• Heike (8/5): Ideal für 2 Personen - Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sie hatte alles was ich brauchte und war sehr sauber. Schlüssel in Box am Hauseingang.Den Code dafür habe ich rechtzeitig erhalten. Schlafzimmer ist durch die Lage am Innenhofschacht dunkel und schlecht ventiliert. Der 20. Bezirk ist auch nicht der Schönste. Ich war aber nur zum Schlafen dort, deshalb hat mich eigentlich nichts gestört.
• Piotr (10/5): Świetnie skomunikowany i przestronny apartament. - Świetna lokalizacja, cicha okolica. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba czy to podczas krótkiego czy długiego pobytu. Przystanek zaraz za rogiem. Płatny parking zaledwie kilka minut od obiektu co pozwala na spokojne pozostawienie samochodu. Jedynym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji, w mieszkaniu było naprawdę gorąco.
• Christiane (10/5): Kurzurlaub. - Es gibt die Möglichkeit zwischendurch mal kurz staubsaugen bzw. mit Handbesen und Kehrschaufel kleine Stellen zu fegen. Sehr schöne Aufteilung und große Räume. In der Toilette gibt es ein Waschbecken. Zum Hände waschen haben wir das Bad benutzt, da in der Toilette kein Handtuch war.

• Nadine2020 (9/5): Superb - Quiet and spacious apartment. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Old town can be reached within 35 minutes walking. Smoke smell in the entrance area of the building (but it didn't reach the apartment) Cleaning person came at 10 am on the day we checked out even the check out time was at 11 am.

• Linda (10/5): Lovely, cozy, smart little apartment - very much enjoyed staying there. - Clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. Noise carries a bit.
• Dalia (10/5): Simple, cozy and a little cinematic. Good communication with the central part of the city. Close to the train station, f - There is everything you could need for both a short stay and a longer one. It would be wonderful if there was a mirror hanging in the hall.
• Botezatu (6/5): Not recommended for family - Location and cleaning the parquet made a lot of noise when we walked around the room and it was very uncomfortable when the child was sleeping because it was so loud that he sometimes woke up Also there was a smell of cigarettes in the room because of the people in the lounge on the ground floor who kept the door open in the hallway

• Daria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful, clean and location is good, short walk to metro, trams. Everything we needed for a short stay. Underground parking is available in 5 min walk, 12 euros per 24 h.

• Marija (10/5): Old Viennese charm and aesthetics with touch of modern features - Everything Espresso machine could be beneficial. This is applicable only for person that don’t like filter coffee as the apartment offers.
• Vicky (9/5): Spacious and beautiful apartment! - Very spacious apartment located on the first floor! It is located right next to a tram stop and a 5 min walk from a subway station (U-bahn), which is very helpful. There are grocery stores at a short walking distance from it. As for the apartment itself, there is a lot of storage room in the bathroom, which isn't always the case. Bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms. Kitchen is well equipped and coffee is offered. Living room has a lot of natural light. Bed is comfortable. Apartment was tidy. Also, it is managed by a company and they always reply very quickly. Not the host's fault, but there is a hair salon below the apartment and people smoke inside the entrance hallway (which you need to take to get to the apartment). You could even find cigarette butts at the base of the stairs leading to the apartment. Also, when all the windows were closed, we sometimes smelled cigarette inside the room and in our hallway.
