- Xing (6/5): - We stayed 1 week. The apartment is well located, but lacked basics a property of this setup and price should have. For example, though there is a kitchen, there was no toaster. There were no amenities like soap/shampoo. The air conditioning units broke after 1hour if use upon our arrival. We were notified that it was not possible to fix the issue and that fans would be delivered. But no fans came. This was during a heat wave in Vienna.
- Tao (2/5): - I have never complained about a hotel stay in my life, but Sky9 takes the cake as the worst accommodation of all-time. The actual unit is nothing like the picture posted on Expedia. We booked a 2 bedroom unit that was suppose to have a living area and a King bed and Queen bed. In reality, the beds were just twin beds pushed together, the living room was so small that 2 adults do not have the space to sit down on chairs around the table at the same time, and there were no bedsheets or duvet covers! We looked on the ground to see dead insects, medication pills left from prior guests, and a thick layer of dirt & dust - so unsanitary that we had to leave to find a different accommodate after 1 night out of the 3 night stay that we booked. We sent the pictures of deplorable conditions to their management - no accountability whatsoever. So yeah…wasted time, money, and effort that we could have otherwise spent exploring Vienna. I’m share our experience hoping that other travelers don’t have to go through the same.
