Des marches raides pour atteindre la réception au premier étage où se trouve l’ascenseur. À déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

- Matthew (7/5): - Location is excellent, very central for tourist activities and next to the food street. Staff is friendly and helpful and they upgraded me for free because they ran out of single rooms. The room itself is clean enough and comes with bar soap and shampoo. The hallways and such are pretty dirty. Not much noise insulation in the hotel. In my bathroom the sink was too close to the toilet so you have to angle your legs away to sit on it, which I've never experienced before in a hotel. Most rooms don't have windows I think, mine didn't. It's a super budget option for this location, which was fine for one night but I don't think I would have liked to stay here longer. Also they require a deposit that they give you back when you leave, which I also have never had to do before for a hotel.

- Amer (1/5): - I didn’t like any thing Honestly, this was one of the worst stays of my life. The apartment was filthy and nothing like the pictures at all — total false advertising. The bathroom was a nightmare, sewage was literally coming up from the drain. The whole place smelled bad and felt unhygienic. They advertised breakfast, but there was NO real breakfast. They literally gave us instant noodles (Indomie) and called it “breakfast.” That’s unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a place that charges money like this. On top of that, they took my security deposit and refused to return it. It felt like a complete scam from start to finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

- Garald (8/5): The hotel was a great value given the location and the uncertainty concerning the length of my stay. - The location was great. Right on Bukit Bintang Road. Plenty of food choices and shopping nearby. Also, near public rapid transit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Instant coffee in lobby and a mini-fridge in room. Travelers sensitive to noise might have a problem with this choice, especially near the rear windows. The table in the room could have been a bit larger. Although housekeeping removes trash daily, a hallway or lobby receptacle would have been nice.

Tiny room and definitely the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. So much so that we literally couldn’t sleep on our side. Overpriced. Just a sliding shutter not a door on the bathroom.
- Jovens (8/5): Wonderful Staff!! - The staff was excellent and they are the heart of this hotel. I considered changing hotel and they were the reason to why I stayed. They did everything to accommodate me as best as they could when I raised certain issues and concerns. I was staying there for work as well and if you're going to be there for a long time, you will have Internet issues. I needed internet connectivity to do my job and my first few nights there, it was a challenge. I had to go and buy a portable router so that I could have consistent Internet without interruptions.

Les odeurs, le bruit, il y a des quartier beaucoup plus agréable à Kuala Lumpur. J’ai dormi à M Vertica par exemple, ce quartier était plus agréable

- Lisa (8/5): Great place to stay for a short stop in KL - Great location. Lots of shops, restaurants etc on the street. In a busy area. Food market one block away. About half an hour walk to Petronas towers/park/suri shopping mall Friendly staff. Free water and tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly. They upgraded my room on arrival which was really nice of them. Also was late arriving due to traffic and they waited for me which I appreciated. Poor WiFi Plastic on the bed so not that comfortable.
