apartamentul foarte frumos si spatios, cu tot ce ai nevoie ptr gatit..strada linistita, locuri de parcare exista fara sa platesti(in fata blocului). Recomand. Nimic de comentat.

• Anna (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a stylish and comfy apartment for a family. - The apartment was very stylish, big enough, the sofa was already made as a bed for our kids, kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking and living, we were provided with pure white fresh towels and linen and toiletries, there were 2 ACs for comfort, the host was quick and friendly in answers, the apartment was in walkable distance from main attractions. We didn't use transportation while sightseeing. We had a very pleasant time and recommend this place and the host for sure. The shutters in the bedroom balcony were out of order and it limited the light. The host told they had called a professional to replace it. Hope other tourists will enjoy new shutters and the nice balcony.
• Iulia (9/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend the apartment and the host! - Great apartment, the photos are accurate and reflect reality. It had everything we needed. We were told in advance that we’d need to bring things like dish soap, sponges, and toilet paper, but it turned out everything was already provided. There’s also an iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer in the apartment. Just keep in mind that there’s no detergent or capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. The location is excellent — we could walk to the Acropolis and Plaka in about 15 minutes. It took around 10–15 minutes to get to the nearest public transport stop. Everything is within walking distance, including a grocery store nearby. We also really appreciated that all the windows have rolling shutters (the kind usually used for shopfronts or garages), so we felt very safe during our stay. The only minor downside is that sound travels easily between rooms, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we were traveling as a family and used to being together.

• Zacharenia (2/5): Really disappointing handling - convinient location, well decorated Second day in and there was major electricity outage in the apartment. The whole situation was managed poorly by the property management team. They moved us to another apartment way further from our desired location - the specific apartment was booked mainly because of its location which is close to office space. The apartment that we moved to was way smaller. No reimbursement was offered.
• Lea (8/5): A great location and good value for money! - The property is located in a great neighborhood in which you will find lots of cafes, bars and restaurants! It’s very close to public transportation and the acropolis. For us it was a great choice while having vacation with kids. Our host was very friendly, responsive and took anything that we reported quite seriously and got it repaired.
• Lori (9/5): Superb - We were unable to stay at this property due to a plumbing problem. They gave us several other options for our stay and the that was great. Our location was not as nice as the original booking, quite a bit further from the Acropolis area but that’s how it goes I guess. A bit more walking was all.

The apartment is 30 min walk from center

• Oana (10/5): Good apartment! - Everything was good! The apartment is well located, close to the center of Athens, the Acropolis, just 5-7 minutes of walking. Very close are good taverns with local food. In the apartment it was clean and comfortable. We had all we needed in it for a good stay, also a washing machine and a dishwasher. We were 2 adults and two children and the space was enough. The kids could sleep on a comfy sofa. We had a great time! Nothing to tell!
• Cici (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment to stay, you will find anything what u need at home. Location is also good for this price, during one week I did not use public transport, because I could reach every sightseeing by walk in 20-25 minute. Host was very attentive, he was able to drown out the sound of the renovation work on the street❤️
