• Josh (9/5): - Really great location, good access to trams and supermarkets etc. The staff and also the other residents at the property were super lovely. My girlfriend fell ill on our last night and we asked if we could check out later which they said yes to. As well as that they checked on us while we were in the foyer before heading to another property because they were fully booked. Other residents were also checking in making sure we were okay and offering us things which was very generous!

Mais pour moi ce n'était pas un problème.

• Iria (9/5): Super und empfehlenswert; ich habe mich wohlgefühlt! - Die Lage im neuen Nordbahnviertel war sehr gut, die Straßenbahnen haben einen schnell überall hingebracht. Sehr neue und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Hausservice hat umgehend und sehr freundlich reagiert auf ein Anliegen. Absolut zu empfehlen! Zunächst war die Lüftung sehr laut. Aber es wurde umgehend reagiert und von daher war dann alles prima!

Clean bathroom and the room is exactly like the picture. I think it can even fit 4 people since the sofa bed is so large :) bed was comfortable and the staffs were so responsive even with our requests to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They have pingpong table at the reception too! A little troublesome to have to call the staff for everything 😅 will be better if they have a reception or a WhatsApp number we can call/text :)

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and close to many attractions, which made getting around Vienna very convenient. What made the experience even better was the hosts — they were incredibly kind, responsive, and super helpful with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. I had a great time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect during my stay. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the hosts were extremely helpful and kind. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

• Julie (10/5): Great location, easy check-in, good communication from hotel - Communication from the hosts was excellent. The check-in and check-out process were very easy, and it was incredibly helpful to be able to leave our bags after check-in. Transportation links to the hotel location were also great. The room was quiet and clean, we would happily stay again.
• Jasmin (8/5): Im gesamten sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Die Tram ist vor dem Haus und man kommt gut überall hin. Gegenüber ist ein Billa und eine Apotheke. Auch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Microrösterei(Vogel) ist in der Nähe und hat einen spitzen Kaffee! Im Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher. Fernseher natürlich auch. Neben dem Bett sind Steckdosen mit USB und USC Anschluss. Man checkt problemlos und kontaktlos ein und aus. Bei Fragen sind die Betreiber schnell erreichbar und melden sich zeitnah zurück. Wir sind schon das 2. Mal dort gewesen und werden im Herbst auch dort wieder übernachten. Der Warmwasserdruck in der Dusche war quasi nicht vorhanden und ich hätte mir in den 4 Tagen einmal eine Reinigung des Bades gewünscht inkl. frischer Habdtücher.

Lokalizacja trochę oddalona od głównego rynku ale obok apartamentu jest przystanek tramwajowy, a 5 minut dalej jedzie tramwaj nr 2 który jedzie prosto pod Operę. 10/15 minut do stacji metra. Bardzo polecam obiekt, cena bardzo atrakcyjna! Z pewnością wrócimy jak będziemy w Wiedniu!! -

La struttura è in un quartiere residenziale di Vienna, tranquillo, silenziosi, presente qualche bar/brasserie in zona per la colazione, piuttosto lontana dal centro ma lo si raggiunge facilmente in tram (capolinea della linea 0 proprio davanti alla struttura) e stazione Pratestern, importante snodo della città, comoda da raggiungere. Anche gli spostamenti da e per l'aeroporto risultano semplici (linea S7 da/per Pratestern). Non abbiamo trovato una linea diretta per i luoghi centrali, tranne per il Belvedere. Tutto sommato ci si sposta facilmente.

Résidence neuve, avec des équipements de qualité (baby-foot, ping pong...) Quartier moderne, très calme. Proche toutes commodités, dont supermarchés. Très bien desservi avec le tramway devant la porte. Personnel agréable et disponible. Check-in facile et flexible, la clé est stockée dans un locker. Possibilité de stocker les bagages le dernier jour.

Adoramos a decoração, o conforto e a limpeza do local (sendo este último um critério muito importante para nós). O check in foi bastante fácil e os funcionários foram sempre prestativos, mesmo não tendo havido contacto presencial. Caso voltassemos a Viena esta seria uma opção segura! O hotel fica algo distante do centro, no entanto tem uma paragem de elétrico mesmo em frente ao edifício.

The building is very modern, the common areas are great, with table tennis and table football, sauna on the top floor :) The room is very cozy and convenient, with everything necessary even for a longer stay.

• Patricia (10/5): Really clean - definitely would stay again. - Everything, it was really good value for money, it was really really clean, the self checkin and checkout process was easy, the instructions were really clear. It was walking distance from city center (45-50 minutes) and there was also a tram line right in front of the building. Everything was great. Maybe a minus compared to a hotel would be that there is nowhere to leave your bags if you have a later flight. But not sure, as I wasn’t interested in doing that, didn’t ask.

• Attila (9/5): Szuper, tiszta, nagyon jó ár/érték arányú hely, elsőre bonyolult bejutással - Új építésű telep, a Google térképen még nincs is rajta a ház. Egy nagy lakóház egyik lakásából van kilakítva három szoba a 4. emeleten, 4-5-6 szobaszámmal. Gondolom, egy emlettel lejjebb lehet az 1-2-3. A szoba nagyon tiszta, a zuhanyos fürdő is szuper, van LED világítás a tükör felett is és kis, nagyítós borotválkozó tükör. Ez tapasztalataim szerint ritka dolog. Kellemes meleg volt érkezésünkkor. A szobában mincs szekrény, csak polcok, de ez nem zavart. Az ágy kényelmes, kellemes a takaró. A TV jó, de viszonylag kevés adó fogható. Netflixet vagy hasonlót nem próbltam. Van vízforraló, 1-2 teafilterrel és kávézacskóval. A hely nagyon csendes, viszont nincs is nagyon semmi a közelben. Nem kértem mélygarázsos parkolást, de nagy szerencsével kb. 500 méterre találtam utcai parkolóhelyet. Összességében szuper, máskor is itt fogok megszállni. Nagyon ajánlom. A bejutás elsőre kicsit bonyolult. Bár egy részletes üzenetet kaptam erről, de este, fáradtan nem volt könnyű értelmezni az eljárást. Először is nincs 5/12 házszám sehol kiírva, csak 5 a házszám három bejárati ajtóval. Ez egy nagy előtérbe/közösségi helyiségbe nyílik, az ember inkább valami hivatalnak látja. A kulcsot a ház alatti átjáró túlső oldalán lévő csomagautomatából kell kivenni, mintha egy küldeményt vennék át. Ilyennel még nem találkoztam, és eltartott egy ideig, mire kis segítséggel rájöttem erre. A lakás bejárata egy üvegajtó, közvetlenül a lift mellett, és az ajtómélyedés oldalára van felírva a HausPension szöveg, sötétben alig láthatóan. Még egy apró negatívum: van egy szellőző a függöny mögött, ami halkan sistereg. Ez nem lenne baj, ha nem állna le félpercenként, majd indulna újra 2-3 másodperc múlva a sistergés, így elég idegesítő.
