• Kathy (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - Location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The host Sazib was very helpful and very responsive to our needs. Washing machine and dryer in apartment. Pool was small and crowded. 1 bedroom was advertised as having 1 bed and a futon. But it was not big enough to accommodate a futon unless the bedroom door was left open and the occupants have to step over the futon.

• Rachael (7/5): Great value for money apartment in KL - just don't try to use the lifts at the wrong time - The apartment is excellent value for money. It's very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us. The pool and gym are also really nice. The view from our room was incredible. Having a washing machine/dryer in the room was really helpful. People are not kidding when they complain about the lifts. Everyone who signed off on the number of lifts when designing this building needs to be fired. There needs to be either at least 4 more lifts and/or a lift management system installed. We ended up either tweaking our plans to avoid peak lift times or taking the stairs from the 25th floor. The staff are also hilariously abrupt. The air conditioning is a bit average and the window in one of the rooms was broken and wouldn't close.

Es cómodo, amplio y bonito además de limpio. El dueño fue muy amable con nosotras, nos dejó salir más tarde y nos guardó las maletas hasta la tarde ya que teníamos el vuelo de noche.

I understand that space is a premium in a big city but the apartment felt very small and not sure it is really big enough for 5 people to stay there comfortably. Sometimes the queue for the lift was very long as there are so many people staying there.

• Ewa (9/5): Polecam! - Mieszkanie ładne, dobrze wyposażone, basen i siłownia na 37 piętrze, piękny taras na 10 piętrze, miła obsługa. Lokalizacja w centrum, sklepy, bary wkoło. Za mało wind i mega kolejki do windy. Niestety budynek jest nastawiony na wynajem krótkotrwały, stąd mega dużo ludzi. W dodatku te windy dziwnie jeżdżą, bezsensownie zaprogramowane. W mieszkaniu w sypialni nie działa klimatyzacja.

Habitaciones: Básicas y algo deterioradas. Nos alojábamos tres días y nos cambiaron de habitación a mitad de la estancia. Nos dijeron que nos pondrían una más grande y lo era, pero con peores vistas. Resulta un poco ajetreo tener que gestionar un cambio de habitacion sin tu pedirlo. Precio: relación calidad-precio bastante mejorable. Pagamos 50€ la noche. Maletas: después del check out no está permitido dejar allí las maletas.

Posizione in pieno centro di Bukit Bintag vicinissmo alla monorail Palazzina piena di appartamenti affittati, un caos di gente che va e viene a volte si aspetta molto per usare l ascensore e i servizi tipo la piscina molto piena. Essendo una soluzione esclusiva ti aspetteresti meno sfruttamento ma questi palazzi penso in parte nascono per investimento. Hoster da dimenticare..un dipendente che fa in batteria il suo lavoro..in sostanza dirige il traffico degli affitti.

• Su An (7/5): Good location in the heart of the city. Loved the infinity pool - The location and infinity pool We paid for 2 double beds but on the first night we were given only one double bed. So we were then given an extra room which was great. But the next night, we had to relocate onto another level and into another room with one single bed and one double bed when we clearly paid for 2 double beds. There was always a line waiting for the lifts and lifts are always jam packed.

We climed 17 floors three times instead of waiting 10+ minutes for the elevators.

Appartamento venduto per 3 camere di cui due matrimoniali, una camera singola ed un divano letto in soggiorno - il tutto per 6 persone. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, ci siamo ritrovati con le camere indicate ma il divano letto inesistente. Al suo posto, hanno optato (senza avvisarci) per un materasso singolo buttato a terra. Abbiamo chiamato il proprietario per chiedere di avere una stanza per la persona che doveva dormire a terra, o quanto meno un refund proporzionale al disagio arrecato, ma ci è stato negato. La pulizia inoltre era totalmente assente: tappetini del bagno completamente sudici, lenzuola sporche con macchie non precisamente identificabili, e in tre giorni non ci hanno mai pulito la camera e/o cambiato gli asciugamani. In uno dei due bagni presente muffa all’interno del mobile sotto al lavandino; muffa presente anche attorno alla prese di corrente di una camera da letto.

• Marcel (8/5): Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding - Erg goede locatie! Op 8 minuten loopafstand van groot winkelcentrum Pavilion. Er zijn nog veel meer winkelcentra op loopafstand. Erg veel restaurants en goed betaalbaar. Erg mooi zwembad! Soms lang wachten op een lift. Het is een apartementencomplex met 41 etages dat voor grootste deel wordt verhuurd aan toeristen. Veel uit Midden-Oosten, India die in KL komen om te shoppen.

