• Eva (10/5): Sehr saubere, geräumige Wohnung. Äußert gepflegt für ein paar Übernachtungen mit Kindern super. Würde wieder buchen - Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Nacht mit 2 Kleinkindern gebucht, da wir kein klassisches Hotel wollten. Es hat wirklich hervorragend gepasst. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön und großzügig- für unser Kleinkind war ebenfalls die komplette Ausstattung verfügbar (Babybett und Hochstuhl). Den Spiele-Bereich für Kinder inkl. Rutsche fanden wir natürlich super. Auch für ältere Kinder gibt es Tisch-Fußball, Billiard und ein Gym. Check In und Out hat super funktioniert - alles kontaktlos per Mail, Preis Leistung passt völlig. Sollte man doch jemanden brauchen gibt es eine Rezeption, dort sind auch alle sehr freundlich. Frühstück im benachbarten Restaurant war ebenfalls in Ordnung - man hat alles bekommen was man braucht. Es war jetzt nicht außerordentlich besonders aber für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ist übrigens eigentlich eine Pizzeria und man kann dort abends was abholen fürs Essen im Apartment. Die Apartments sind etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber Straßenbahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Tür. U-Bahn müsste man zu Fuß gehen - ist ca 10-15 min weg. Mit dem Auto nach Schönbrunn ca 8 min. Man kann auch direkt im Hotel parken, die Preise sind jedoch sehr hoch (39 pro Tag). Ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus, gehört nicht zum Hotel, jedoch hat man direkt von der Garage Zugang zur Anlage. Das Parken ist zu teuer - könnte bessere Konditionen geben für Hotelgäste.

• Melanie (10/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Trotz einem Missverständnis war das Personal sehr entgegenkommend & hat uns eine tolle Lösung angeboten. Hierfür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an das Somerset Team! :) Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war super, besonders ein großer junger Herr hat uns sehr freundlich und mit einem großen Lächeln empfangen und sich von uns wieder verabschiedet. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum, jedoch gibt es die Straßenbahn & den Bus direkt vor bzw. etwas schräg gegenüber vom Hotel. Eigentlich nichts :)

• Aleksander (10/5): Świetny hotel - Wszystko było super! Piękny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony pokój. Świetna opcja dla rodziny. Bardzo wygodnie się spało. W większości bardzo pomocny i miły personel. Tramwaj tuż obok, ale można też sobie zrobić fajny spacer do metra. Bardzo drogi parking. Warto sobie wyszukać inny parking w okolicy, nam niestety nie udało się znaleźć.

• Mariana (8/5): - Dětský koutek byl pěkný. Apartmán byl dostatečně velký a dobře řešený. Snídaně mě zklamaly, nebyl moc velký výběr. V apartmánu by se hodil věšák na bundy a kabáty. Nebylo kam je dát.
• Nicole (7/5): dissapointing. - Breakfast should seriously be improved. We had just a few to choose from and I couldnt even touch the omlette. I ate one boiled egg and my spouse ate nothing. Also, very bad coffee. when we arrived we realised the Tv in our room was not working. someone from the front desk came to help us but they couldnt manage to make it work. Finally, we unpluged some of the cables and the Tv turned on. THERE WAS NO NETFLIX, NO DISNEY, NOTHING LIKE THIS WORKING. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID YOUR TV SHOULD HAVE INTERNET!

It wasn’t very clear where to enter for Somerset from the parking area, because a different accommodation name was written on the doors.

Breakfast is wayyy tooo expensive - 19,99 for person, so you walk 13mins to bakery or even the hotel near by is 13,90 for breakfast. No market nearby, 13-15min nearest on foot.

• Konstantin (9/5): - The apartment was clean with comfortable beds and everything needed to prepare a food if you want. Convenient location with various option for public transportation. By mistake our code to access the building and the apartment has been revoked the night before our leave and we had to contact the staff. They acted swiftly and came to open the door.

• Soso (9/5): - The location looks like in the pictures, we had an apartment with room for kids and our child was very excited- about it. Also the play room was nice, with some toys and a slider. The bathroom is large, the kitchen is equiped and all is very clean. We had a problem with the tv (it didnt worked), but they solved it late in the evening. Also, the parking is very expensive, but we managed to park cheaper further away.

• Irina (10/5): - У нас были апартаменты с 2 спальнями. Хорошие комнаты,много места, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Недалеко 2 продуктовых магазина. Заход в номер через пинкод. Отель находится далековато от основных достопримечательностей, но рядом находится остановка. Ещё очень тяжело ходил лифт.

• Zsolt (10/5): Great unit, good location, only gap might be in the communication. - Great unit, parking right there, easy check-in process. Easy to get to downtown on 62 tram, to the palace by car. Parking lot needed more signs, and maybe explaining that there area 4 buildings in a shared courtyard but only three belong to this hotel.

• Erika (9/5): One Bedroom Apartment - Birthday Stay - Modern, spacious apartment with a balcony and a clean, contemporary finish. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the premises also offered a laundry room for guests use. Friendly reception team, very helpful. Public transport was convenient, with both bus and tram right outside the hotel for easy access to the city centre. Its a 7 minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. While the receprion team were friendly, the breakfast staff were consistently impolite, appearing stressed and at times even rude, which made the breakfast experience uncomfortable each morning. Very Large groups seemed to receive the priority, and on several days it was difficult to find a table which made us to delay our plans. The whole system felt very chaotic, and the breakfast selection was very limited for the number of guests the hotel accommodates, with very few vegeterian options. Coffee Machine provided, but only four capsules for the whole stay. No refills, you have to purchase it at the reception if you need any more. For three guests over 6 nights this really wasnt enough. The sofa bed in the room was quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

• Petlyuk (6/5): - Чистая, белая постель, чистый номер, кухня, кофемашина в номере,чайник, полностью укомплктовано, если необходимо приготовить завтрак в номере. Окна во двор, но шум трамвая слышен. Трамвай в центр города у входа в отель, очень удобно! Не комфортно, что рецепшен организован отдельно, а подъезды для входа в апартаменты не совсем комфортны в вечернее время.

• Renata (10/5): Bardzo ładny apartament - Apartament dobrze wyposażony, czyściutki, łazienka przestronna i bardzo wygodna. Pani w recepcji bardzo pomocna i miła. Przed budynkiem jest przystanek tramwajowy. Bliziutko Pałacu Schonbrunn, poszliśmy tam spacerem. Do Starego Miasta jest kawałek, ale bez problemu można dojechać komunikacją miejską.
• Angelika (9/5): Schön war es - Das Apartment war schön und modern eingerichtet. Entspricht den Fotos. Es war toll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Es war hofseitig und sonst auch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, zwar nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend. Zwischendurch waren die Kellner mit leeren Tellern/Tassen nachbringen etwas überfordert, aber das war zu den Stosszeiten. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage, die pro Tag mit 39 Euro ziemlich teuer ist, aber sie gehört nicht zum Hotel.

Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber, der Boden war aber klebrig, sehr viel Staub unter dem Bett und in den Ecken, das Apartment war nicht gründlich gereinigt was bei dem Preis und wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist die viel am Boden sind, ein No-Go ist!

• Volodymyr (10/5): - Великий, комфортний, двокімнатний номер, з обладнаною кухнею, з окремим входом з вулиці. Приміщення санвузла також дуже велике. Чистота на вищому рівні. Хороша шумоізоляція. Всього наявного більше ніж достатньо для приємного сімейного перебування. Хороше транспортне сполучення з центром міста. Надто дорога міська парковка.
