• Haydee (3/5): The apartment it’s a bit of a joke - Good enough to sleep, it was clean. But everything else and the attention by the owner was so poor. Read the review below. The individual bed is the size of a child, we were three adults and none of us could fit. We contacted the owner and they promised us an air mattress, the days passed and they didn’t give it to us. The fridge is like a toy fridge, really small, and our food got bad because it wasn’t cold. There was a detergent box next to the washing machine that was empty. Also the day we arrived we were told we could leave our bags in the apartament at 11 and when we showed up the keys weren’t in the locker for us to come in. Nobody came to let us in and we were told to come back at 15, we lost all morning trying to find a locker for our bags. The apartment is good enough to sleep, but everything is a little bit of a joke and the attention by the owner is very poor. It’s not that cheap for this low service, I really don’t recommend.
• Mark (7/5): Overall, it was fair to good. Comfortable, cool, but could have left some food supplies. I did. - Elevator. Secure. Comfortable. Close to public transportation Refrig was way too small to buy food for breakfast, and did not get cold. Hosts have to remember that we are traveling and getting wifi for late instructions to get the key is sometimes difficult. Fortunately 2 young men who lived there saw me sitting on the ground at 1 in the morning in the rain with a dead phone battery, charged my phone in their apt. and got the code, and got the key for me, and even showed me to my room, or I would have slept right there outside the door.
• Joseph (1/5): Unpleasant place run by incompetent people - Practical location, quiet street The wifi was not working when I arrived. They said they would fix it, but they never did. The communication was handled over WhatsApp in a quite unprofessional way. The conversation became more and more impolite until they just stopped answering. In 10 days, they never fixed the wifi. Travelling for work, not having wifi impacted my stay and the work I had to do. The flat was not as clean as you would hope. The towels and bed linen from the previous guests had been washed and were drying on the chairs. Was I supposed to fold and put them away myself? The advertised fridge is just a mini fridge that doesn't fit a lot of food. The kitchen is quite under equipped. There is nowhere to put your belongings and clothes. Not even a closet. There is a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack. Overall a very unpleasant place run by incompetent people.

• Tetiana (2/5): Awful apartment and service. - Location. 1. No WiFi. We contacted a host via booking and WhatsApp multiple times but nobody was eager to fix this. 2. No fridge. Only mini fridge which wasn't working. 3. Uncomfortable beds. 4. Bad small shower. 5. Apartment was messy when we arrived. Dirty towels were everywhere, it looks like apartment wasn't cleaned after previous guests. 6. Very noisy gas boiler, was impossible to sleep because of it. 6. No closet or shelves for clothes.

• Jacob (9/5): Superb - Everything was clean. It was a nice little space to call home for a little bit. I also appreciated the soaps that were supplied.
• Marloes (3/5): Good location and cheap, but still not worth the money due to bad hygiene and facilities - The location was nice There was only the very basic furniture. Kitchen was equiped badly, no proper fridge, couldn't get the oven to work. Uncomfortable matress and the apartment was dirty, many hairs laying on the floor etc. The wifi didn't work for my whole stay (3 nights) and I didn't get the impression the host cared much

• Reivina (8/5): All in all it was quite nice to stay here, apart from all the drawback that I mentioned. If you only stay one night shou - I like the location, how comfy and bright the place is and very easy to check in and check out. The building also very nice and easy to find a parking spot. There’s this smell like fesses everytime we go right out the door. Quite disturbing but lucky it doesn’t go through inside the room. There’s no proper fridge only like an icebox I would say, so if we want to buy some drinks or food we cannot keep it overnight. No wardrobe or proper place to hang our clothes, not even our towel, even though there’s a washing machine. And I dont know if the A-Ladder was supposed to be there? Behind the main door, it was covered by the toilet door so I didnt notice in the beginning.

• Samrajni (7/5): Location was great. Very close to the city centre. Made the stay so much more easy for sight seeing. - Brilliant location. Host was very helpful whenever we needed help. Good value for money. Had all necessary amenities. Cozy and enjoyable. The bed was wonky, unstable, had a few broken bits. Oven was not cleaned well. Also host replied a little late in the beginning. But we still liked the place.
• Tomasz (1/5): We are disappointed, we feel cheated, watch out for this company - Location of both apartments good A week before the scheduled arrival, permission to change the location was requested. We ordered an apartment for 3 people and despite the owner's promise that a sofa would be added, we received an air mattress for the price of a normal bed. On the day of arrival we received a message with codes to the Citywohnung apartment (there were no keys), although I had previously received the codes to enter the Treasure Home Apartments, the owner did not answer the phone or e-mails. Late in the evening managed to contact the owner for whom "sleeping on an air mattress is not a problem", I don't know apartments where you sleep on air mattresses. Deciding to change the address, the owner promised the same standard, unfortunately we were deceived.
