- Ute (8/5): Sauberes freundliches Hotel dass nur mit Auto zu erreichen ist - Das Hotel ist ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Es liegt am Rande von Wien Neustadt. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, sauber und die Zimmer sind groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Teppich was ich sehr gut finde und die Betten sind bequem und groß. Frühstück war minimalistisch. Aber es gab für jeden etwas. Kaffee, Brötchen, Marmelade, Obst, Wurst, Käse, Minigebäck Die Zimmer waren überhitzt. Ich musste mein Zimmer wechseln, da trotz Hilfe vom Personal die Temperatur nicht runter zu stellen ging. Das zweite Zimmer war dann aber auch sehr warm. Trotz offenem Fenster und Versuch die Klimaanlage zu bedienen blieb die Temperatur im Zimmer auf 25,6 Grad. Das ist zu warm zum Schlafen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschalten und es gab nur einen verdeckten Hinweis den man so nicht finden konnte, dass der Kühlschrank an der Rezeption eingeschalten werden muss. Das Frühstück wurde sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt und war minimalistisch. Es gab nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, da der zweite immer defekt war

- Alexander (6/5): War bei unseren früheren Aufenthalten in 2024 besser - Grundsätzlich ok Sauberkeit war im Bad nicht top Dusche undicht und durch Think Green konnt unsere Bitte an der Rezeption das Zimmer zu reinigen nicht erfüllt werden Man hätte vor 6 Uhr morgens das Think Green Badge an die Zimmertür hängen müssen Klimaanlage läuft zwar aber.keine Wirkung 25 Grad im Zimmer Kühlschrank leuchtet aber keine Kühlfunktion

- Cédric (4/5): - On arrive on sait pas où est la réception on croyait que c'était le bar. Après on arrive direct dans la partie restaurations. Qu'il fait d'ailleurs contourner pour aller de la réception à l'ascenseur. Après je suis pas fan du noir dans les étages et dans la chambre. Et le petit déjeuner standard ya pas un choix énorme. Le Hilton Garden Inn est mieux.

- Christine (8/5): Alles bestens - Wir haben 2 Nächte dort geschlagen weil wir Aussteller auf der Messe waren. Es hat alles gepasst. Für uns ganz wichtig, es waren immer mehr als genug Parkplätze vor der Tür, alles war top sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Und es ist nahe am Messegelände. Es war auch sehr ruhig dort. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

- Verena (8/5): Perfektes Hotel für Veranstaltungen in der Arena Nova - Schönes Hotel ganz in der Nähe von der Arena Nova - perfekt für den Aufenthalt bei Veranstaltungen. Geräumiges Zimmer, neuwertige Ausstattung, tolles Lichtkonzept (Zimmer, Bar an der Rezeption). Leider hatten wir unter unserem Leintuch Haare im Bett. Sonst sehr sauber, besonders das Badezimmer.
