• Katarzyna (10/5): Magique et à recommander ! - J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet établissement. La maison se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme, entourée de jardins, citronniers. On se réveille avec les champs d’oiseaux et le parfum de jasmin. Une très grande terrasse permet de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. Le hôte, Théodore, a été d’une gentillesse, disponibilité et générosité incroyables. Le studio a été très spacieux, parfaitement équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, cafetière, climatisation). Il a été d’une propreté remarquable. Des échantillons de produits de beauté à disposition. Très appréciable. La plage est à 15 minutes à pieds. Le centre ville historique entre 40 et 50 minutes en bus ou tramway. J’ai tout aimé

• mary (10/5): Great Getaway - Great location close to stores, restaurants, the beach, parks, medical facilities and cafes. Easy to walk around and do something. Room was spacious, very modern, very clean and bed was comfortable. Has a washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen pans, kettle, sandwich maker and coffee provided. Thank you for a great stay!!

• Norbert (10/5): - The owners are very welcoming, respectful, and helpful. The apartment is very clean in a beautiful, sunny neighborhood with everything you need for cooking, including a washing machine, air conditioning, and a large balcony. It lacks absolutely nothing for everyday comfort. The location is ideal, quiet, and pleasant. A beautiful beach is about a ten-minute walk away, including the tram that takes you to Glyfada in 15 minutes or to the city center in 40 minutes.
• Michal (8/5): - Great and very supportive and caring owner just next door. Less than 10m walk to Kalamaki beach. One of the best taverna I visited in Greece right next door. Spotless clean, cozy new apartment. The bed is 180cm length (not 200cm standard), please consider that if you are a taller person. I am below 180 and yet the first few days end up waking up often as my feet were out of the bed. Our impression was that the apartment is smaller in person than on the pictures (=great pics), even though it is truly "raw" ~33m2, furniture etc. has its impact. This is rather subjective and servers as a side note- better to be positively surprised than negatively. Please consider the fact that it is basically one room divided by a glass to create a bed zone = zero privacy. My mistake is that I haven't figured that out from the pictures. In general, a nice and cozy apartment, but not for everybody's needs. Thus, I felt a need to provide feedback from my side to be safe than sorry for future customers similar to my profile. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice apartment; things highlighted here nobody mentioned in reviews I read and if I've known them prior, I would have chosen differently. But for a single traveler I totally understand the overall rating and I consider my impression vs promoted flat's features as my mistake -should have read and analyzed better.

It was clean and comfortable. The apartment is soundproofed. The beach and bus stop are nearby, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Highly recommended! /

He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met- great location for getting anywhere and in the safest and most posh neighborhood!
• Mihaela (10/5): I deeply recommend this gorgeous and cozy studio - The studio is gorgeous, was cleaned and has everything in terms of utilities. It is very nice designed, the bedroom walls are glass made and looks very cozy and intimate. We had tea, coffee and some delicious cookies. It has a huge balcony from where you see the street and can admire the garden full of vegetation. The studio it’s located at 30mins away by walk from the Alimos Marina, on a quiet and beautiful street. The host was very friendly and responsive. We had to book accommodation last minute after we arrived at the marina, so we booked this studio around 5pm and did the checkin straight away. Also, we returned to this accommodation at the end of our stay in Greece, just for the day, as we needed to rest for a couple of hrs before the flight back home. The studio looks exactly like in the photos. I deeply recommend this property! We enjoyed it and we’ll definitely recommend it further to our friends! N/A
