Cleanliness/hygiene - bed sheets with hairs. Sofa sheet cover unpleasant smell. Underneath with hairs. Fan not working. Baby cockroaches in cabinets.

Below my expectations despite previous glowing - Proximity Being charged tourism fees when I showed physical evidence of Malaysian citizens ( identity card). No cups provided despite asking . Used glasses for hot drink . Exposed wires on iron ( replaced with a functioning) one after requesting from the agent. Only 2 spoons provided with no forks . It’s hard to eat noodles without forks . May be the host want me to use my hands and feet. No shower curtain or a divider in the shower, thereby after shower, the whole are flooded with water. No dish rack , dish drying towel or hand towels provided. I had to use toilet paper to dry plates .

- Yana (10/5): - Cleanliness, comfort, lots of different light, friendly and welcoming staff. There were only men swimming in the pool, and I am a girl and I would not feel comfortable going there. But this does not apply to the apartments

- Quinti (8/5): Un buon soggiorno c/o Cherry Homes - Camere pulite e spaziose, complete di wifi, aria cond, lavatrice e cucina attrezzata, veloci check in e out tramite un addetto da contattare preventivamente.. Ci sono una caffetteria ed un minimarket nella lobby. Un po' periferico rispetto al centro. Tutto risolvibile usando Grab , con max 5 minuti di attesa
