Honestly, words can’t describe how much we enjoyed it, the experience was even better than staying at a 5-star luxury hotel. ​The Apartment: The design is stunning, you can tell a professional interior designer was involved in every detail. It’s spacious, modern, and very well-equipped. We especially appreciated the high-quality appliances and the fully stocked kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the long balcony was a great plus. It's located on the first floor, and there is a small elevator available. ​The Service: The hosting was world-class. It started with the thoughtful touches upon arrival: since my mother doesn't drink dairy, they specifically provided soy milk along with Nespresso capsules, bread, sweets, and even slippers. A special shout-out to Hector, who was always available to explain everything and helped us with every single detail, his hospitality made a huge difference. Whenever we needed anything, the team was instantly available via WhatsApp. They were kind enough to grant us a late check-out and even sent someone to personally escort us to their offices to store our luggage afterward. ​The Location: The location is perfect, it’s tucked away from the noisy tourist crowds but still very accessible. There’s a great supermarket and a boutique butcher right downstairs. The Metro station is within easy walking distance, and you can reach the heart of Athens in a pleasant 20-25 minute walk. ​This is hands down the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in, with the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommended! Nothing - everything was perfect!

The location is perfect — the metro, a market, and a bakery are right next to the property. The Acropolis is just a 10-minute walk away. Thank you very much, we truly enjoyed our stay! My five friends were also very satisfied. The apartment is even more cozy and beautiful in person than it looks in the photos. Thank you!

We were able to get street parking right in front of the apartment. Thank you for the snacks and wine. 2nd bathroom a plus but should put a hand towel in it to use. Thank you for sharing your apartment. We did not meet any host. Liked it all.

We were traveling from a family event on an island and picked up a couple extra people who didn’t have anywhere to stay in Athens and the staff was able to quickly accommodate them for the night. I found it to be spacious and modern especially by European standards.

• Somen (10/5): Great Athens location with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. - The location of this apartment was outstanding. Within a comfortable walking distance, we accessed numerous dining options (5-7 minutes), supermarket (2 minutes), car rentals (10 minutes), the Acropolis (15 minutes), and bus tour starting points (15 minutes). The apartment comes fully furnished with all necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find bread, butter, and wine waiting for us in the fridge - a thoughtful welcome touch. We explored Athens primarily on foot, only taking a taxi to Lycabettus Hill (8 €). For those preferring public transportation, there are convenient bus stops nearby. Hector was an attentive host, contacting us days before our arrival and responding promptly to all enquiries. We particularly appreciated being able to store our luggage until evening after the 11 AM checkout. Travel tip: If arriving late, I recommend taking a taxi directly to the apartment. Note that the airport train costs 9€ per person each way, not the 1.20€ sometimes shown on Google Maps. One minor suggestion for the apartment would be adding a small corner dining table in the living room. This would be particularly beneficial for families with young children, as the current high bar stools can be challenging and potentially unsafe for little ones during mealtimes. With the existing setup, children require constant supervision to prevent falls. A child-friendly dining option would enhance the apartment's family appeal while maintaining its current charm and functionality.
• Márta (10/5): Well-equipped, extremely clean and beautiful apartment in a safe neighborhood. - The accommodation is located close to the center of Athens, we could walk to almost everything and hardly used public transport. Hector was an excellent host, always available, and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We got a full rundown of nearby restaurants, public transport, and Athens in general. It was a nice touch after the flight to be able to have breakfast from the welcome groceries stocked in the fridge. The apartment was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, we had a great time.

• Rue (6/5): An ok stay - bad customer service! - Blue Ark was clean, and comfortable. The place is not in the nicest part of Athens but once you get in - the apartment is very well maintained and the hosts make an effort to provide snacks and wine. However my biggest complaint is with the hosts unfortunately. Communication is terrible, they don’t respond to messages on any platforms - takes them more than an hour to respond (at some point we were waiting for a response overnight). I found this distressing as this was the first time in Athens and would have appreciated active communication when we asked questions. They offered for us to leave our bags at their offices but due the lady who met with us was extremely rude and almost got into a spitting contest with us. It’s unfortunate that their hosts do not have good customer care because the place itself is not terrible.
• Michael (10/5): Fabulous apartment - The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very new looking. It was within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping as well as the Acropolis and other attractions. The host was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. We really appreciated him. If I had to find something that wasn't perfect, I would say that the beds could use a memory foam mattress topper or something similar as I like really firm mattresses but they were a little too firm, so much so that it bothered my shoulders when I slept on my side. Other than that, everything was fabulous. I would absolutely stay here again! We loved it!!

Akis, the host was very kind and gave us very good recommendations. There wasn't a parking problem and er found place to park each time.

There was an easy contact via WhatsApp if we needed anything. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped - the host even provided bread, butter, jam and cereals for breakfast. Also a selection of coffees and tea, bottle of wine and water. The beds are super comfortable and there is a huge balcony around the entire place to chill out after a busy day. Promptly got these and even more later per WhatsApp. Shuttle airport was arranged for us (not included in the price). The main attractions were close by (walking distance). Bonus: The street is lined with orange trees which makes it a very nice view when sitting on the balcony. Sounds ridiculous but... Since we were cooking our breakfast in the beautiful kitchen... the only thing I was missing were some spices besides salt and pepper. There are stores around so you can always get some though.
