• Tīna (8/5): Excellently located apartment for a short trip - A nice, small apartment with everything you need for a short trip. The location is excellent, as it's in a vivid neighborhood, but on a quiet street. The bathroom could be equipped with better shower supplies.

• Polina (10/5): Wonderful place! - The apartment is absolutely stunning. It has everything for comfortable stay. The host is very helpful and nice. The neighbourhood is quiet, however it’s still located quite close to touristic areas and several metro stations. Even to Acropolis it takes 15-20 min walk in wonderful area.

• Jennifer (10/5): Can’t wait to go back! - The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect! Angela wasn’t responding friendly and helpful, and there was even a bottle of wine and some Greek snacks awaiting me upon arrival! It was a lovely and unexpected touch.
• Sami (7/5): Use ear plugs when sleeping and it's all good. - The location isn't absolutely perfect, but it's actually surprisingly good, as both Thiseio and Monastiraki stations are within a short walk. This is my classic complaint when traveling to warmer countries. The windows are old and leaky, which may result in drafts and inadequate sound insulation. Traffic is quite loud, and it's almost like sleeping outside. Yet those specific windows are also beautiful.

• Diana Milena (8/5): Comfortable with great location and fair price - The terrace is really comfortable and the space in the living room was good enough for 3. After a rain, the apartment flood inside. But the personal was super quick to send a really helpful and amicable person to clean. Also, everytime someone flushed the bathroom, there was a super strong knock.

• Janne (10/5): - Meillä oli 45 m2 kaksio toisessa kerroksessa lokakuussa. Vuodesohva ja sänky riittivät meille hyvin ( 3 henkilön perhe). Sijainti on mainio, huoneisto siisti ja toimiva, varustus riittävä ja alue rauhallinen. Oma terassi oli kiva. Järjestelyt toimivat mainiosti ja yhteydenpito vuokraajaan oli helppoa. Olin tässä rakennuksessa toisessa huoneistossa (60m studio) kerran aiemmin ja sitäkin voin suositella, koska hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Luotettava majoittaja.
• Habermann (6/5): Gute Unterkunft, aber mit Verbesserungsbedarf beim Schlafkomfort - Die Lage war einfach traumhaft und auch die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – sogar Shampoo und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Matratze war leider sehr unbequem – man hat die Federn deutlich gespürt, weshalb sie dringend ausgetauscht werden sollte. Auch die Kissen waren nicht angenehm und viel zu hoch, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Außerdem sind die Fenster schlecht gedämmt, wodurch es recht laut im Zimmer war.

The host was very accommodating and ensured we were well looked after even before we arrived in Athens - we were given detailed instructions and guidance on how to use the metro (our preferred mode of transport in Athens) and directions to the apartment.

• Hayley (9/5): Great little apartment in a walkable area of Athens - Great apartment for a solo traveler or couple. Kitchenette was great and it was nice to have the living room area to relax in a space other than the bedroom. The street seems as though it’s an up and coming street for accommodation but right now is quiet and tucked away from the Main Street so as a solo traveler did sometimes feel a little unsafe walking around especially at night.

• Asa (8/5): Very good! Happy to recommend it!! - The location of the property is really good - it is very central with all the interesting sites within walking distance. In addition, the apartment is beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in. The immediate neighbourhood is full of cafes, bars and restaurants, yet the noise from this cannot be heard in the apartment. The host was extremely responsive and responded immediately to my messages. In the apartment on the top floor, the bedroom got very hot as the aircon didn’t manage to fully keep the mezzanine cool. There was a fan that helped cool it down a bit.

Metro station Monosiraki in 5min walk, Plaka from the centre is 10min walk. Bazar groceries located in the city 10min walk. Quiet neighborhood and safe in the evening for a pleasant walk. Big balcony to relax and enjoy the city in the evenings. Will definitely recommend this property to everyone. And will stay here again.

Sent notice to manager right away..spent 3 nights ..was never fixed,no portable fans provided. No discount offered. Temperatures at the time were 38' + Unbearable..

