Just be careful with the laundry cycle as we had one running for 8 hours :( The staff was helpful and there was safe luggage storage which we desperately needed . Overall Numa does not disappoint and we would definitely look for Numa wherever we go .

- Minna (8/5): - The flat was spacious and clean and comfortable. Location near Mariahilfer Strasse was excellent. They also offer lockers for luggage if arriving early or leaving late. They provide dishwashing and laudry washing pods if the flat has those amenities, but not toilet paper enough for the entire stay if you stay several days. Also, if one has issues (our dishwasher did not work first), you end up chatting first with a chatbot, which is tedious.

I didn't care for the fact that most of the communication was through AI. I had a few issues with my phone and would have liked other options of getting in touch with reception . An intercom for example. Otherwise it was great. Room was very spacious.

Ta tenere in conto che non c'è una recepiton e tutto è automatizzato ma se non si hanno problemi ad usare la tecnologia risulta tutto molto facile e pratico. Su whatapp ricevrete codice pin per l'accesso e avrete anche modo di personalizzare il vs soggiorno (noi per esempio abbiamo pagato un piccolo extra per.un check out tardivo e pagato un extra per il cagnolino che viaggiava con noi. Il nostro appartamento era bello e spazioso e aveva piccoli extra essenziali che si sono rivelati molto utili. Nell edificio è possibile depositare i propri bagagli gratuitamente in specili lockers e lo abbiamo trovato molto utile. La zona era perfetta, con bus e metro puoi andare ovunque, a pochi passi un bus diretto per la.stazione centrale ma vilendo in 30 miniti a piedi raggiungi il centro con una piacevole passeggiata. Viaggiando col nostro cagnolino avremmo gradito trovare una ciotola e una piccola cuccia o cuscino per lui. In generale è stata un'ottima esperienza.

- Genevieve (10/5): - Amazing property close to Mariahilf shopping area. Traditional Viennese restos close by where we tried ale. Schnitzel. Amenities in the apartment are top notch. Very spacious and provided necessary items for a very comfortable stay (washing pods and dishwasher tabs, coffee pods) The sheets were very nice and the pillows were wonderful. Stove and washing machine need clearer instructions. We pressed random buttons and managed to have it work but we wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. Stove was locked so you need to press the up and down button simultaneously to unlock and then you can use the induction stovetop. Overall, would consider staying here again because we enjoyed it thoroughly!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment but 100% digital. No staffs - These are very nice apartments which are brand new and nicely located near the main streets with bars, shops etc… . However few things to beat in mind: Apartment are not cleaned daily. Once a week we’ve been told. EVERYTHING is digital (online). There are no physical concierge, the access works with codes. If there is a tiny problem, you can’t talk to anyone right away. The procedures to talk to someone has to be done via an apps or WhatsApp request. The apps is quite poor as you are discussing with a virtual assistant! so if you want something like cleaning or vacuum cleaner etc… you just give up. I managed to talk to a real person in the end but it was after a long waiting time. Painful. But apart from that, everything is great. Might come again but now I know how it works. Expensive for what it is. There are better irons nearby.

Location is central - next to the aquarium and five mins from both Mariahilfer Str and Naschmarkt - but no noise.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Bella struttura un po’ sterile ma comodissima - Struttura confortevole e moderna in un bell’edificio antico e ben restaurato. Nonostante si trovi su una strada principale, gli appartamenti sono tranquilli. La zona è centrale, ben collegata e con tanti negozi, caffè e ristoranti dietro l’angolo. Tutto è molto pulito e di ottima qualità. Ho particolarmente apprezzato le capsule del caffè, le bustine di tè, il latte, come anche la carta da cucina, i detersivi per lavastoviglie e lavatrice disponibili nell’appartamento e nel ripostiglio al piano di sotto in caso se ne vogliano altri. La mia unica critica riguarda il fatto che il tutto risulti un po’ sterile - la comunicazione con il personale, benché efficiente nel mio caso, avviene solo tramite messaggi. Anche il cortile interno, dove i giardinetti dei vari appartamenti sono separati da recinzioni di metallo tutte uguali, non è proprio attraente. Ma nel complesso sono rimasta soddisfattissima.

Yastıklar ve yorgan kaz tüyünden ve çok rahat, yatak da yine öyle çok rahat. Banyo tertemiz. Oda Kasım ayında gayet sıcaktı. Mutfak ekipmanları yeterli. Biz yemek yapmadık ama yemek yaparken mutlaka cam açılması gerekiyormuş, aksi halde duman dedektörü çalışırsa yüksek bir cezası varmış. Online check in ve şifreyle giriş büyük bir kolaylık ve gayet profesyonelce yönetiyorlar. Viyanaya bir daha gelsem yine kalacağım otel burası olur sanırım.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth the money, bad service. - Everytime you book this apartment you have to upload your ID. Even when they had a from a previous time. So customer unfriendly this whole process. Besides this it happened already many times before that the apartment was ready but you could not access it with the pincode. This is si time consuming to reach the service employee via whatsapp. Never going to book again

Although I never personally interacted with anyone, I was still kept informed and felt as if someone were available should I need. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the seal around the shower was leaking water out. Also, the photos made the living room seem larger, but when the sofa bed was open, it was a bit tight to move around. However, I would stay there again.

- Alexis (10/5): - The apartment was beautifully furnished with modern touches, like a great kitchenette and perfect modern bathroom. The surprise treats and the stocked coffee and tea made it feel very welcoming, too! It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The building also felt very safe. The location is great, near the Mariahilfer Strasse, and also convenient for accessing the U3 (a 5 min walk) and the U4 (a 6-7 min walk) as well as a major bus line running right outside the door. This made getting around Vienna a breeze. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will look for Numa properties when I return and in other cities as well. Thank you for a great stay!
