• Nupur (10/5): A fantastic location and a fabulous staff. - The location is superb and the rooms were so incredibly clean and very quiet. We forgot some items of clothing and Hector helped to arrange their courier to another hotel. Super helpful guy and a perfect stay! Nothing
• Emilie (8/5): Great location, easy check in - Handy location - we walked everywhere, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including the incredible Django ice cream store. It was very helpful to have enough breakfast things for our stay, and check in and out was relatively straightforward. It was as advertised, but the apartment felt a little tired here and there. The hot water was a bit of a faff, taking an hour to heat the tank before we could use the shower (which was then enough for our party of four).

• Wendy (9/5): This was a great place to stay in Athens and close to metro and Acropolis we would definitely stay here again - This property is in an excellent location. Close to metro. Close to Acropolis and activities near there. Host had excellent communication and met us at the place upon arrival to explain things to us. Loved that it had a washing machine and kitchen/living room area. The terrace/veranda was also a plus. Hector also offerred to help arrange transportation to and from airport and ferry and warned us ahead of time about the 2 day taxi strike before our arrival. The elevator was tiny so our party of 3 always had to go in 2 grps to come or go

The apartment's location was fantastic, with the Acropolis being just a short walk away as well as many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Overall it was an awesome stay and above our expectations.

• OANA (7/5): - It was clean. The location is not so new as in the photos, a renovation would be nice. The host explained all the functionalities of the apartament in detail. It is not necessary to explain everything, everybody has a washing machine and basic normal appliances. We were really tired and we only wanted to sleep. We asked before if a self check in is possible but it wasn't.

• Jane (9/5): Great Space - The location was great and the balcony was a good size. Plenty of space in the shower. The host left plenty of snacks and necessities (coffee, tea, lollies, ice even a loaf of bread in the fridge for toast). It was quiet in a lovely part of town with lots of green spaces and locals (and local prices). I've now stayed in 3 inner suburbs of Athens and have decided to always stay in Kokonaki if possible. The mattress needed to be upgraded or a better topper as I could feel the springs through a little. There were no spare pillows or blankets. The patio furniture was a bit spindly and felt like it could collapse, even though it seemed quite new.
• John (9/5): Great location and well appointed appartament for an enjoyable stay. - The apartment was well located for the main Athens sights. There are close restaurants and a local mini market. The host, Hector had left clear instructions for use of the apartment. The apartment had all the facilities and provided with tea/ coffee/ bread and all the basics needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication was only by WhatsApp, but this wasn't a problem as we had no issues.
• Radu (10/5): Clean and quiet apartment within 5 minutes walk to Parthenon, Synthagma square and hundreds of dining options - Excellent location, within walking distance to all Athens’s attractions and hundreds of restaurants. Akis, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful, recommending places to go and to visit. Apartment was clean and neat, like a hotel apartment, very quiet, during night you would never think that you are in the downtown of a never sleeping city. Nothing at all

• Karen (9/5): Great accommodation in a perfect location - Hector was very helpful and friendly - gave us lots of useful information about the local area. The location of the apartment is perfect- we only had to get the metro once but most sights were within walking distance and the area felt very safe. Great choice of restaurants close to the accommodation. The apartment itself was perfect size for the three of us and was very well set up in terms of facilities ie breakfast for a couple of days, coffee machine and access to Netflix. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend! Being really picky here but some of the walls in wardrobe and behind sofa look like they’ve had mould at some point so could maybe do with a lick of paint.

• Maria (10/5): Amazing family stay in Athens - This apartment was great for a family weekend in Athens! The host met us when we arrived to hand over the keys, the communication with them was great and they gave us a lot of recommendations. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything you need, there even was laundry detergent and a clothes drying rack. We were a group of 5 and I was dreading sleeping on the couch, but the couch turned into a surprisingly comfortable bed! The location is great, 10-15 min from the acropolis and the neighborhood has everything you need and is easy to walk around. The metro is 2 min away and there was an amazing coffee shop on the ground floor of the building. Everything was great, the only downside I can think of (and this is not related to the apartment) is that parking can be a little tricky, sometimes we had to drive around one or twice to find a parking spot on a nearby street.
• Tammy (9/5): It was an excellent, comfortable unit, walking distance to the Acropolis. Safe neighbourhood. - Our host, Akis, was wonderful. He communicated with me, met us at the building, brought us in, showed us around, explained how things worked. Excellent service. Additionally, he sent us some recommendations of places to visit: restaurants that the locals go to, some nice bars, etc., all on WhatsApp. We used a few of his recommendations and enjoyed them very much. Everything was top notch.

• Alberto (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement was modern clean and comfortable, well equipped. Being on the 5st floor it was quite calm even though you are in the center of Athens. If you want a shower you have to activate the boiler 40 minutes in advance. In fact the boiler is controlled by a timer switch. It is important to save electricity and in theory there's nothing wrong but if you forget to switch on... It can be annoying

• Eugen (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment, perfect for a short stay in Athens, close to the center, in a trendy neighbourhood. Very professional and responsive host, sent us plenty of suggestions to eat out and offered us a place for keeping our luggage for a few hours after check out, free of charge. The large terrasse is a major bonus! A bit noisy at night from all the air conditioners, but nothing too troublesome.

• Brianna (9/5): Excellent, clean, well-maintained apartment in quiet Athens location - Well maintained, renovated apartment, loved the windows and doors that open multiple ways. Everything we needed and more was provided, including laundry detergent, basic salt pepper oil for the kitchen, and all sorts of coffee/teas. The hosts even provided bread, butter, jam and wine! Also it was nice and quiet at night (unlike in Psyrri where I have stayed previously) The only small improvement would be the comfort of the sofa bed in the living room. Luckily our kids slept on it so it wasn’t a huge issue but it would have been difficult for an adult to sleep on as you could feel the bar. We also didn’t love the location. Most of the action in Athens happens around Monastiraki so we used the metro a lot.
