- Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I booked the premium apartment for two nights for five people. First I was verbally abused by the hotel stuff with their rudeness and gas-lighting tone, then when we check-in, we found out the "double bed in the living room" was actually a single pull-out couch. And the hotel refused to refund us. Even in the main bedroom, the bed-side light was broken and the ventilator in the bathroom could not be turned off, so that NO ONE could fall asleep. Overall waste of money and a ridicules experience.

- Yan (10/5): Why sightsee when you can stay in? - The property was amazing, bright and clean. The views were great and I was seriously considering skipping all the sightseeing to spend more time in the apartment. There are several grocery stores nearby and transportation is so convenient. The staff was very responsive with my questions regarding the apartment. When I had an issue with the sinks, they immediately sent a plumber to fix the issue and sent an apology and wine. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Vienna.
