• Janice (10/5): Perfect family stay - Perfect central location & near ski lift. The apartment is very roomy with a great addition of your own private sauna. We were a family of 4 adults & a 16month baby and it suited us very well with a cot & high chair available at our request. Nikoleta was very helpful & responsive. Would definitely recommend. No lift & 2 flights of stairs which was ok but could be a problem for some.

Supwr sauna, wygodne lozka, gigantyczna lodówka, widok na rozne strony swiata internet na lte - malo stabilny. Brak windy, 2 piętro na nóżkach. Brak porządnego światła w niektorych miejscach, przede wszystkim w przedpokoju.

• Ruslan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was absolutely lovely & modern😍 it was very very large & spacy for 3 of us, mountain views from 3 sides of the apartment, it was so comfortable & warm with underfloor heating...sometimes we got too relaxed & comfortable that we didn't want to go out in the cold (we had to keep reminding ourselves that we're on holiday 😂) Beds & sofa were very comfortable & I slept better than I do at home (must be all the fresh mountain air) the sauna was fantastic after snowboarding & easy to use. Also the bonus of English Netflix (I logged in easily from my phone) & games/cards to play, small TV near dining table, our teenage son had his own bathroom near his room, loads & loads of storage for clothes. The apartment is in an excellent location in middle of town, 5 mins walk to everything you possibly need...Ski lift, Supermarket, Restaurants/Bars, Cafes, Lake & Ski shop underneath apartment. Also had a small heated room on ground floor for Ski equipment to dry & store which you can lock, also a toilet just inside the front door on ground floor, i can't fault anything ! The check in staff were lovely & let us check out at 12 as our taxi was arriving at 12.30. We are definitely coming back to this apartment next time & whenever we are in Zell am See...thank you 🥰

• Katie (10/5): Everything was exceptional and the host was very responsive. - Liked that we could pickup keys and check-in after hours. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had a fantastic time, would stay again. We were slightly confused by the address of the office to retrieve the keys because there was a different office of the same name right across from the property.

• Vladimir (6/5): Good apartment with unhelpful staff - Spacious apartment, great sauna, very close to lifts (keep in mind that lifts for only that valley, not Kaprun - there you need to take a bus), parking spot. In general we are very happy with the apartment itself. Unfortunately, hosts spoiled impression of the great apartment. So if you don't have any problems you need help with, then this apartment is 10/10, but if you do, then you can learn from our experience: 1) Ski room didnt work. When I called hosts, they said it is "normal, because it turns on at night". So they expect clothes to be wet from 15:00 till 24:00. When I insisted 3 times, they fixed it. 2) Internet was 5 mbit/s (this is less than 1 mb, very slow). I specifically asked in advance because some of our friends planned to work a few days. When I called and asked to fix it, they said that apartment pays fixed tariff. Then I suggest we pay 1 month for higher tariff. Nothing changed. 3) They gave us 2 bent keys - we even thought it is some kind of extra protection. Then 1 key just broke in half :) Of course, hosts accused us and asked to pay 80 eur. I hope a real apartment owner or manager reads this and help their crew to improve customer experience, because apartment is indeed great.