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - The outdoor space was spacious and seamless to the indoor with the large sliding doors. It was great for our toddler who was able to move easily between both and with the locked door outside our patio it was private and contained. Shower pressure was strong and hot! It’s a bit of a process to get in with a locked outer door, locked hallway and door to the patio, not an issue unless you’re moving a stroller and toddler each time. But does make the unit feel very secure

• Monika (10/5): Definitely worth recommending - Fantastic location, right in the center of Psyri, but by a calm and peaceful side street. Lots of space, two bathrooms, nice sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom. Absolutely fantastic, huge terrace, even though without an Acropolis view. Super easy access and good communication with the host. The only small thing was a rather slow Internet connection.
• Miku (5/5): Passable - Location is close to many placeslike museum métro and restaurant. It was very clean and secure Noise. First floor on the street. So until 2am you can hear bike, cars, and drunk tourists. After that, there is the cats fighting from 3am to 6am. Light: The curtains do not close properly so you awake with the sunrise. Just after the cat concerto ends. Entrance to the building: there is a door to enter the building. To open this door (grating) when you enter you need a code or the badge. That's ok. But when you exit the same door. There is nowhere to put the badge or the code, so then to exit, you need to pass your hand through the grating to reach the badge outside. If at that moment, you drop your key by accident, you are stuck inside the building. Shower drain doe not evacuate the water property.

• Ursula (10/5): - We loved how easy it was to explore central Athens and felt the property was lovely and safe because of good security and remarkably quiet for such a central location. Don’t get me wrong, still lots of nighttime noise but nothing directly across or next door. East to walk to a nearby neighbourhood full of great food and drink and also easy access to the metro. Loved it!

We loved our restful sleep and the refrigerator and stove to make our own breakfast. We loved the nespresso machine and used it multiple times a day. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the church down the street. We felt safe with a fab key into the gated building as well as a second security door to the actual building. We would highly recommend!

The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect—close to all restaurants, entertainment areas, and city attractions, all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the apartment is on a very quiet street, which was wonderful. Angela was available on WhatsApp and was incredibly kind and helpful. The WiFi could be better, it worked part of the time

• Kmbrly210 (9/5): Very nice space for longer stays - Large, clean apartment, two bathrooms, close to many shops and restaurants, check in and out was easy, has elevator and large balcony. Great shower temp and water pressure. Oven if you want to cook. Large refrigerator. Comfortable bed. We had plumbing issues the first day, but they were fixed quickly. The bed is upstairs in a loft, and air conditioning does not reach up there. Fan is provided, but still, the room is too warm. Had to keep suitcases downstairs because the loft is too small.

• John (10/5): Safe, spacious, tasteful apartment very close to the city centre - The apartment is close to Monastiraki but just far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The apartment itself is very spacious (one of the largest we've stayed in) with all the amenities you would want to prepare your own meals. Security is excellent and there's a modern yet small lift for your bags and one or two people. The air conditioners work great (though we didn't need them) and the unit we were in had it's own extremely spacious balcony area complete with table, chairs and a sun lounger. The shower has more than enough water pressure and ample hot water and is also spacious. For the price and location, it's an excellent proposition. There's a coffee machine (pod type), kettle and briki for greek coffee (which is nice). More than enough glassware, cutlery, plates etc. Your belongings are safe despite their being no safe in the apartment (unless there was and we didn't see it) as these types of apartments are generally not serviced. They only come in and clean once you've checked out. The doors and windows are not completely soundproof so if someone wants to the whole world to listen to their particular taste in music you're going to hear it but thankfully they drive past quickly enough. It also means you can hear the sounds from Monastiraki if you listen hard enough though the volume is extremely low. Not specifically limited to this property are the mosquitoes. They are EVERYWHERE in all seasons except possibly winter (you're all bundled up and can't tell either way), so take personal mosquito repellant with you. The room does have a mosquito machine though you may have to buy your own mats (we didn't look for any as we had our own) but said mosquito machine isn't going to help you when you're out and about in the city.
• Ioulia (9/5): Superb - The security system for the entrance and doors was really good. The room was spacious and clean and all facilities were in excellent condition as mentioned in the apartment's description. The owner left some water in the fridge, shampoo & soap and the room had a room diffuser. It was a bit noisy at night due to the location of the room but considering that the apartment is in the center of Athens, that much noise was reasonable.

Location at a very good place , nearby a nice area , just one step away ( 200 m ) so meaning quiet.