The rooms are dated and could use some TLC but are reasonably clean and comfortable. The view from the pool was spectacular. This is a very large hotel with hundreds of guests, consequently the pool was absolutely packed and it was difficult to get a seat. The lifts were a nightmare, often waiting in a line for 5-10 minutes just to get to your room. This made the stay less relaxing. You can stay at the ParkRoyal next door for a similar cost and the facilities are nicer

We also faced an issue with the payment, as they insisted on cash only. The room was not cleaned before our arrival, and no hygiene or bathroom essentials were provided. There were long waiting times for the elevators, and we saw cockroaches in the hallways. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Se rendre dans son logement est déjà une épreuve, il y a constamment la queue aux ascenseurs. Le ménage est très limite. Forte odeur de remontée d'égouts. Bref a ce prix on espère beaucoup mieux.

• Rizwan (1/5): Don’t be fooled by the photos or ratings. This place is a scam. Avoid it. - Nothing. Don’t be fooled by the photos or ratings. This place is a scam, and it’s not worth the risk. Deceptive Advertising – Avoid This Place I understand this review might seem like an overreaction from a dissatisfied guest, but please read other one-star reviews. The property is advertised as a high-end, spacious luxury apartment complex. The reality is a run-down building in a sketchy neighborhood, with individual units seemingly owned by different people and operated more like slum rentals for unsuspecting tourists. Yes, the building is tall, and yes, there’s a rooftop pool. Beyond that, almost everything else about the listing is misleading. The lobby looked more like a bus station, full of people loitering, with moldy water visibly dripping from the ceiling (see picture). There’s no front desk. Instead, security guards call owners to take your payment. In our case, a sweaty, disheveled man arrived after 15 minutes, required a cash security deposit that wasn’t discussed before, and charged our stay on a handheld credit card machine. We were then given the “keys” (see picture). Apartment was tiny with not enough space to open a suitcase or walk around comfortably (see pictures). There’s no central AC; there are separate wall units. Instructions on how to operate the AC were sent over WhatsApp. Main AC located above the bedroom door started dripping immediately, forming a puddle in the doorway (see picture). No soap or shampoo was provided in the bathroom. The furnishings were cheap and in poor condition — likely second-hand. The sofa had a stained dirty cover on it, probably to hide what’s underneath. Bedsheets and blankets were worn and stained, and towels were so overused that some were white while others had turned off-white (see pictures). The apartment had only been given a superficial clean. We noticed handprints on surfaces and tiny dead bugs in drawers. We checked out after just one night, despite having booked four. They refused to refund any portion of our stay, including the cash deposit. They even told Booking.com that we never stayed there to keep us from posting a bad review.

• Abdullah (3/5): Un satisfactory Stay Due to Poor Room Maintenance and Service - Location...close to the heart of Bukit Bintang I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Upon entering, there was a strong, musty odor reminiscent of damp fabric—possibly due to inadequate ventilation and poor air circulation. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, providing minimal cooling even at the lowest setting, which may have further contributed to the stale atmosphere in the room. The lighting was insufficient, creating a dim and unwelcoming environment. Although I raised these issues with the designated staff contact, no action was taken, with the explanation that it was the weekend—this response was disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, the floor was noticeably sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. Basic amenities such as room slippers were not provided, and the bed was noticeably uncomfortable, affecting the quality of rest. Overall, the room fell significantly short of basic hospitality standards, and I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Host was very responsive, kept in touch always and helped out with whatever we asked. Not enough tableware, spoons, forks, plates etc. Lifts are an absolute nightmare, sometimes waiting 10 minutes to get on, especially because we had a pram.

I think they may have connected all the toilet drainage on the floor you are on. so it flows through and stinks to toilet room. Constant banging There was constant banging and scraping in the middle of the night and through out the following day. I took a recording of the noise, played it back to the host. The host didn't do much apart from state the room above is storage. The banging and scraping of chair continued next night and stopped during the third day. The TV is too big for the room Can never catch a lift takes so long or too full. Berjaya Times Square is much better.
• Roberto (6/5): - - the hotel is located in a central area of the city but at the same time away from noise. - even though the person in charge of managing the rooms was not physically there, he was available on replying on WhatsApp and very helpful any time. - check-in: it takes too long to check-in as there are no receptionist but only security guards. In order to check in they need to contact the person in charge through phone and only after discussing with them you are finally given your room number. This process takes too long. - elevator: it's not easy at all to get on the elevator as, again, the waiting time is very long. When you are finally able to get on it, sometimes you will go up and down many times before finally arriving at your floor. - deposit: they will ask you to give them a cash deposit, this is not written on booking. - the room: they should improve the maintenance in the room as there were many damages around the furniture and the walls. Plus it wasn't very clean.

Halal restaurant, convenient store 7 Eleven. Pharmacy. Near to shopping center, pavilion sungei wang, train station and heart of Bukiy bintang. During busy hours, had to wait 10 to 15min for the lift. Apartment level at level 16. Imagine to take the staircase. No free parking. Need to pay. Should be included during guest stay. No coffee, tea,sugar for light refreshment.
