• Adina (1/5): Cancelled 2.5h before check-in - - Our reservation was cancelled just 2.5 hours before check-in, right after we landed in Athens. We were informed by Booking.com over the phone that the owner had requested the cancellation, yet no explanation or proof was ever provided. To make matters worse, the host blocked the phone number I had listed in my contact details, so we had absolutely no way to communicate or receive clarification. Unfortunately, this happened during the weekend of the Metallica concert, when most accommodations in the city were fully booked. As a result, we were forced to find another place last minute and pay almost double the original price out of pocket. What made the experience especially stressful was the complete lack of communication, empathy, and responsibility from the host. As three women alone in a foreign city, suddenly being left without accommodation could have easily turned into a much worse situation, especially if we had arrived later at night instead of during the day. Booking.com was also not helpful, and we ultimately had to solve the situation ourselves under a lot of pressure. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this accommodation. A cancellation can happen, but the total lack of communication and basic human consideration is what ruined the experience.
• Nergis (10/5): Great Price Performance - Great location, easily walkable to the main busy areas, Acropolis, metro, restaurants, etc. 2 bedroom& 2 bathroom option were the great added value! Nothing to complain- Just dont forget to push the button 10 min earlier for shower to get hot water..

• aminguito (4/5): Great location but poor conditions - The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Athens The apartment is in poor condition for the price, located in a very old building. When we arrived, the baby cot we had requested was not prepared (although they set it up quickly once we mentioned it). The oven was not working, and we had to contact the host again to get it fixed. There is no mop to clean, and the broom is in very bad condition, which makes the apartment get dirty very quickly. On the last day, we lost the keys and were charged €20 for a replacement. I understand there should be a fee, but €20 felt excessive.

Inoltre in alcuni momenti era bollente e in altri tiepida (e a marzo l'acqua si preferisce calda). Non è prevista la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani.

• Linda (9/5): Lovely apartment close to Acropolis and Plaka - Spacious and comfortable in a great location A mat in the showers would help as it was rather slippery under foot but not a big issue.

Liked the balcony and having a kitchen and washing machine The floors and balcony in the apartment were quite dirty. There was street noise - as you would expect from the location

• Sandra (8/5): Great central apartment with supportive staff - Fantastic apartment in a central location. Very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms which made our stay really convenient. Everything we needed was provided, and it was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very supportive, arranged taxis for us, and were easy to contact by message with quick responses. Would definitely stay again. The keybox was broken and it wasn’t clear which one was ours, so we had to call the agent. They responded quickly and helped, but it was a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi instructions could also have been clearer — it would be easier if the password was written down instead of only accessible by QR code.

• Julie (8/5): - Clean modern apartment in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants, train station and the Acropolis. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay for a few days in Athens. Although the apartment advertises 2 bathrooms, the smaller bathroom is very small and could barely use the shower. Floors of the bathrooms were also very slippery, and shower in main bedroom did not drain well.

The apartment is very nice, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. difficulty using hot water in the shower

• Lene Weber (9/5): - Der var lyst og rent, det var meget nyrenoveret. Nemt at dele som 2 par med 2 værelser og 2 badeværelser. Super beliggenhed tæt på både restauranter, seværdigheder og transport muligheder. Kodeboksen til nøglen burde skiftes til en større størrelse. Vi kunne ikke åbne den og måtte ringe efter hjælp, han kom dog meget hurtigt. Vi døjede meget med at låse døren op hver gang til lejligheden. Da vi skulle tjekke ud havde vi også meget svært ved at lukke nøglen ind i boksen igen.

• Dina (9/5): Modern & clean apartment in a great location near the museum & public transport with ease of walking distance to - Very clean and modern, lots of power outlets, multiple aircon units, comfortable, very responsive and helpful property management. Overall great stay and would stay again / recommend to others. This isn’t an issue, but if I have to be very nit picky, would be nice to have an additional towel and something to note for anyone who is a light sleeper, the apartment is on the corner of a busy road so can hear traffic and also some noise from the workshop next door. Again, not an issue for me but something to note if noise level is important for another person.
• Justine (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a very central location - It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum and there are so many restaurants within a few minutes walk. The train station is a couple of minutes from the apartment too. Beds were so comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived too. There is a washing machine below the oven and cooking equipment should you want to cook. The traffic noise is quite loud despite double glazing but I think that would be the case in every place in Athens because the traffic is so congested there.
• Nanny_nett (9/5): Excellent location close to Acropolis Museum, metro, buses. - Great location with easy 4 min walk to Acropolis museum and cafes, restaurants, Plaka area. Water pressure was excellent and plenty of hot water. Modern apartment with balcony overlooking street. Lift access good and double glazing kept outdoor noise to a minimum. Communications all by email but prompt responses. Great gelato shop across the road and sports bar up the street. Highly recommended but note it is a compact apartment. Second bedroom was very small making it difficult to manoeuvre around bed. Floors are tiled and very slippery when wet. Second shower recess also very tight fit. No TV instructions to get free to air channels. Needed QR code to access internet password- click on QR code in gold photo frame. No personal meeting to hand over apartment and give information. Be careful on wet bathroom and shower tiled floors.

• Andrew (8/5): Perfect location for all the tourist venues - Location, location, location. That's why you would want to stay here. Basically, everywhere in Athens that you might want to visit as a tourist is within walking distance of the apartment. Right outside you will find loads of small cafes and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable. all with aircon. It's on the 1st floor, but there is a lift. Secure with electric shutters and the usual multi-bolt entrance door. WiFi not suitable for business use due to very poor upload speed. Situated on the corner of a busy junction so traffic noise is an issue. A dishwasher was listed in the facilities - there wasn't one.

• Michelle (7/5): The apartment was clean, affordable, and located close to Athens main attractions. - It was a convenient location (about 2 blocks) to the main attractions of Athens. The apartment looked newly renovated and was very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The host responded quickly when water stopped running in the apartment. Unfortunately water stopped running in the apartment on the 3rd day of our stay due to damage of the water meter (according to the host). The host moved us to another 2 bedroom apartment about 2 blocks away but it was on a very busy street and you had to be more careful and aware when crossing the streets. We preferred to stay at the original apartment but the water issue was still unresolved.

• Viktória (9/5): Superb - This is a nice appartment with very good host. The dining area was a bit small with 2 kids, however well equipped. The two bathrooms gave us comfort. It was very close to everything. Good restaurants, supermarkets, sights. It is really in the centre. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy, you can hear traffic all night. It was not so disturbing.

• Erik (10/5): Spacious central apartment with all the amenities and a responsive friendly host - The previous guest had forgotten to put back the keys. Roubina was there within 5 mins with a spare. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bathrooms, showers as well as 2 bedrooms. Location is great. Central, but not in the busiest, noisiest parts of the city.

The kitchen has everything you need.Highly recommend.

As the localisation is very central we were affraid that we won't be able to sleep because of the street circulation but it was very calm. We will definitely return if we visit Athens again.
