- Jennifer Fang Ni (8/5): - This hotel is very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes when entered. The floors has lots of hair and the bathroom is very tiny
- Terence (6/5): Business stay for a night - Room was ok as per pictures. But it had a musky smell when the air-conditioning turns on. Parking is definitely not available. Had to pay RM18 to park outside which many won't feel safe because you have to leave your car keys with them. Breakfast very disappointing. Overall does not command the prices paid and over 8 rating in my opinion.

- YUK LAN (8/5): - 如很多網友所述，地點不遠但很難找，原因是新山關口附近正在建輕軌鐵路，很多地方都改道或blocked了，但多謝酒店櫃台男職員用地圖指示，其實行去CIQ可在15mins內便到。當過關之後，隨人群進入JB Sentral，行到兩個商場之間的一條馬路時(可看到對面入口頂有個6字的商場，內有7-11便利店)，不要進對面6號商場，沿馬路轉左再前行轉左行入通往富力廣場(R&F Mall)的行人天橋 (記住不要入富力廣場，要行到天橋尾)，一直行到尾落天橋，再上小鈄路後轉左見一當地RSB便利店再轉右便到Fives，希望可幫到大家，因為酒店真的不差，職員及地方清潔都很好呢。

Room was good with very spacious toilet and it's handicapped friendly. Breakfast wise the choices are limited and the food was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

- Clairin (6/5): - Good for a night but not two. Toilet has mouldy and septic smell. Room's floor and bed is acceptably clean. Appreciate the fact that the room has a Digital TV that has Netflix, Youtube. Hotel lobby smells clean. Hotel breakfast is basic and sufficient.

- Stanley (8/5): - Clean room and room is spacious. Toilet is nothing fancy and the shower area is very near to toilet bowl and does not have partition and hence you will spill water over the floor. Other than that, is about a 15-20 minutes walk from custom. Nearby at R&F mall has some eateries and restaurant. Breakfast can skip as the choices are really limited and does not taste good. The food is kinda cold and tasteless. For the price, overall still a good stay.

The staff in general was very pleasant and willing to help. The room lacked a few facilities like soap at the sink to wash hands and face, no face towels were available either. Location is currently in construction area and the RF Mall was only accessible by an overhead bridge which was difficult to climb up to, especially for older people. I guess the hotel has no control over this. The dining choices in close proximity were poor. All said and done we were safe in the hotel and appreciated the cleanliness.

The staff were friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was not at walking distance to the malls. Needed to grab or cab.

- boon kee (6/5): New but be careful what you booked - The only good point of this hotel is that it is new. The room is clean and furnishings are new. It is also not too far from JB SENTRAL train station. However I could not check in until around 4pm! And the Deluxe double room (in fact all their deluxe rooms) has NO windows! This was not stated in the hotel.com booking, which was terrible!
- John (2/5): - During my check in time, the receptionist never given me a time frame for breakfast and when i came at reception counter at 11:00AM then there was no more breakfast and also i requested for a refund but the female staff denied me to give my refund for not giving me a breakfast service. So overall my experience in this hotel is a very poor and below my expectations.

Room - The room is clean and spacious, except that the bathroom is a little smaller than usual. Breakfast - The dining area is simple and nice, the buffet breakfast has a good variety of choices, service staff very attentive and the chef interacted with guests to explain and understand food preferences
