• Prem (4/5): Not soo good - First of all the service was not soo good the staff talking rudely and the apartment doesnt even have glasses and tissues when i contacted to property owner he was saying noo and talking rudely

• Michelle (1/5): Persistent sewage smell, broken facilities, and no effective solution made this stay unacceptable. - The room had a persistent sewage smell that was reported immediately and never resolved. The smell was strong enough to disrupt our sleep and made the room uninhabitable, which is why we did not stay the final night. In addition, the blackout curtains could not fully close, and the main overhead shower was completely clogged and unusable. No immediate room change was available. This was not the standard we paid for, and the handling of the complaint was disappointing.

• Jesus (2/5): Me dejaron tirado al aterrizar mi vuelo - Tenia este hotel reservado y al aterrizar en Kuala Lumpur me comunican que por las razones que sean, no tienen hueco para alojarme cuando la reserva lleva realizada 3 meses. Me ubican en otro que lo unico que tenia bueno era la ubicación. La habitación ni de lejos la que me enviaron para decirme que era aun mejor calidad, la piscina sucísima y un largo etc. El hotel se llamaba The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. Un despropósito y poca profesionalidad. Cero recomendable esta agencia. Todo lo anterior
• s (6/5): Ok - Locatie midden in Bukit Bintang De stank van riolering of airconditioning in woonkamer en in 1 slaapkamers. De lange rijen bij de liften, zonder airco. De manier van inchecken met een vaag online formulier dat niet werkt.

• Michelle (9/5): Enjoyable stay with convenient location! - It’s very easy to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp, who responded promptly every time. The location of the property is excellent, right in the heart of city centre. Short walking distance to Pavilion and Lot 10. Plenty restaurants are around. Rooftop swimming pool is a highlight with amazing city views. The only downside is toilet is bit smelly.

Lift at times slow. Think need to reprogram the duration of lift going up and down. Sometimes it did not goes down and got wait

• Razali (10/5): Amazing, comfortable stay with a stunning view. Property furnished to perfection. - The property was very spacious with high ceilings and air conditioning placed in every room including the living room. Everything was clean and spotless. The location was very convenient. It was only short walk away from Farenheit which had an underground connector to Pavilion. It was also close to TRX mall albeit a little further than Pavilion. There was a washing machine/dryer provided. There was also an abundance in ammenities such as toilet paper and disposable slippers. The view from the rooms was also fantastic. But the view from the infinity pool and gym was even better. It was also very easy and comfortable to get a Grab to transport around as you can also sit on the many sofas provided at the lobby while waiting. Only one set of keycards was provided which makes it slightly troublesome if someone wanted to use the gym while another wanted to continue shopping. The lift was also not that great as the wait time could sometimes take around 3 minutes. The lift could also arrive completely full and you would have to wait again. However, regardless of these two points, the stay was absolutely exceptional.
• Lim (7/5): Cannot expect too much for this kind of price - Good location Clean room - Shower form smell not nice. If can change better - check out too early and cannot store luggage at. the lobby. -Door and lift access very troublesome using 2 card better to use 1 card for all use. -1 card for access is not enough for family. - lobby toilet very small. Long queue.

• Sinta (8/5): Very good - The location. You can find a lot of food stall near the accommodation, also it is very near to Pavilion Mall. The room is clean and I think the host was very thoughtful as he / she prepared us with everything with need (plates, glasses, dish soap, detergent, iron, etc). We enjoyed also the view at night as we can see the light of KL Tower, Pavilion and Petronas Twin Tower from our rooms. The apartment was very crowded as we have to queue to get on the elevator. If we could give input to the host, please provide guests with 2 set of access cards especially for those who booked more than 1 bedrooms. We have to wait for our friends / family to come down to lobby, bring the access cards so that we can go to our room.

Avsaknad information om deposition krävs och otydlig information om hur man löser det. 3. Mycket folk alla tider på dygnet, rörigt och stökigt i lobbyn. 4. Hissen obefintliga då de alltid är fulla med folk och stannar på varenda våning. 5. Dålig lukt i badrummet. 7. Poolen ohygieniskt då folk med kläder badar och det är mycket stöckigt. 8. Dålig ventilation i gymmet.

• Stan (6/5): Pleasant - Location is in an older/developing part of KL which may not be to everyones liking. Proximity to Pavillion and public transport is good. A newer building with clean and modern facilities (shared with Sleeping Lion). Rooftop infinity pool was outstanding.

• Muhammad (4/5): Superb location, but improve hospitality - Location is SUPERB, close to all what we called Bukit-Bintang!! No doubt, location is well recommended... Staff need to review details of customer. Stayed for 3 days but no spare towel given, lost of internet connection for one day, hair dryer is not working, given only 3 rolls of toilet tissue. Maplehome need to improve their hospitality.
• Audrey (1/5): DISAPPOINTING - AVOID AXON AT ALL COSTS - The only thing that I like about Axon is its location - nothing else. 1) Entrance to Axon - the stench smell. It smelt like sewage - not a good impression; 2) Inflexibility when requesting a single extra access card for the apartment as we were only provided a single card despite the apartment having 2 bedrooms and several occupants; 3) Check in via a van parked on the side of the street across the road from The Axon; 4) Multiple access codes and cards for the 2 doors leading into the apartment and the lift which was very confusing; 5) The apartment was small for the price in KL; 6) Main bedroom window didn’t close so very noisy and did not sleep with all the outside noise; 7) The lifts seemed under capacity for the size of the complex resulting in crowding and longer wait times. 8) Air conditioning unit leaked water 9) Was told by management to consider waiting for maintenance people to address the problems with the unit - we are not there at their beck and call for maintenance to "fix" things whilst on holidays and to be constantly on the phone. We are out trying to enjoy the sights of KL city; 10) We CHECKED OUT of Axon within 24 hours of checking in); 11) Spoke to a few tourists that were staying at Axon and they had pretty much said the same thing - APPALLING management of Axon building; 12) Spoke to the Reception in the van attending to our accommodation - the few hosts (via Booking or Air BnB) have addressed the management of Axon Building, unfortunately Axon management has not addressed the issues.
• SEK FONG (2/5): - Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am. The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times.

• Elsa (8/5): Very good - The location and parking Maybe the toilet is a bit smelly for the single room.. but the two rooms are ok. The room is a little bit dusty because I keep sneezing all the way ..I can see the dust flying when my kid sits on the couch. But other facilities were excellent.
• Jc (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great time staying at Axon Premier Suite by MAPLEHOME. The staff were really friendly, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The unit was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. Whenever I asked for something, they responded quickly. The location is fantastic, with many shopping malls like StarHill, Pavilion, Lot 10, and Berjaya Times Square nearby. There are also plenty of food options around. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a place to stay.
